"I been on the web looking at Ahura and all of the different competitors that we will be competing with for the next few years.."
we as in cdex will be competing with?
to quote an old friend, poetstoy:
BBWWWWWWWWWWWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA !!!!!!!!!!!
(loose translation)
Adrienne says malcbaby has turned out to be a disappointment.
I bet daBeez and WP etc etc and maybe even HB don't agree.
I see. So they all appear at cdex at around the same time and life's good again.
If that's what happened, who could possibly still think malcbaby is whiter than white?
How can changing (overt) jobs absolve or indemnify (?) someone for his activities/actions in a previous job?
I used to think it was near the end as long ago as 2001. I never would have believed it would last this long. I was sure charges would be brought, just a matter of time, the perps brought to their knees, and thata would finally, eventually be thata.
I don't think he;s (necessarily) inonit ... remember, he refused to listen to facts or reason about Roths.
oops ... missed this, xeno.
I didn't know that about bought-out partnerships.
xeno of the incredible memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
plz to answer my question ... wasn't malcbaby a partner at W&S?
And a further bit of "trivia": give a date, if you can -- the date malcbaby left W&S.
I thought malcbaby was/became a partner at W&S ... another urban myth?
Don't tell me ... wade has become a born-again! And they're planning a retreat together!
also ...
your ideal company should draw (spit) bashers like flies. Where's there's milk there's honey, right?
!!
butt you forgot
19 - having a lot of fambly trusts.
(I don't think your metaphor is mixed at all. Horses pull trains, don't they? We don't have many of those - trains, that is - here so my information may be inaccurate.)
Especially "efficient" of Karver to combine all its major functions in two peeps ... saves the expense of all those extra salaries and bonuses.
"MDRX then became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clixtix, which was then renamed as Medeorex. Jay Green came on to the board of directors. He then appointed Dr Kachkar as the chairman, CEO, president, secretary and treasurer. Dr Kachkar then appointed Jay Green to the position of executive vice president. This is where they remain today. In November 2005 Medeorex was renamed again to Karver.
Karver is a "development stage company" with the goal of acquiring businesses and operating on the healthcare/pharmaceutical scene, but as yet, it does not have any revenue after nearly three years."
Here's one that's right up your alley, xeno:

I wonder why you choose to deflect, rather than to engage in a defense of your position. That seems a very Capnmike-ish tack.
No, upon reflection, I really don't wonder.
If you've reflected and so don't wonder, then you must have realized I found the subject of your attempt to "engage" boring. Sorry but there it is ... that's how it goes sometimes.
I like imformative things.
But I don't like German ... too sharp and gutteral.
You, sir, are the master of ad hominem attacks! Have you forgotten your uncalled for slurs about cod scraping and those who do same for a living? I haven't. But I'm willing to learn at the feet of a master.
Please restrict yourself, sir, to filling us in on the latest shenanigans at the wherehouse, okay?
I see from another board that the 3rd quarter ends in a matter of days. Doesn't sound too good for the future of the long sufferers.
... but not before asking what's going on with this remarkable company now? Anything gnu? Or same o same o?
Good idea, crow ... my bedtime, too, so g'night.
(I'm sure xeno will wake up in a better mood tomorrow!)
You're "arguing" too hard, xeno ...
feeling a little defensive, are you?
don't like being wrong?
That's okay ... at long last your vulnerable side shows!
Language -- the correct usage thereof -- is a meaningless formalism and ritual?
Very strange statement coming from a lawyerman!
I don't know how he could either, diddy ... any fool with an 8th grade education would know better.
... that would be WHOever, not whomever.
Sheesh. For a more or less educated person, you do have prollems with basics, doncha.
bar time ... green shoe ... tombstone (as in pizza?) ... I'll never catch on! I think it's better that way.
That just doesn't make any sense to me ... I'd think orchestra or box round financers would be willing to pay much more.
Which reminds me ... what was that box scheme again?
You guys are toooooooooo funnnnnnnnnny!
(What are mezzanine investors?)
subtext or footnote:
Thou Shalt Bleeve and Your Bleef Shall Be Pleasing Unto Us
Honestly, what kind of a farce is this all anyway ... how can any of the troo b'leevers feel good about their investment when they've been so thoroughly ripped off for years (and are still being). It beggars belief.
I bleeve it was not being able to get passports that made it impossible to go to Japan to "close a deal."
While you're in Dallas, maybe you could buy Sasssssssssssssssssssssssy lunch or sumpin. I'm sure Big Tex wouldn't mind. 'Course maybe they've finally sold their place and don't come back to Dallas anymore except for the Texas-OU game.
rotten ... missed this before.
Gotta tell me who JA is ... jammonjeff? What missing shares? From when?
Maybe he's still reading here and will answer your question right here! Nope, you're prolly right, he prolly wouldn't do that.
OT ...
Have you met Lou's daughter and son-in-law yet? They know e-ver-y-one ...
DON'T put this in the same category as CDEX! Maybe in the same category as ivory artifacts, but NOT with scamfacts!
viking ...
How about giving an explanation for deleting the message this one responded to.
Was it in any way off topic? No. It had everything to do with cdex/loch.
Was it in any way spam? No.
So what was your reason for wiping it out?
or ...
"The New Orleans Fire Department announces that the city will be unable to recover from Katrina without CDEX's [whatever] to assist the department’s hazardous materials response team..."
I'm so disappointed.
I was sure you were scuba diving, looking for buried treasure in old ship wrecks, sumpin like that.
(btw it's redicalus - tm widely)
But be careful ... tommyboy will try to get to you and take his share in return for promotional services!
Or find beaniebabies and go into business with him!
It was clear to him, xeno, but still he hoped. And tried every avenue to recovery, everything from trying (futilely) to get on a list for a liver transplant to herbal and native American things, all stops in between. One of the last conversations I had with him was from his first wife's and her husband's home, visiting his daughters -- I think one of them was getting married. He was still on prescribed morphine for pain and it was nutso talk. It made me very sad. Then he kicked it cold turkey. Some strength of will he had.
As for his 72 virgins ... I think he'd already had 100 of them so that wouldn't have been an incentive!
More seriously, he protected his family -- his mother, children, etc. -- to the bitter end from the truth about what he'd been up to much of his life.
I don't know why he didn't go for broke and find out all he could about penny stock scammers once he knew the clock was winding down either, unless he felt there could have been repercussions on those he loved. Maybe that was it.
In any case, I'm sure he's cheering the (damn spit) bashers on from his roost in the sky. Odd how we all think of him off and on even now. Who says life as we know it is all there is?
Oh wait, I remember ... YOU do!
wrong, xeno.
he put the man-of-action on ice and sat idly by waiting.
He'd beaten the odds many times before so I think he thought/hoped he could beat them again. He didn't want to die.
English is a wonderful language ... so much room for making words imply what one wants them to. Especially when written for an audience whose literacy level and comprehension skills are pathetically low.
hey, li'l round blue-haired one ...
did you know elrheo and I have met and "chatted" quite often over the past year or so?
Weird, huh?
