Wow, 1 share. Lol. I wonder how the charts will interpret that.
SVFC$$$$
Yes. Call Jim. He'll be more than happy to talk to you.
SVFC$$$$
DC916, you must have misdialed. The 212-249-3050 number goes to Dr. Victor's office in New York. The line works just fine. Investor Relations questions should go to Jim Hock at 818-516-3432. Just like gonia posted.
SVFC$$$$
Outstanding! Good work mave_rick! SVFC$$$$
Agree 100%! SVFC$$$$
Again Sal, have to disagree. Sure, the PPS has performed dreadful, but it hasn't been because the company has "pumped anything. It's been because the company has been mismanaged and that has been well chronicled. Are you referring to a "pump and dump" scheme? Those almost always involve 3rd parties that are paid to artificially pump the company with "impending news." The PPS spikes, there is a big sell-off followed by a crash and burn. The PPS in many cases is lower than prior to the initial pump. That hasn't happened here. Hell, SVFC doesn't even have enough money to do a self pump-and-dump scam like you suggest. There is no proof of such a thing. Bottom line is that management has created the current situation, but it is salvageable. Folks need to understand exactly what the increase in A/S is for. It was spelled out. Without the increase the company would be in serious trouble. Much better days ahead!

I always said that 8k,s were pumps and "so far that's all they are. Look again at the 8k's. They just say what you want to hear!
I completely disagree with that cynical point of view. There is no "pumping" going on here by the company. In fact they have been transparent to a fault. That is supposedly going to change. Keeping shareholders updated is not "pumping." The language in the 8'K is standard language and nothing more. For them to NOT file an 8-K would be irresponsible and even more disrespectful to shareholders.
SVFC$$$$
Yep, all very plausible indeed gempicker. I'm thinking right along with you. I finished accumulating when I added a bunch at .0001. Just standing by and patiently waiting.
SVFC$$$$
It's irrelevant going forward.
SVFC$$$$
That's the spirit! SVFC$$$$
envirogym, this WILL be a good year! SVFC$$$$
Excellent point blue! It should all be about the company. However, there are way too many deletions if the opinion is not agreed upon. That is WRONG!
SVFC$$$$
Oh, I think there will be plenty of action in 2015! All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Well said gempicker! Wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous new year as well!
SVFC$$$$
Good point gempicker! I didn't miss it but should have included it.
SVFC$$$$
Yes, it is all there in the 14C as I pointed out. Omitting reasons for the A/S increase and speculating about what will happen due to an increase in shares is misleading. Again, there is a big difference between A/S and O/S! The pre 14C clearly states the increase is in A/S and goes on to explain why as I previously stated. I do not distort the facts or mislead the readers!
Quote:
$$Bullshit $$Link $$Provided $$ALL $$can $$read $$in $$Entirety
so again NOT a DAMN thing missing, funny though about this
From 14C:
An immediate purpose for increasing the authorized shares is to provide enough shares required to satisfy certain obligations in our convertible debt and equity instruments. If the Company were required to settle its outstanding warrants and convertible debt as of September 30, 2014...
You even quoted the A/S! "If the company..." That is a hypothetical situation and is standard language if you read enough of these documents. The company is just giving a worst case scenario. Do I really have to explain this?
Quote:
I just deal in FACTS...
I'm trying not to laugh but I strongly disagree with every word of that.
SVFC$$$$
I beg to differ. As usual, there is more to the story that was omitted. Again, from the 14C:
The Board believes the Authorized Share Increase is necessary and advisable in order to maintain the Company’s financing and capital raising ability, to comply with the terms and conditions of certain debt and equity instruments and to generally maintain our flexibility in today’s competitive and rapidly changing environment.
Accordingly, it is the Board’s opinion that the Authorized Share Increase would better position the Company to comply with its contractual obligations, to attract potential business candidates and provide the Stockholders a greater potential return.
Facts? Seems like a lot are missing.
SVFC$$$$
Well that's misleading. The increase was A/S, not O/S.
From the Schedule 14C:
This Information Statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is being furnished, pursuant to Section 14C of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “ Exchange Act ”), to the holders (the “ Stockholders ”) of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share (the “ Common Stock ”), of Intellicell Biosciences, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “ Company ”), to notify the Stockholders that on December 19, 2014, the Board approved an increase in the number of authorized shares of (a) Common Stock from Ten Billion (10,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock to Two Hundred Fifty Billion (250,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock and (b) the Company’s preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, from One Million (1,000,000) shares of preferred stock to Twenty-Five Million (25,000,000) shares of preferred stock (together, the “ Authorized Share Increase ”) and recommended to its Majority Stockholders (as defined below) that they approve the Authorized Share Increase.
What is the Indian reference? The Cleveland Indians?
SVFC$$$$
The wash sale rule may cause some to think twice before doing so. At the current PPS, there are probably many that have averaged down significantly, and those are the ones less likely to sell. All IMO.
SVFC$$$$
Yeah, we'll be OK. It might take longer than we thought but we'll get there for reasons you stated. Not interested in being swayed into thinking otherwise.
SVFC$$$$
Quote:
Svfc is going to hold longs to their guns it seems
How is that even possible? Longs, like all traders, can trade shares on their own terms. No one is being forced to do anything. Trade at your own risk. Hopefully longs have averaged down and added at .0001 when the bid was at zero.
SVFC$$$$
All selling? Don't forget there where buyer's involved as well to the tune of over 39 mil shares so far. Last trade at .0002.
SVFC$$$$
Good post gempicker! SVFC$$$$
Quote:
Shareholders are going to pay for the bill...
Really? "Paying the bills" was one of the reasons listed for the increase in A/S. That means the shareholders won't be "paying the bills.".
FACTS PLEASE!
SVFC$$$$
Saw that as well last week regarding Hill. You'll be fine at .0002 because IMO the bid isn't going back to zero again, at least not long enough for you to pick up 11 mil shares at .0001. GLTU
SVFC$$$$
Y_Razz, nice purchase before the ask goes back up to .0003. Have a great weekend yourself!
SVFC$$$$
Did you mean frack? Is SVFC now in the oil and gas business too?
SVFC$$$$
Quote:
as only the $$hope $$hype $$SVFC's $$Failed $$Dreams $$are $$OLD...
Have to strongly disagree with that. What about the many, myself included, who purchased a whole lot of shares at .0001? How does the above quote even make sense?
The future dollar signs perhaps?
SVFC$$$$
Merry Christmas to all! SVFC$$$$
That's what I was thinking. It certainly makes sense.
SVFC$$$$
Possibly. We'll soon find out. You never know how the perception of a company is looked upon. It appears as though SVFC has bottomed out and is on the verge of turning things around. The timing of this may or may not be good. Shouldn't hurt the PPS IMO.
SVFC$$$$
The key is long term. I am long term. If the company didn't increase the A/S I'm not sure what other option they would have since they do have obligations and very little revenue. Long term I think they'll be fine with the help of Dinosaur and Dawson James. The company wants to succeed and they have the science and technology to do so. But they need help. That's where Dinosaur and Dawson James will come in. Increasing the A/S is pretty much a necessity at this point.
SVFC$$$$
It says A/S and also says the reasons for the increase.
SVFC$$$$
Huge difference between A/S and O/S!
SVFC$$$$
Brock...relax and reread it. It's the A/S, not the O/S. Big difference! It even states the reasons for the increase.
SVFC$$$$
OK, got you. I thought maybe there was something else I wasn't aware of.
SVFC$$$$
That is a very realistic expectation. I don't see why that can't happen. I think we'll tread water here for a little while and then begin a nice overdue run. We may be on the verge of one as it is. The company will of course have to address the current financial woes, which IMO they will. Whatever they decide to do will need to be shared with us so they can start behaving like a real company, which IMO they will. I say, "IMO they will," based on my conversations with Jim Hock. Hey, maybe .002 will look like a bargain down the road, who knows? I would be very happy with .002 within 6 months.
SVFC$$$$
Just got off the phone with Jim Hock at Hanover. I haven't had a chance to call him since his meeting with SVFC last Thursday. He returned my voicemail within 15 minutes. He told me the same thing others have written. Jim said the meeting lasted about 90 minutes and felt it was productive. The main thing is that Dr. Victor, as much as he wants the company to succeed, has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, and going forward will make sure we are not kept in the dark. Good news or bad, we are entitled to know what the hell is going on. We don't need fluff, just to stay informed. In fact, Jim mentioned a newsletter, or something similar, would be coming soon. Jim has an open door policy which is very welcome. He thinks the Dinosaur and Dawson James agreements are going to help SVFC straighten out the financial mess they are in. Anyone who thinks SVFC is dead don't give up! Sure, it's possible, but it's more likely they are fixing the financial problems and getting reorganized.
SVFC$$$$
The name sounds fictitious.
SVFC$$$$
Of course it has everything to do with debt conversion. That is a known fact. But I'm not sure what the "come clean" reference is referring to. The company is working on plans that will hopefully help shareholders. Nothing wrong with being optimistic.
