TelVue to provide Philly public access TV with HD broadcast support

TelVue has signed a deal to offer high definition broadcast technology for Philadelphia's public access TV station, PhillyCam.




PhillyCam is available as a standard definition channel on Comcast and Verizon, and will be simulcast in HD (live and on-demand) over the Internet.

"Our producers have been creating video content in high definition for some time, and with TelVue's broadcast system, viewers will be able to appreciate the HD quality of these programmes," explained Gretjen Clausing, PhillyCam's executive director. "We wanted to upgrade to HD in a way that gave us flexibility in the future," Clausing adds, "TelVue's HyperCaster system gives us modern workflows, enhanced on-air graphics capabilities, and can easily be scaled up when we expand our channel offerings."

PhillyCam's HD channel is powered by the TelVue HyperCaster Broadcast server, which combines all-digital and IP workflows with a browser-based content management and scheduling system. Through integration with the TelVue CloudCast streaming service, PhillyCam can reach multiple viewing screens, including smartphones, tablets, and over-the-top Internet TV boxes like Roku. Also, the TelVue Connect content aggregation service will allow PhillyCam to acquire programming from producers, members and the community.

"I admire PhillyCam's amazing growth in the five years since its launch," said Jesse Lerman, TelVue's president and CEO. "We take pride in helping community media operations keep up with the rapid changes in broadcast technology. Upgrading their channels to high definition with cloud-enhanced workflow is a big part of that."

With all the off track racing that will be coming in those numbers could be very low. Even with your low numbers I would be getting some where around $7000.00 in dividends. Anyone want to guess what I would be doing with that money.

I think you may have to wait to see why but just for one. TelVue could declare a dividend. Let me remind you that TelVue makes money and those who have the financials know that.

That's not what's going to happen at all. He's going to buy a few at $17.48 and then ask is going to sky rocket and he is going to be sorry he did not get more.

Your probably right. Those 2 shares were someone getting out 2 shares at a time.

Some do not understand TelVue is different. That's why I explain that every share is important. Each single share is important. Let me show you what can be done with 2 shares.

We started of this morning with the level 2 on the right and now after 2 shares are traded we are at the one on the left.
It really does not matter. If someone wants to take it down then no problem.

We are waiting for lower prices. TelVue does not need new investors. Telvue is making money so you never can tell.There can be opportunity here and you will see no one selling no mater what anyone says.

My question to you is a simple one

Right. Zero volume. I guess the price went from $10.91 to $19.19 all by it's self.

Now what you will see on the level 2 is someone coming along and picking up a few shares of TelVue. As you see it has the last price at $19.12. Now as we all know that trade is perfectly legal. Someone is buying stock. If I had done that at the bell last night it would have been stock manipulation.
Don't worry it may not be there long. As you can see there are bids at $10.91 and someone may be given a share or two to take it to $10.91 but you never know. I don't see that plethora of shares that were the remains of the 5488 shares put up short on Jan 15. It's early yet. They may put it up but I don't think It's wise.

There is only one secret here. Get as many as you can as cheap as you can

So you are saying TelVue is a scam ?? Is that right ?? Easy to track every share ?? You should have been here 15 years ago when it was easier. Shares due to be covered and no trades for 15 days when they were to be covered in 13 and not even bothering with a wash trade between brokers in those days.
Perfect stock for anyone who wishes to learn ?? Oh you bet it is.

The sticky posts say "NO SHORTS" then link to a one page commercial report that covers last month. Give us a report from 15 years ago. You can not prove there are no shorts. No one can prove there are no shorts but I can document that there are.

It has often been said that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. TelVue does not have any imitator's. TelVue is the winner and everyone knows that. TelVue makes money and will continue to do so. I see more and more horse race tracks with streaming video and off track betting.
We might even start one in Texas. Seems horse crap is not hard to find there.
