If we break this .57, we could see a nice run up
ECMO down! Awesome!!!
Yes. And this is impressive:
"All patients had known chronic diseases. The most common comorbidities prior to admission were hypertension (4/6) and chronic kidney disease (4/6). Two patients have known diabetes mellitus, with Patient 6 being insulin-dependent. Three of the patients had undergone solid organ transplants and were treated with immunosuppressive agents. Patient 2 received a double lung transplant and was treated for antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) one month before presentation. Patient 1 was also diagnosed with a non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) during her admission (Table 1). All patients had lab values suggestive of diffuse inflammatory processes including elevated ferritin (5/6), IL-6 (4/6), lactate dehydrogenase (3/6), and C-reactive protein (3/6)."
I think they are getting their ducks in a row to prepare for all the inevitable scrutiny. The cases and overall results are not new, but these details are new... and very impressive.
I respect that.
Looks like a click bait site to me... and now we have all clicked on it and contributed to the advertising revenue of someone who is simply listing popular penny stocks on a crappy website with no background knowledge of the companies listed. Does this look like a reliable, legitimate source to you?
We don't know what the peer reviewed data concludes, and we don't know whats going on behind the scenes in terms of politics/big pharma. Partnership announcements would help with the latter.
You're right... I got lost on where the thread was originating. The original post was about partnerships (manf & dist) and that is already baked in, but I do think an official announcement about the partnerships will provide some significant additional confirmation and confidence to the table. Additionally, to your point, official peer reviewed data would as well.
Btw... check this out if you haven't seen it already. I had this very same question and polled twitter. Now I know its only the twitter audience, but does help shed some light on where their heads are at the moment...
Other than FDA approval, which news items do you think will have the greatest impact on $RLFTF stock price?
— Uncle Gee Gee (@UncleGeeGee) August 24, 2020
Yes... that's what I meant
True... but whats not baked into the cake is the enormous relief and investor confidence that will come along with the news, given this is an otc penny.
Agreed. With both posts. BP is the real risk. Not the drug's performance nor the management team nor the production nor the distribution... its the political and BP landscape as I've highlighted in several prior posts. But thinking further... regardless of what happens here in the US, there is still a worldwide buyer who is desperate for rlftf's solution to covid (and potentially other applications).
As we all know, FDA approval will be a slam-dunk/home run, so let's all do our small part in bringing additional awareness to this drug throughout the medical and investment community... let's work to bring the awareness and create the DEMAND for Aviptadil in any way we can. Soooo many people are still unaware of what we have.
Additional research... Mike Irwin @MikeIrw83705691 on twitter found this paper regarding the application of VIP and makes the point that VIP is found throughout the body (not just the lungs) and has therapeutic effects beyond the lungs:
"In this review, we describe the pathology of several major neurological disorders and discuss the potential pharmacotherapeutic role of VIP and its receptors for the treatment of disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Autism Spectrum Disorders."
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2967653/pdf/nihms231918.pdf
Now... Aviptadil/RLF-100 is a proprietary form of VIP and we own the patents to it AND to the process of synthesizing it. Perhaps Aviptadil will be developed into a broader product line post-Covid. I could see myself holding some shares bought under $0.50 until I'm old, and one day I'll print my shares on some fancy paper and show them to my grandchildren :)
Ha! They keys to the kingdom :)
We are talking about enormous wealth exchange that will attract the most powerful people... let's hope they play by the rules, so we win too. Good luck to you and your "all-in" position.
#Tidlewave
They learn from us, we learn from them. The Swiss... a great group (like us), working together to invest in and bring this worldwide cure to fruition. These guys have some EXCELLENT DD!
Spend some time reading through their board (switch the language to English of course!). They read ours :)
https://www.cash.ch/forum/boerse/aktien-schweiz/relief?page=233
FYI... they refer to us as the "Amis" if you see that term :)
Hopefully we're all... right time, right place :)
I hear ya. The OS and the RS makes us all nervous. Myself included, which is why I reacted like I did (sorry). On one hand, its an OTC penny stock with a gazillion OS and on the other, its a freak'n worldwide Covid cure waiting to happen... put those together and... well... it sounds like a pump n dump scam lol. But we all know its not. The reason why this stock is holding up sooooo well without any news is because there is investor confidence established. The stock never once plummeted to .10c. I'm not guaranteeing it will obtain fda approval, but Dr. Javitt and his team are pros... and so is Chairman Raghuram Selvaraju and his team. I get the sense these guys want it more than we do, and so it will take a bit longer to get it done right. Us peons have to sweat bullets until theyre ready.
Sorry man... maybe that was a little harsh. Where I'm coming from is we all have money on the line here, so when negative comments are made to stir up fear in the group, that fear can spread and effect people's actions, thus negatively impacting all of us. So when i see several negative comments coming from the same individuals, it makes me assume they are spreading fear to benefit themselves, which in turn hurts the group. If that's not your intention, then I owe you a sincere apology.
LOL Profffitomundo :) Any news confirming/pointing towards a successful trial will make the rut appear irrelevant and small. How do you say it? Profffitomundo!
Its not running cuz there aint no news. We are in a holding pattern... a strong one at that.
And it would be cool if we had a group name or something to reference, so they know all the donations came from us. Its not necessary, but if someone comes up with a good group name, I'm willing to use it when I send in my donation... as long as the name is not promoting someone's profit motives. Ideally something related... Tony's Independent Investors or something like that.
Yes sir... that's on point.
Well, everyone is focused on Aviptadil (VIP) as a treatment for Covid, but there is evidence that it could have many uses beyond Covid (sory, perhaps not all considered "healing")... however, early speculation suggests so, but will require further investigation/testing.
Examples...
(I am not a doctor and I'm ignorant to the science behind these examples. This is not a comprehensive list.)
Lungs
"If you pour hydrochloric acid into a mouse's lungs and and give VIP, you can rescue the mouse."
Dr. Javitt -
Gotcha! [thumbs up] <--- because we have no emojis or likes or anything on this dinosaur of a chat board :) But hey... best board around! (its the people, not the pretty)
I'm confident the vast majority of that has already happened. They *should* have enough money to launch the product. They may have some more, but remember... the Swiss are also holding a LOOOOT of cheap shares and taking some profits too on the way up as more people come in. Some of those guys have seen ridiculous returns like 3,000%.
Not sure. However, RLF-100 helps with healing as well from what I understand. Not exactly sure how, as I don't think anyone understand exactly yet. To Andy's point... he's holding strong and showing some improvement. Hoping by Monday we are celebrating a clear turnaround.
LOL Robert... I just realized I wrote that reply to a doctor! Hahaha... well I was really intending that to be for the group :) Please fact check me if you have additional info.
I know we are all wishing the best for him. Please understand that he was really bad off before RLF-100. Before RLF-100 was on the scene, he was on ECMO and was given 1 to 2 days to live.
He's still alive, but the xrays have not shown much progress, and that is the most important indicator. The vent machine levels going down are good, but not the true measure... here's why:
Patients are first put on the vent to help the lungs continue to breath, but when the virus mutates too far and damages the AT-II cells, it prevents the lungs from converting oxygen into the bloodstream. At that point, doctors switch to ECMO to pull the blood out of the body, add oxygen, and then pump it back in because the lungs can no longer provide oxygen. Once ECMO is implemented, docs may reduce the vent because the vent is really rough on the lungs and can cause damage and scaring. So its great the vent is turned down, but we are really hoping to see improvement in the lung xrays. The good news is that the xrays have not gotten worse, so he still has a real chance of survival.
I'm no doctor, so correct me where I'm off, but this is what my research has discovered.
He's lasted this long, which is promising... he's a fighter and we have to keep pulling for him. Survival or not, when this stock is up over a dollar, I'll be making a donation to the family, and I encourage this group to do the same, as we all seem to be hanging some profits on his story.
I've heard the prez is supposed to speak about therapeutics tonight... does anyone have any confirmation or details on that?
Lol clueless ;)
Your guess is as good as anyone's, but here's mine:
These guys might "punch above their weight", but they have a lot of work they are swallowing behind the scenes. If I'm not mistaken, we're still waiting on the peer review of the pre-print to complete for the 21 Expanded Access cases. They also have these things going on... OTC uplisting, hiring & HR stuff, trials/tracking, manufacturing partnership negotiations and planning, distribution partnership neg & plans, international considerations, legal crap, etc. just to name a few... AND... AND don't forget the huge political landscape they need to navigate, along with competitive positioning/partnering due to the enormous shift in wealth about to take place. I think we won't see the other trial results for another week or two at the earliest. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
I have create this search page to grab all RLFTF articles published on the internet over the past 24-hours. This will come in handy as a tool to monitor news and news volume:

Note that this is my last free post of the day. If the link above does not work, I will see if I can figure out how to fix it and will repost tomorrow.
Trump tomorrow night... "and we're getting very close to a new theraPEUTIC. I can't mention their name, but it will bring a lot of Relief to many many people. So many people will be relieved... billions and billions of people; to the likes of which you've never seen... believe me." And I would be good with that ;)
I think they are done...

If an announcement doesn't come by tomorrow night, then we are holding through the weekend again.
Uncle Gee Gee
Wow! That's awesome! I didn't know you brought this to them. I tried to do the same with a young guy in India... he was begging for a way to get the drug for his father. I sent him information on doctors in India that he could contact that were familiar with the drug. Unfortunately, I was too late, as his next post stated he lost his father. I was deeply saddened, but that's when I realized the potential of Aviptadil.
Ahhh... very good point. They did say mild to moderate cases, but that may not be how it is eventually rolled out. It has been repeatedly said that the VIP is quite potent, so you're right... it could be only used if necessary. Fwiw... I personally would also wait for a vaccine to be well-proven... for me... millions of successful doses and a good year out.
Lol... I do admit he says some crazy stuff! That probably caused disinfectant stocks to go up that day lol
I'm replying to your message to keep the posts related. This is not intended to be a reply to you directly, but for the benefit of the group.
Aviptadil is not a cure, but this could potentially happen in a best-case scenario...
- Aviptadil gets approved and rolled out to the critically ill, and deaths go down sharply... best case 90% reduction.
- Aviptadil inhaler then gets approved and released for in-home treatment via prescription for mild to moderate cases. If it has a similar impact on those cases, it will also further reduce the death rate, and more importantly, it will catch covid earlier/upstream.
- The combined impact of these two events significantly reduces covid deaths and cases in the US, thus seriously dampening the virus' ability to spread, and life gets back to fairly-normal, with caution.
- People become less motivated to get a vaccine, and become extremely motivated to get Aviptadil when they get infected.
This hypothetical scenario does put Aviptadil within spitting distance of the title "cure"... maybe not from a medical perspective, but from a pandemic perspective.
We could only hope something like this unfolds... especially for those people and their families impacted. Go look at Capt Tommy's facebook page... before he got sick, he was posting about his fellow firefighters who were on respirators and asking for prayers... little did he know, he was next! This could happen to any one of us... I'm hopeful this becomes the "cure" or whatever we want to call it.
Exactly... they now have the money and we can move on. We were just walked down the stairs, instead of being pushed out the window. I personally prefer the stairs.
