That is the problem...we all have been waiting for the "follow-up" but the company won't talk.
They will promise that news will be coming BUT so far their promises are baseless.
I am not looking for new/PR's every day, or even every week...but a monthly up-date is not too much to ask for.
Just one man's opinion
Charlie T
If the company would open up and give us the information which they keep saying is coming...it would help keep the MM's at bay.
AND...if the MMs did continue to screw around, then there would be a reason for the company to make a complaint against them.
But this is all IF you follow the rules...and who ever doe that...
getting bad feelings...

During the last two weeks, I bought over 50,000 shares all at the BID...
At least I lowered my Price on some of those more expensive shares I bought when I first got involve with CPSZ
I can understand that the company wants to do it day-to-day operations...but they need to realize that they can't ignore the stock's price.
Later

And if you don't think that the MM's are playing with this, just ask around and see about how many of us bought stock on the BID these last couple of weeks, and yet the MM's (and yes, our good friend Knight was one) showed them as SALES...
CT
While seeing some life here last week was nice, it was still games by the MM's and the company needs to do something about it...

Mr Hofmeister
I was hoping that after the last couple of weeks, you and the rest of the company may consider mine, and other investors e-mails not to be "complaining" but observations. Observations which should be acted upon.
While many of the people here who have invested their money in your company and others on the "pink sheets" should be considered "gamblers," that does not make us fools!
Many of us have been around this "high risk game (penny stocks)" for a long time and when we write to you and say that the Market Makers (MM) are playing with you stock and company, we are talking from experience.
Over the years, I personally have assisted two different penny stock companies in making complaints against the Market Maker --- Knight Capital Group (http://www.knight.com/ourFirm/index.asp)
I was involve with another penny stock CEO who claimed he was being abused by Knight and another MM but then I found him to be working with them instead.
Being a retired Police Officer, I have the time to keep track of these things, but more to the point, I feel it is my responsibility to do this.
When people I meet on-line from these stock boards ask me if it is worth the aggravation to pursue the people who try to prey upon investors, I share with the some of the letters I get periodically from Wendy ********, from the US Dept. of Justice.
Every time a person who has been sent to jail for investment fraud (which I was a shareholder of the stock) comes up for parole, is transferred to another facility, etc., I get a letter from her.
Over the years which I have been trading "on-line" I have made money, yet I have also lost. When it was because of my misjudging a company, I took it in stride. When it was due to crooked CEO and/or Market Makers, I went after these with a vengeance and while others are amassed that I could be successful, in over 60% of the times I got involve, I recovered some or all of my money.
What I am trying to say is that "the squeaky wheel not only gets the grease, it gets the money." So, if you are wondering why I am so LOAD, it is because I have to be to protect my investments.
I wrote to you before and asked if you would look into the MM's playing with your stock. You replied that you are concentrating on the company.
I again will ask you to look into this, because if you don't, by the time you do, there may not be a company.
Thank you

All Shareholders of CIRT...now CDOI...please understand that I have not dropped off the face of the earth or have given up my quest to bring Bailey to justice...
The fight goes on and in the next day or two, I promise that I will give you some information which will help us.
While I will say now that my Senator's office was not as helpful as I wish, they have given me some help and I am verifying some info before I share it with you all.

Stay off the caps and you'll be okay.
And I really mean that...your first thought is right on the mark....and as a retired cop I can attest that this company is involved with a recession proof business (actually more people get locked-up during bad times as we are in now).
As for your second thought (the CAPS)...we all need to keep control and not get caught up in what may be seen as pumping
I would like to see this get back to .03, then move to .05, and so on....because of real news, not hype.
But, we all have opinions...

I am concern that we are not getting current info out of the company, as in Financial Filings and PRs concerning the installation of new machines.
But I do believe in the concept of this company.
I was told that you called different facilities asking about the product. I wondered about this (why an investor would do such a stupid stunt) until YOU posted the same thing.
I, as a shareholder in the company do not appreciate this and by doing so, you make me wonder what is your real agenda.
Please do not PM me any longer.

Dear Mr. Hofmeister
You are looking to build a business, I can understand that. BUT, to build your business you asked people like myself to have faith in you and to support you by buying your stock.
Well, I have lived up to my part, isn't it time for you to do the same?
Many stock services only keep PR/news for 30 days. This means as of today, there is no PRs/News out explaining what CPSZ does, or is doing.
This morning the bid/ask price has dropped to .005/.01
Last year in July CPSZ hit .20
If you look at the letter below, on June 29 the ASK price was dropped to .015...Do you see the trend?
Please start communicating with your investors.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote you the below letter.
This morning the "ask" price was at .02, and someone picked up 2,800 shares at this price. (Most likely it was someone rounding off the number of shares they have.)
Right after that the Marker Makers "dropped" the ask price to .015
Because of these types of games by the Market Makers, many companies on the Pink Sheets fail, please don't become one of these.

Yes I am, but the SEC is really dragging its feet.
I contacted my Senator's office on Friday to try and "push the SEC harder" but they still have not done so.
They are getting a little miffed with me, and my unwillingness to accept how fast the government moves.
I sent them a PR from the SEC showing how they are going after BKMP
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=39252124
and tried to explain that if the SEC does not move faster (like 3 years too slow for BKMP investors), Bailey will hide all the money he got away with.
These cases always are a pain in the ass....

I too would like to see .20 next week, and since .20 is the 52 week high, I would say that with more sales and more to come, we should break .20
BUT.....
Frank Hofmeister has made it clear that the company's main focus is to develop the company, not the share price. Unless more people find out about CPSZ, the MM's will continue to play with the price.
Charlie T
While Frank and the company do need to keep an eye on the business, every time there is a BUY, the MM's drop the share price.
If this continues, there will be nothing left for investors....

While I don't want to sound like I am complaining, investors' share price is dropping, not going up or even remaining at a legitimate level.
We have not seen any PR's from the company which could explain how the convention in Florida went, and why with the continuing dropping share price, why investors should stay on-board.
I am not being harsh toward your company, but many companies on the Pink Sheets had much to offer, yet some how the investors in these ideas were rewarded with losses.
You need to keep the lines of communication open with your investors.

I do believe that everyone should send Frank an e-mail and ask where are the PRs...what happened at the convention, and why there has been no updates concerning the money flow at HQ

It seems that the company has fell off the map, or is this a "red flag" that the market makers are playing games?

I really believe that all shareholders should contact the company and request that the company looks into the MM's games.
While a buy of 2,800 at .02 isn't anything to speak of, it should not drop the bid/ask price down.

IF the moon turns blue and the star align just right, then maybe CDOI may see .50 again but that would mean that anyone who is still here from before the R/S would be at the same level they were before, or more to the point .0001
As you know, most of us who own CIRT did average down but most still had a break even point of .0005 or more.
Which means for those who are still waiting to break even, they need $2.50 or more.
After what has happen, all should realize that CIRT was a scam (and yes, we all were taken) and CDOI is a worthless shell.

Charles,
This is very difficult to define, as well as actually prove, so we are being patient and continuing to grow the company, so we can begin to post some quarterly financials that support a higher valuation. Higher valuation = higher stock price. Thanks for your thoughts.

Let it go....I understand that you feel that Surf pumped this stock, but I will say that he was not in with Bailey.
Many things which Surf told me or posted on the board I myself verified...and then they did not come true.
My last conversation with Bailey got real ugly because Surf posted some info, I verified it with Bailey and then it fell through. When I called Bailey back and questioned him about it he lost it.
Bailey got nasty with me, saying telling me that shareholders were cry babies.
So, was Surf a cheerleader...sure he was, but he was being mislead by Bailey.
We all need to keep out heads on straight and remember who is enjoying our money...Wayne Bailey!

The last update I got was that Bailey was blaming the internet (such as iHub) for the people who were trying to hurt his company with false promises, etc.
Somehow he failed to realize that HE put out the PR and video in Dec 2008, and the PR in March. All saying that all is well. Only in May did he admit to the R/S, which was approved in January...and he shouldn't blame others for all the shares HE dumped on the market before the May PR.
All I can say (hope for) is that Karma may show its head sometime soon.

If the politicians in your home state are like the ones in mine, you probably won't.
I hate to say this but YOU must become a real Pain in the ass.
I called the other day and asked for an "up-date." The woman I spoke with came back that she had contacted the SEC and was waiting for them to get back to her.
I then had to remind her that the 1st person in her office I was in contact with, already called the SEC, while I was on the phone (three way party call).
She then asked what was it that I needed so "quickly," and I told her...I want Bailey in jail and my money back...so then she fell back to my complaint and asked what would I want from that.
I gave her a small list of questions, but I told her that the SEC should get answers into these two questions:
#1. Who makes up the Board of Directors (the ones who voted for the R/S)
#2. Why did the put out a P/R in December AND March while they voted to R/S in January.
That was on Tuesday...so, the story goes on.
And to my fellow veterans (of any age)...stand up and feel proud this weekend!

Well I assume that was the reason for my deletion, when you post on the CDOI board, you must posts so that people who don't understand where this stock has come from, will not find out the truth about it and then they will buy from the people here who are trying to dump.
Of course, the joke is on them since with Bailey dumping his newly printed shares, they will have to wait in line.
Charlie T
For those of you who have never spoken with Mr. Bailey and/or have not been around here too long.
I am not a mean person....when I and others here spoke with Bailey, he voluntarily explained that the reason he started CIRT was because his daughter died and he wanted to offer others more choices than just the normal medical venues.
Last year when the company ran it price up, Bailey's son died, and again, he had some touching things to say.
Hell, many of us even sent Bailey flowers and cards.
Within a couple of months of that incident, Bailey bought himself that new house in Henderson, Nevada.
I may not be any Jay Leno, but I would bet that my "future" PR is more about the truth than Bailey's.
And again, we all lost money, we shouldn't lose of sense of humor.
