And that is why they're doing an audit now for the last 2 years. It's in last week's or, did you miss it? The goal is to improve shareholder transparency.
The document you posted was from 2018. The company is now current with the SEC.
Sounds good! $DECN$
The document you linked to is well out of date and you know it.
Has anyone heard when the company audit will be completed? Will they issue their findings in a pr or make them available somehow?
Has she made any sort of public statement to that effect? Wow...
Interesting upward tick..
Sounds like someone better lawyer up quickly!!!
So when is seeking beta putting out their half-baked shitpost? Lol...
And you know this how?
The PR says PCTI expects to hear back on their bid within 60 days and is expecting an affirmative answer. Wow....
It sounds like the Defense Contractor came to PCTI for a bid, not the other way around... If so, to me this is pretty good news...
This is all anyone needs to know, imo:
"Study:. Cough and Sneezes Fill Bystanders with Fear
https://www.studyfinds.org/coughs-sneezes-that-sound-disgusting-stir-exaggerated-fears-of-serious-illness-in-bystanders/
The fear is exacerbated by Covid-19, and now a second wave on the horizon?! They say in the markets, timing is everything. Well, there ya go.... This baby is set to soar...
Sometime after June 30...
I don't think the big buyers of the last several weeks, the ones who had to fill out SEC paperwork for their buys, would buy into permanently diluting positions. No. They bought their positions in anticipation of growth. I think IGEN's 2nd quarter financials will show us the reason these folks loaded up when they did...
Nice! Looks like a slam dunk to me...
Nice, I missed this one, thank you..
The article at the end of your post says the U of Georgia scientists identified "PLpro inhibitor" compounds. This seems different than the ones identified by Sunshine Biopharma (3CLpro enzymes).. Not sure why the article about U of Georgia was even posted?
All good points. I have a feeling this one is going to be good.. Looking forward to hearing more from this company...
LMAO! Too funny!!
Good to hear. Insane how cheap this stock is right now. It won't last.
Hopefully this isn't a problem:
A patent is a legal document that is valid in only the country where the rights were granted. So, for example, an Indian patent is valid only in India and US patent is valid only in US. Therefore, you must apply for patent rights in every country, where you are interested in protecting their inventions.

Is a patent valid globally? Is there something called a global patent?
So you're saying that even though they haven't officially been awarded the patent yet that no one can steal it just because they have a pending application?
Did they actually recieve the patent yet? I thought they only just filed the application? How long does approval take?
Seems to be having a difficult time getting over that little hump.
Right, now they need to get on with securing some kind of deal...
After the merger because of the nature of pcti's business, this should be a fairly recession proof stock...
An update from the company would be helpful..
Well this trading isn't instilling a whole lot of confidence..
If this company is planning on opening a bunch of cafes, they sure picked a bad time for it. They should go into home deliveries since both DoorDash and Instacart aren't public companies, there are investors chomping at the bit wanting to invest in that field...
Is this company getting into the home delivery arena? Or is it already?
Since you seem to have inside knowledge of the FDA's approval process and the FDA's opinion of DECN go on and give us some details...
Anyone have any sense of how much longer we can expect dilution?
Maybe we should look at the market caps of other companies with similar revenues?
I've been following this board for several weeks now and this is the first I've heard of a lawsuit...? What lawsuit?
Anyone think this can get to .10 this month?
It was a positive pr in my view. It sounds to me like DECN's wait in line is over and the FDA is now reviewing it and just about ready to approve it.
The Twitter link doesn't work...
