Amen mojo now you’re talking!
Yes they have a huge interest as they await the first delivery. This much was clear from the shareholder meeting. Straight from the best sources available (management).
Heres a helpful guide for uplist:

You are incorrect I’m afraid. You are regurgitating the Nasdaq Global Select requirements (which are for the giant corporations). We can and will easily meet the Nasdaq Capital Market or Nasdaq Global Market requirements. It’s not far off at this point.
Perhaps more gap funding to get the production moving in the new facility.
I’ve heard that the reverse split is happening after hours for the last 20 days... I don’t think so.
Do I remember this right that Kim said his army contact left the army to work for a supplier to the army? Is it plausible that somehow this is all connected to Polartec and/or this vest we keep seeing? Does the contact now work for Polartec?
I can corroborate this exact chain of events/discussions because I was present for all of them and this is exactly what was said.
I like how it mentions that the current production is moving to the new facility and will be expanded from there. Certainly good times ahead for all of us.
I just received an interesting, positive email from Ben that seems in line with what many are anticipating soon:
Hi xxxxxx,
I believe that the Company will soon return to more consistent communications. Hopefully, this is a repeat of some of the past patterns, as some of the Company's best business model advancements tend to follow these types of communication breaks.
Best regards,
Ben Hansel

Read the fine print on those, buddy. Sheesh.
Disagree 100%
Agree 100% with this. He is not trying to trick everyone, he is trying to get her done so it can run!
What the heck are you talking about? Kim said he’s not taking it private at the meeting. He said he’s not taking it private in all the released materials. He also said he is hiring a board of directors. I’m sorry you have it in your mind that this is going private, even when everything discussed, mentioned, and officially released says otherwise. I’m afraid you are sorely mistaken.
Big news tomorrow? I’m going crazy here with excitement!
Good news is imminent, we are overdue. I am more bullish now regarding KBLB than I ever have been up until this point! Kong on! Holding the golden! And my new favorite, “Kaboom”!
I’m from Pittsburgh too! When we all make a zillion dollars, let’s have a big Pittsburgh KBLB celebration, and we’ll also invite bananarama who used to live here!
How exactly do the various strands from multiple silkworms get joined together to form a spool? There was a sizeable spool of dragonsilk at the shareholder meeting, but it was obviously more silk than a single worm could produce. Just thinking about it!
I disagree. He used that as an example when someone asked for a relatable amount to visualize. I asked the question and he responded with ‘hundreds of kilos’. I sincerely doubt he would have said it that way if it was just 100 kilos. He wasn’t going to use the exact amount expected in his calculator to come up with the example, especially after not being sure if he should say the amount or not.
Number 3 is not right. Jon Rice flat out said hundreds of kilograms in the first batch. Not just 100 kilograms.
Kim and Jon both were very willing to answer just about any question that was asked. When they couldn’t reveal details, they were up front about it. Kim also mentioned that they will in fact be holding yearly shareholder meetings.
After holding many shares for years and years, and after finally seeing Kraig Labs up close and personal, my impression of the entire operation is now even more positive.
What they are doing now and have done up until this point is no small feat. In fact it is more complex that most can comprehend. They are laying the foundation for a successful growth company that is happening right now.
I’m confident in my investment. Let’s let them get this thing done as we are so close. You could feel the confidence in room.
Over. It was great. I’m on the way home right now. Kim said that he couldn’t discuss anything beyond what’s ‘publicly’ available at the meeting which we all knew. I anticipate news soon of course.
No, but Kim was NOT aware of any issue regarding drought and KBLB mulberry, so that’s good. I overheard someone asking this question during the break.
Nearly the whole meeting was Q&A!
Also he mentioned it is 13 years old.
KBLB Vietnam factory 100 ton/yr capacity
Vietnam county able to do 400-500 ton/yr
Plan to do more than just Vietnam
First production batch should be several hundred kg of spider silk
Uplist, planned by thanksgiving
The 46k sq ft Vietnam building looks excellent on the inside
Sounds like lots of people waiting, need lots of product, plan is to uplist before thanksgiving, if this target is missed, not a bad thing, just delayed through he holidays, Kim confident we can do it, but won’t 100% guarantee of course.
Kim says Polartec loves the material and has a specific product use.
Kim flat out said Polartec is NOT the biggest operation they are in discussions with.
IMO everything is positive here, there is confidence in the company and by the company. Formal vote now and then more presentations by Jon and Q/A, Kim is speaking candidly and confidently. All good.
I’d estimate 100 shareholders
There is a spool if dragonsilk to hold, cocoons, silkworms, moths, and spiders for looking and pictures
There’s quite a nice size crowd of shareholders gathered waiting to go into the meeting for those that are interested.
Enroute to the shareholder meeting, hoping for great things coming soon!
I don’t mind the vagueness. It doesn’t put the company in jeopardy of anything getting out prematurely, but it also calms my nerves. Thank you Truth!
