trust me, i am all for this. But when this has been on backorder for a month, and a month ago they said it will ship in a week from an email i got from travis, then they are at a event with the water, seems off a bit.

They are putting PR's out but they aren't making any statements on the back order and are claiming sales. Nobody on this board or the USMJ board have gotten anything shipped. How are they selling out but ship nothing? I understand this is a new bottle launch so it's a bit expected but still.

Don't remember who, but another user also got an email about 2-3 weeks ago about the shipping but still got nothing. PURA or USMJ needs to update us on this and not keep people in the dark or guessing because they are in this together since the beginning.

The problem is that they are not saying anything and keeping people updated, and even if it finally ships, it's bad customer service period and we should be updated much better because they can pump PR's repeating the same thing.

Also, if they are having trouble shipping for legal reasons, then they need to say so!

i just checked the usmj site to see the status of my everx order, and the message that said it was on "Backorder" now changed to "Pre-Order"

That is a bit ridiculous due to the fact some of us including me have been waiting 1 month! Now it is on pre order???? not looking good but still hoping for the best.

Although i believe in PURA, i am very frustrated that they can release PR's about sales and new orders coming in and possible partnerships etc, but orders from USMJ have not even been shipped yet.

I'ts been 1 month already!! Yet, they have water to bring to the Arnold Sports Festival??? This is ridiculous!

I hope they begin to ship or else this is going to be a problem and their "M&A interest" are not going to be interested anymore. Bad customer service for sure.

I was starting to lose hope here because my everx was not shipped yet, but i still believe this is going somewhere!

Keep us posted! They really need to improve a bit on this. It's annoying when they keep putting out PR's only re-iterating the same things.

I don't believe it is fake since they obviously have product and are known even if not by many yet.

Although i am not happy about how they keep investors updated. If Everx from PURA was still in prelaunch and they were waiting for the arnold event and illegal purger event to officially launch the new design and formulation, they should of said that. Not have people order and wait and not say anything about it.

i can't wait to get mine shipped. I am in NYC. I also got a email yesterday and they partially refunded me shipping. I paid 18 dollars for shipping during the pre launch and they removed 8 bucks.

Got an email today from USMJ. They gave me a partial refund on the shipping cost of the 6pack Everx i bought.

I'm a bit upset that the cost of the water and shipping cost dramatically changed just after USMJ.com officially launched to the public. I'm all for providing revenue, but that sucked as i paid 18 dollars for shipping and now it is 4 dollars and still on backorder until next week from an email from usmj when i asked about the back order.

Because if Kaly is not really doing business with them, then the partnership with GNBT is most likely bullshit. But we know GNBT is doing business with them and PURA and doubt they would without actual research information to back them up.

Also, the NCMBiotech team has the president/ceo of Beechtree labs on their advisory team. Doesn't necesarily mean they are doing anything directly with Beech Tree Labs themselves. Maybe they also just don't know them as Kaly but as NCMBiotech.

I think i'll call myself and see what they tell me. If you can find that post and provide it i'll do it.

Maybe Beech Tree Labs doesn't know they were bought by Kaly? That's a bit weird but in the study they name NCMBiotech's "Blue Dream" which i would assume is the extract they are using from their patent. Plus this study was done by Primate Plus and only mentions Beech Tree Labs about the first preliminary study done with epithelial cells.

Like alot of people here, i have done a lot DD. Not for the sake to say it's real but to see if it's fake. In the beginning i was skeptical but as time went on and i found lots of information between this ticker and USMJ and PURA, i find this to be real. I've read articles from years ago back in 2014 when USMJ and NCMBiotech initiially started a partnership which the result ended up being PURA with their Everx CBD water. Everything seems to be coming to full circle right before and after the passing of the farm bill as well.

And just a side note, how can anyone expect to find lots of information about a chemical compound that was illegal to extract from a plant that was illegal to grow unless you went through some type of government program or university. And these studies are being done by people in universities so i think we can now expect more information to be released.

I think most people here were waiting for an update from the kali-extracts site instead of going to ncmbiotech directly who is the subsidiary.

Based on this, things look to be going great and with the partnership with GNBT, this will hopefully bring great returns in the future!
