Anybody own any UCOI? They are going to do a R/S. I really wonder when and if Al would even tell us about his plans. I feel 99% sure he will do it: otherwise, no investors will come here.

Ahh yes, the ole R/S. Did anybody really think that this was not coming??? Of course it has been coming: how else will the investors who loaned the money get repaid? They don't care about the price because they probably own at .0001 or less. The CFO that came over from Javelin, after talking with them, almost convinced me that he was going to help turn things around, but when you can't think of anything new, just do the ole R/S. Javelin just screwed everyone on FCCN and GRXI. But IMO, the odds of you guys stopping the upcoming R/S are about the same as winning the lottery and if you do, then you guys need to form a group to stop others from doing the same thing. GL

Al needs to sell his car( if he owns one ) and buy an old school bus. Paint the RBID colours on it, drive around from city to city promoting the company. He could drive everywhere and invite people like Donald Trump into hi mobile office converted from a schoolbus. Al and the other cronies that we don't hear much from could be passing out free tool bars and offering free 5 hour lessons on how easy it is to operate. Just in time for the holidays! What's up with the stock is that they have the technology to provide energy for the car. The car/prototype are not ready to rollout in a production line yet. Patents are still being pursued as well as some additional cash to bring the product to market. If this company had nothing going for it then I doubt VW would allow their name and especially one of their top models, the GTi to be the 1st experimental. With the planet turning greener every day, I'd say it's about time,,,

I heard Al didn't pay the utilities yet and StockChick wasn't going to bail him out anymore. Supposedly she has been seen at the Wealth Expo chatting with some younger players that have money and it was also rumored that she refused to wear one of the "pr" tee-shirts that show the tool bar super imposed against a Star Wars type background and she said something to the effect that she would rather wear nothing at all that one of those!

Here's the link: http://www.rbid.com/ And we all could have been getting updates from Al if we had just filled out the Investor Request form! Geez! Where have we been? And that tool bar, or the "whatever it is but you are NOT suppose to call it a Tool Bar" looks like a tool job! The graphics look familiar: like out of some movie I saw! Has anyone said there is NO dilution? I think we will know in the next few days the current status of the dilution. There is no massive diluting going on here and obviously the only way for investors to get any funds back they loaned the company is through selling the collateral. I'm not a fan of dilution, just technicals in a company with a story: this one has that, so for now I'm staying in and I think we'' be back to .0012 - .0013 in the next few days. Those who are curious to the current O/S and float should contact the company: I did via e-mail and am waiting for a reply.

I have no idea where the O/S figures come from. In the past 6 months I have only had a TA confirm the figures I had, but the industry rule now is to be gagged so they don't have to be bothered by a 100 shareholders: makes sense to me. The only person authorized to give those #'s is the IR dept or an officer in the company and the I-Box makes that statement pretty clear to those who have read it. New figures have been requested but asking for an updated O/S is not going to be much help IMO, we need a float figure.

As far as the airline, I don't base my play here on that item alone.
