Hopefully the O/S was a typo too
Can anyone think of a reason CC would not want to rollout?
I can't.. especially now that we have 6 million in cash to buy inventory, and lease new DC's
Yeah, i agree, it is probably a little higher now, probably around 20-25k imo
The good thing is that at 15000 we break even, and then can start using the profit to buy more inventory without the dillution. This company will take off like wildfire after 15000 subs imo.
I agree with STATX and the 10k filing.. I believe we only have the inventory to service 15000 at this point.. How many people do you think 98000 copies can service?? If the average is a 3 out plan, there is 45000 right there, and many of there 98000 titles hardly ever get rented imo. I believe that was CC's main concern, and that is why we needed the cash to prove that if this rollout happens, we have the money to dramatically increase our inventory.
Gameznflix VOD satellite and reciever box at CC for $299.99... that would be nice..
Dspetry, Netflix had nearly 1 million subs when they were trading at that level, gzfx has 6000... Im not saying it wont get to 4c on hype, but it is really incomparable to Nflx from dec 2002. IMO we would need every potential pr (rollout, aafes, DC's, and Website)to get us to the 3-5c level
I agree, Like many others have said, I believe the early filing and extra cash is because of the CC deal. CC knows that if they proceed with the rollout, GNF better have the cash to buy more inventory. Right now with 2mil in inventory we can service 15000 customers.. With a full rollout we will hit that in 2 months. 6mil cash will allow us to service another 35000 - 45000 subs imo, and after that we will have the cashflow to increase inventory as we need it. Now that we have the service, the website(soon), inventory, and the cash, CC would be retarded for passing up on a rollout. And if they do, im sure there are plenty other companys that wouldn't mind the extra cashflow.
Actually, they did comment that only about 1/3 of new subs came from CC, and the rest were from there own marketing. I think the 1500-2000 estimate is without CC. Im not saying the CC deal is dead by any means, but if they gave out the realistic sub rollout numbers, then indirectly, everyone would know the rollout is a go. Those numbers are extremely conservitave if the rollout does happen.
Heres a link to a Neflix filing from 2000, gives alot of information on their first 3 years in the business.. pretty interesting

Just pay a homeless guy to run around on the field naked with nothing on but a Gameznflix banner flapping behind him. We would get national exposure, and it would only be the cost of a ticket, and a GZFX banner...
Wick, I just called the CC Bethlehem Distribution Center on 4000 Township Line Rd.... Talked to the administrative assistant... She had never heard of GNF, but she sounded like she didn't know much of anything..
get a room guys!
Well, Im sure these next few weeks will be pretty interesting, lets see what tommorow brings.. cya
So in other words, the rollout is a done deal
Sorry Wick, ran out of posts.. Well i guess in that case Fleming wont be needing my services... Do you think CC will be investing money into GZFX?
Are you implying that we will use CC's DC's?
I think we will close the old DC in PA and open the new one. Look how small it is compared to the other DCs.. and $350/month?? It must be somebodies garage! They are also getting screwed on there lease in Colorado. thats a ridiculous price for 1000sq ft in middle of nowhere, Colorado. Im a real estate agent in FL, and I emailed Fleming about finding him a sweet deal on a DC down this way. Haven't heard back yet....
California: 308 West 5th Street, Holtville, California; five year
lease, with a rent of $1,200 per month for a 1,600 square foot space.
Colorado: 18234 Road 24, Sterling, Colorado; one year lease, with a
rent of $2,000 per month for a 1,000 square foot space.
Kentucky: 130 West Kentucky Ave, Franklin, Kentucky; five year lease,
with a rent of $3,150 per month for a 4,200 square foot space.
Pennsylvania: 225 Vine Street, Scranton, Pennsylvania; one year
lease, with a rent of $350.00 per month for a 700 square foot space.
I hope yourjoking... I would be so pissed if they dumped a bunch of money into a superbowl commercial
Awesome, I sent him a similar email, but have not had a response.
Anybody get an email reply from Fleming in the last 2 days?
Just got home and recieved the movie "Crash", shipped on 1/31, 2 day shipping to Florida is awesome.
Yesterdays news came out at 1:51 and 2:59, lets see if Fleming gives us a PR in the next hour
So no news today Big Money?
CMON FLEMING I NEED TO GO GET SOME LUNCH! LETS HAVE IT!
10..9...8...7...
I agree, We will pop up to .025 on cc / aafes news, consolidate for a few days, and then on to .05 in the next 3-6 months imo
Some of the dillution was allready factored into the price, and even though we have more shares, we gained more assets. 6 million in cash. Anticipation for a good pr also.
looks like the dust has settled. No more big buys or sells comin in.
Maybe he let the rumors leak so traders could get out, and buy back after the big drop. Some traders doubled up, others lost their shirt. He needs shareholders, and he will do damage control very soon im sure.
Yeah Baby! picked up another mil under .006
That money must be going to something significant. Why else would they dilute at these levels. You would think that if the CC rollout was a done deal, we would dilute as little as possible until pps went up on the rollout news. There is no reason to have 6 million in cash all at once unless they are planning on making a huge investment into something... Filing out 2 months early, bunch of cash as of 12/31/05, hmmm.. I think we'll be in for a nice suprise.
I agree, there better be a really good reason for this dillution or Im making a trip up to Franklin KY
I agree.. There was a reason the filing came out early, and we will find out soon
Same here
He sure got screwed
SO WHERES THE GOOD NEWS WICK?
As of December 31, 2005, we had 3,291,733,490 shares of
common stock issued and outstanding and convertible debentures
outstanding that may be converted into an estimated 5,015,487,8
The GZFX shares cover both De Joya & co. consulting AND Services as CFO by De Joya... didn't catch that on the first read
"On August 1, 2005, the Company entered into a Consulting
Services Agreement with De Joya & Company, Inc. (see Exhibit 10). This agreement also covers the services provided to the Company by Arthur De Joya as chief financial officer of the Company."
