We had the same impression of John Burge when we met him with you et al at ProGas.
He has a lot more at stake here than we ever will. Seems he is branching into the banking business being on this supposed banking board which I still need to verify by a link.
I think the honeymoon stage as he said he was in during Feb is over and he is working very hard for the company and earning his salary as well as his personal investment.
Cogs in the wheels will happen.
Nice to see you posting here.

I am nearing a year holding this stock as well and will continue to hold.
Ihub posters...
There is nothing related to PBLS to talk about at this time except former PR's and old news. yada yada (exclaimer in there somewhere.)
I'm starting to watch TV, (World events no less and the upcoming political agendas of those who want to be hired to run this country next go around,) as this stock is going to become in my view very boring in the next few months.
It is what it is, IMO a truely great buying opportunity. Beats the crap out of those who bought around .03.
I also watch the "Confessional"..(board)lol.

Good Morning Rover,
Getting alot of sinners today?
By the way, mine is still in the shop...lol.

Sooner or later, we'll soon see, so soon, not soon enough,
see you soon, is it soon yet? lol!

For those who didn't get to hear Paul A on Mn1.
This is the response I received from Mn1 regarding reposting of the interview with Paul A on Thursday...
That one is not up yet. If I remember I will email you a link. The guys should have that up Monday morning. Or you can check back under more "DOWNLOADS AND PODCASTS" on the home page then look for "`more press conferences" then you will see the archives.
Thanks for listening.
In haste

Good Evening,
I see some long term investors wavering.
Perhaps your vision of long term is shorter than mine.
In any case, individually, do what YOUR gut tells you to do, not what you've herd..(I know, bad, bad me...lol.)
I do suggest though that everyone should evaluate why you invested here. If it is not within your time frame to weather the "dead money syndrome" then perhaps you should sell. (But for goodness sake, sell to the company for .03 not for the .02whatever...geeze you'll take a loss!)
If you are truly long, then perhaps you add, hold or average.
My time frame is long. I do not see PBLS running out of product ie. (sand, gravel and minerals.)
I do not see them going bankrupt from lack of revenue or incurred debt. Seems they've learned a hard lesson with the IPO they ventured with Capital Growth Resources and Capital Growth Protection. This is the reference Paul made I believe on the interview where they took their lumps and paid for it.

My other opinion is that I do not see New Orleans housing construction demand falling off like the rest of the country. In fact, I view this investment as a hedge against the falling housing starts especially in my neck of the woods where the price of housing in the last 5 years has put many out of the range of buying a home.
Now the reverse is happening. People are scrambling to lock in fixed rates and get out of the adjustable rate mortgages that looked so good a few years ago.
As far as the quick news Paul A gave toward the end of the program, tactful in delivery, it was not. The market in its digestion of news and timing of such is never satisfied, this audience was small compared to the audience that will be asking questions in the future. Paul needs more polish in the future and should expect more questions like the first caller.
I truly believe there is more, much more to the latest acquisition, come on, buy a jet company so they can fly for 400 bucks vs. commercial airlines ticket purchase? ProGas is in the mix with this acquisition in my opinion.
Cool to be able to fly a Lear to sites they've acquired, (mine is still in the shop) and yes, they should either have a donkey train on stand by or a helicopter with a big long rope and a gurney attachment to get to those remote areas.
See, I can be skeptical as well.
Have a good weekend everyone.

I thought that went well.
(1)Hired Directional Drilling Coordinator.
Gene Kirk. Taking on wells almost immediately.
(2) Intent to buy a co, fuel cells company, refurbishing services, Denison....opinion 20 million in income sells jet fuel.
17.5 million to 100 million? Cool...
Far less than two years to become fully transparent.
It was interesting reading all the posts tonight.
My advice,
Get a good night sleep, wake up and breathe deep, pour a hot cup of coffee/tea/juice tune into the interview and envision New Orleans beginning to rebuild with PBLS and MS&G (for those new here Murphy Sand and Gravel) in the forefront.
My guess is that the oil exploration in Kentucky and Wyoming will also be a topic seeing as Wyoming drilling permit(s) is issued.
As much as we would all like to think that the PPS will appreciate when we want, let us remember that building a strong foundation in a business takes time.
td
Maybe some of you should go back and listen to his last interview a few years ago...
Have a good evening.
td
Slowly but surely the word gets out...
td
I love being early to this kind of a party!
(Much nicer than being fashionably late.)
td
He needs to learn how to confess his sins first.
Maybe jail with give him time to reflect upon the dumb things he said...
You shouldn't post to yourself.
Presents credibility issues...
Looks to me like a lot of bottoms in the market are going to be hit in the next couple of weeks along with the double whammy
summer doldrums. Hunker down, it hasn't even got ugly yet from what I see.
