Actually they have. The CT requests that were granted have expired.

The only thing Baltia is trying to line up is their next fairytale.
It is a waste of time calling Baltia HQ to complain about Tony's lies, because all you're going to get are more lies. Many of the long term holders have reached out to the company numerous times. Having been milked for all they could with PP sales, their efforts fall on deaf ears.
File your complaints with the SEC and your congressman.
That must be Frank buying shares with the nonrefunded $1,000,000.00 before they announce Tony's plan to buy Xtra with it's pending $50,000,000.00 lawsuit.
How do we know Igor is really dead? The only source of information of his death was Baltia.
He probably got commissions from bringing in PP buyers.
The filings show that he was issued shares for consulting services.

Barry's last form 4 showed that he Owned 447 million shares. I don't believe the company can retract their shares. They were awarded over several years for services rendered or bonuses.
That would be like a former employer retracting the wages and/or bonuses they paid you over the years.
Russell and Barry are no longer with company and do not own enough shares to qualify as Insiders.
I'm pretty sure their restricted shares were held well beyond the 180 day minimum. I don't know the particulars of how the restriction legends get removed.
Read elsewhere the restrictions had been removed from Russell and Barry's shares. They're probably doing a slow dump. Like that Nasty fellow claiming it was Baltia's time so that he could unload his shares.
Give us links to prove the twisting.
"Big boys frequently contacting them and watching them." Those Big boys are the ones serving the kool aid.
Baltia's financials never have, and never will be right.
They'll most likely be evicted from Stewart pretty soon.
Conjecture? Are you trying to tell us the DOT posted falsified documents? Why hasn't the company demanded a correction?
Not releasing the financials contradicts the company's claims of transparency and their agreement with the SEC to file timely reports.
You'll have to ask Tony when they did. The DOT did not give the date they were informed.

What reason is there for not releasing the financials, especially when they are for periods unrelated to the Songbird deal and any make believe future deal?
Like the one on 11/14/2017 when Tony flat out lied to the shareholders?

To Our Valued Shareholders:
As the company undergoes its transition and preparation for operating as a Part 121 air carrier, we understand that it is vital for us to maintain transparency and hold ourselves to the standards we set forth during our Special Shareholders Meeting in May 2017.(Really? The DOT notified Tony on 9/13/2017 Baltia's economic authority was going to be revoked. He ignored them and at some point withdrew Baltia's application for certification from the FAA) To that end, we have been working diligently for several months to acquire Songbird Airways and are committed to closing the deal. I want to assure you that we are eager to resolve the delays in the closing with Songbird and remain as dedicated as ever to moving beyond this chapter of our pre-revenue business in order to rapidly proceed toward scheduled passenger flights.(On 11/13/2017 it was made known on this board the deal had been terminated, which is the only reason Tony put out this release) Our goal has and always will be to create a successful company that puts its shareholders above all else. Completing the Songbird acquisition will put us in a position to generate revenue while focusing on growth and profitability for both our business and our investors.
Since USGlobal's inception in late 2016, the executive team has been striving to complete several critical tasks that will lay the foundation for successful operations. We will be providing more detail in the comings weeks,(We're well past coming weeks, coming months are done, so now I guess we're going for coming years) but we want to give some preliminary updates. First and foremost, we have completed the audit for fiscal years 2015, 2016, and the first three quarters of 2017 and are preparing the final drafts for legal review and release.(The review is taking longer than the revision) Second, our business plan, pro forma, corporate name and stock ticker change will follow the release of our audited financials. Finally, we have begun reaching out to travel agencies, public relations, and marketing firms to create a powerful and compelling branding campaign leading up to our initial flights.
As we approach the holiday season, I want to thank all of you for your loyalty, commitment, and patience as USGlobal completes the final steps to acquire Songbird Airways. I look forward to a bright future for USGlobal's shareholders and everyone who has worked so hard to make our vision a reality.
Sincerely,
Anthony D. Koulouris
Chairman, President & CEO

Or the one in the 8K when he lied about having sufficient funds to complete the Songbird acquisition?
?
They are well aware of the concerns posted on the messageboards, they probably even respond to them.
Even some of Baltia's longtime faithful followers are voicing their displeasure of how Tony and crew are performing.
That deal was never going to happen.
Nope, the planes that were sent to Mexico by Kalitta were some of the 767s he bought to be converted to freighters.
I don't think N706BL has been scrapped yet. It has liens on it.
Last week's flight of N417XA had nothing to do with Baltia. It has been deregistered. Reason for cancellation: Exported, export to Malta.

Legit or loud mouth?
True Baltia's problem was the FAA inspectors were doing their job. Those links show where they were not doing their job.
No deficiencies have been reported.
Airplane boneyard in Tucson is the obvious writing on the wall.
How is it that only a few Baltia Bffs know about the FAA corruption? For as many years as it has been claimed to be going on why hasn't something been done to stop it?
Why would you think a plane that was destined for Tucson international and diverted back to Goodyear be for Baltia? This being the same plane people told us Baltia had inspected and rejected.
I hear Delta is having a fire sale also.
I see Tucson was the planned destination but looks like it was diverted back to Goodyear. It may have been experiencing engine trouble.
No engines were on it back in January, yesterday's 15 minute power up was probably for testing reinstalled engines.

If it is for Baltia, then why was it delivered to Tucson Intl and not Stewart?
Weren't we told by those in the know, the Songbird deal was terminated because N417XA is in really bad shape and failed Baltia's inspection?
I seriously doubt they raised anywhere near as much as they claimed to have lost. Even the SEC questioned Baltia's claim of a $1.6 million loss on N705BL when they sold it as scrap for $144,000.00.
Oh just reach up and pull the chain and watch your shares swirl down the drain.
To avoid the wrath of angry shareholders in person, they should use something like go-to meeting.
Yep, that must be how she done it. Got Lampl so worked-up he would say anything she wanted him to say.

Baltia even gave empty promises to the SEC.
Now that Baltia will be hiring employees to provide the reports to the auditor, the timing concerns should be minimized. As a result, disclosure controls and procedures will be effective in the future to ensure that information required to be disclosed by Baltia in the reports that we file or submit under the Exchange Act are recorded, processed, summarized and reported, within the time periods specified in the Commission's rules and forms.
Tony hasn't, but Igor did. He bought 2 useless 747s and rumor has it the Cessna was acquired in lieu of cash for a private placement sale.
What is Mr Transparency hiding in the extremely overdue completed 2015 & 2016 audits?
Quick learners? Baltia has been a start-up since August 1989.
