Morning Topdog...
The state of this board is sickening. No wonder the longs hardly post anymore...
I remember the good times...and we'll have them again! Only a matter of time...
In the meantime, it's more of the same saga day in and day out...endless negativity.
Love you too...and all the Island Babies!
Cheers to Kung Fu Grips!!!!!!
:)

I've been doing great, thanks. Hope you have also been doing great. :)
Love you guys!
$MMEG
No. They are quarterly. Read the PR.
Audio Investor's Updates have always hit when they were supposed to. :)
$MMEG
Morning MMEG. Audio Investor's Update should be out any day.
Momentous still owns Poolworks. The restructuring is happening as we speak. The Restructuring Administrator is in control and running Poolworks until it the restructuring is complete. Glad I could be of assistance.
PKG* is irrelevant. We're talking MMEG here.
In answer to your question, the reason would be that MMEG is going to offer OTT streaming. Read the DD. They will either buy or build an OTT streaming platform since their plan is to offer it.
As to whether or not the OTT streaming platform they acquire or build will involve OTTV, that is not something I know anything about at all--and I have heard nothing about that.
The plan is to offer OTT streaming. How they achieve this remains to be seen.
Hope this helps.

By the way I did get in touch with Jesko Stark in Berlin a couple of weeks ago. His response was he was not allowed to disclose any further information as it is private to the parties involved.
I think I posted that on the board as well, but just letting you know I didn't get any deeper details. Have a great rest of your day.
$MMEG
LOL good one! :)
Let me know if you have any more questions and I will try to answer them later.
I have to head out for most of the day, but will get to it when I can, Buzzie, I promise.
It appears everything is going according to plan with Poolworks. So we will see what happens when the relaunch occurs in early 2018.
No need to give up hope. Momentous has not said otherwise. :)
Many irons in the fire. Patience will be necessary.
$MMEG
Thank you for sharing your opinion, Sam. Go MMEG!
No. I am not saying the source of the information is unreliable--on the contrary. I am saying I dig up everything I can find so this is what we have to go on.
I'm a little confused about your last sentence. "How could this information be given out..."
What information be given out? I'm not sure what you are asking, could you please explain and I will tell you what I can. Thanks. :)
Buzzie I posted all of this information before. I have now had to dig up a few of my posts to show you and this is taking a lot of my time today. I don't mind in this case, but if you missed all the previous posts in order then you missed a lot of information. This is not a complaint so don't take it that way, but I spend a lot of time doing research and have done so for the past year on MMEG. Sorry if this is a bit disjointed but I had to grab a few posts and try to explain this very quickly as I have a busy day today.
I do not post things just randomly. I do post what I feel is important to know, my perspective on things and what I feel is possibly happening and why. I do hope you know that I do not know everything and have no inside information or connection to anyone at MMEG.
I simply do a lot of digging. Take my posts and decide for yourself what you think about them (that goes for everyone). That is the best advice I can give you. You can agree with my posts, or disagree, that is up to you. Everyone can take what they want from the information I provide. I have no intention of misleading anyone ever. I have always stated that my posts are my opinion only, and should be treated as such. I do, however, post things I believe are important.
So here is some of the information I previously posted. I am not including the articles about Restructuring Laws in Germany because I would also have to dig that up and this is taking a lot of my time right now.
As with anything, I do not have a crystal ball nor are we privy to certain information, and thus, I only post what I see happening based on my own research. I hope these things help you to better understand the process Momentous is going through.
The restructuring has already been ongoing since the first week of September. Momentous is expecting a relaunch the new platform this coming Spring. Restructurings take on average of 8 months according to international law documents I already posted on the board before with the links. That is why I believe it is almost complete--almost complete meaning they have made 3 months progress and have a few more months to go if the restructuring happens within the average time frame.
Thus, that is why I believe they announced a Spring launch of the new platform IMO. Also, I already posted a lot of information about Jesko Stark, the Restructuring Administrator in Berlin. If you missed the posts, I would start with the following PR and then also see the posts about Jesko Stark below that.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136315136
Jesko Stark is a Restructuring Administrator in Berlin at a very prestigious international award-winning law firm specializing in Restructuring and Insolvency. Stark speaks English and the company, although based in Berlin, has offices worldwide as well as a dozen or so offices in the U.S. As I mentioned before, Momentous is in good hands.
Suffice it to say, if the restructuring has been ongoing for the past 3 months, then it should be complete in the Spring along with the relauch of the new networks IMO. Although we are not privy to the details of the restructuring, we will eventually find out as the target date for the relaunch gets closer.
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/momentous-entertainment-group-accelerates-restructuring-of-its-poolworks-subsidiary-pinksheets-mmeg-2236233.htm
Here is the link to the Poolworks blog in which the VZ staff (Poolworks staff) stated that the prototype of the platform was already done. I have posted at length about all of this already.
From the Poolworks website:
On its own behalf: "studivz" announces bankruptcy - The social network continues
BY VZ TEAM · SEPTEMBER 8, 2017
Berlin, September 8, 2017 - the Poolworks (Germany) Ltd. has filed for bankruptcy on 7 September 2017 at the District Court of Charlottenburg. The court has appointed Jesko Stark, a lawyer for the provisional insolvency administrator, from GT Restructuring, the restructuring unit of Greenberg Traurig.
The operation will continue and the studiVZ and meinVZ sites will remain active. The aim of the procedure is a restructuring, the long-term preservation of the VZ Group as well as the finalization of the new core product development.
All employees have been working hard to develop this new platform in recent months. The new product should be understood as a relaunch of the entire VZ Group.
Because with the creditors of the group agreements were negotiated, which wanted to wear the new owner Momentous Entertainment Group. Unfortunately, the American shareholders could not yet agree with the tax office on the repayment of a sum, so that then the bankruptcy had to be registered.
After a four-month successful collaboration, there is already a prototype of the new platform and the project is only three months away from completion.
For the employees, the whole thing was very surprising after the positive course of the past few months.

Morning Pirate...

Dvanajscak, tell me why would Kurt alert us to it at the first sign of a disagreement prior to attempting to work things out first and then telling us? That would be a bad decision IMO and unnecessary. He's not obliged to update us on every single disagreement the company has. However, it does appear as soon as he knew the deal was possibly not going to come through, he told us. He's not going to hold our hands every day and convey information that may not be necessary.
As I just posted, whatever happens is going to happen now and Momentous moves on from here.
$MMEG
Good morning friends...
I just want to caution everyone to coming to conclusions about things and making too many assumptions about things that may or may not be transpiring in terms of Blackfox.
The Blackfox deal will either be worked out or it will unwind--clearly the two parties are at odds. It is that simple. MMEG will move on if the latter happens.
Whatever does or does not happen in terms of Blackfox, it does not in the least change or affect my opinion of MMEG or Kurt Neubauer. Business is business. Just like in all things in life, sometimes there may be a bad match, or a business relationship that had good intentions but turns out not to materialize. Honestly, it doesn't take much for that to happen. Just as in personal relationships, choices are made about who one decides to be involved with (or not) and why.
Again, none of what is transpiring affects my opinion of MMEG. Everyone is free to make their own decisions and come to their own conclusions--that is evident by the posts on this board--but nothing anyone posts will change my mind.
I bought in for the long haul and will be in MMEG for the long haul. Quite a few of us did inform everyone on many occasions over the past months that Kurt stated several times he did not view MMEG as a trading vehicle. Thus, everyone was told and warned--and this still stands.
Simply because a few are unhappy with the pps right now is not a reason to make the CEO out to be a bad person. The company is doing business. Things happen.
MMEG will carry on just fine without Blackfox if it comes to that. MMEG has so many irons in the fire and will simply find another acquisition target if the Blackfox deal unwinds. Momentous has a plan and they are simply carrying out their plan.
I'm looking forward to all of what Momentous will be doing/offering in the future as I have all along. Again, a lot of patience will be necessary for those holding here. The OTC is full of risks as everyone knows. Our decisions are individual and heated debates arise because of this.
Everyone has a right to their opinion. However, my opinions are solidified and won't change no matter what anyone else posts. I keep my eye on the big picture and am unswayed by what is posted on the MMEG board.
As always I will continue to post any new findings on the board, even though I realize many are not posting as often as we are now just waiting to hear updates from Momentous. In that regard the Audio Investor's Update should be coming out any day now, as it is due the first week of December.
I hope everyone gets to take some much needed breaks and enjoys the festivities of the month of December and the upcoming holidays. Everyone deserves to have some time off and we can also bring some much needed joy to this world in many ways. :)
Good luck everyone. $MMEG
Fox
Yes, unfortunately we're not privy to the details so we're going to have to wait to hear anything about what happens with Blackfox. Hopefully they will work everything out.
Hard to say, but the Audio Investor's Update is due the first week of December for the fourth quarter so hopefully it will shed some light as to everything that is happening. Looks like we all will have to wait for an update.
MMEG
So sorry to hear that. Patience in pennyland is one of the hardest virtues. We've all been there...but profits are profits so don't feel bad. There will always be another play.
Good morning guys! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday yesterday. I know I did. I've done some digging and this is just some information on Blackfox and the founder and CEO of Blackfox.
As the saga with Blackfox continues to unfold--and since we do not know what is going to happen--I am simply providing this information for whatever it's worth. I hope it sheds some deeper light on Blackfox as I know many had questions about Blackfox. FYI none of this has ever been posted on this board. I found it interesting that it gives us just some more details about Blackfox.
Todd Rambilas, CEO, Blackfox Talks Mobile Acquisition
Partner Post - Blackfox We Deliver Results, Not Impressions.
Posted on February 10th, 2016 by Artyom Dogtiev
Todd Rambilas is CEO of Blackfox Inc. an international mobile acquistion network. He has over 10 years of marketing experience and was previously a super affiliate. Knowing all the struggles and hardships affiliates and publishers faced he decided to launch his own network in 2012 filling the gap most publishers have with offers. Todd has been fortunate to work with fortune 5000 companies before their growth stage and has seen all forms of growth that can take place within a startup. He has deep roots and understanding within the mobile space and knows how to build profitable funnels from when a user installs your app to re-opening.
What is Blackfox and what do you offer?
Blackfox is a mobile acquistion platform that allows advertisers and publishers to collaborate.
We belive in detail and allow our advertisers to define there targeting by state and device to receive relevant high retention and superb quality of users.
For our publishers we make sure to monetize 100% of there inventory and provide them above market rates for installs and cost per action.
Our publishers get exclusive access to our suite of tools to monetize every user within there app or site. At the same time we work hand in hand to deliver you to success.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work primarily with app install clients being on the Google Play store, App Store or .apk.
At the same time we a variety of lead gen campaigns and straight sale offers that have seen only growth since joining us.
What countries are you focused on and where are you seeing the most growth?
Our main priority is Tier 1 countries being US UK AU CA NZ but we’ve been growing internationally and have expanded our team to cater to SEA and LATAM.
What tips do you have for affiliates that want to build a profitable campaign?
For any affiliate looking to build a profitable campaign the first thing I’d look at is to see what vertical the offer is in. If it’s one I have experience in all the better because I can run it on my tried and tested sources. If it’s a completely new niche I’d stick to mass market verticals, then I’d ask my AM for a list of top performers, I’ll conduct some research on the type of sales material needed and finally run on my traffic sources and optimize placements.
What do you think are the most important trends in app marketing right now?
The most important trend I for any advertiser should always be retention rates. Especially if its a gaming offer. I’d look to see what exactly my user is doing after installation. How many times a day are they opening, how long till a sale or uninstall with this data I can then optimize accordingly.
What mobile devices do you use?
Mainly Android
What are your favourite apps?
A flashlight app we’ve built so I’m a bit biased. Youtube, DU booster, and Skype.
What do you think about the Apple Watch?
Its pretty impressive not really an Apple fan but my friends are able to accomplish a lot more simply by tapping a screen on there wrist rather then have to pull out there phone everytime and worry about cracking the glass screen.

Interview with Todd Rambilas CEO of Blackfox Inc
BY : JITENDRA VASWANI LAST UPDATED : DECEMBER 7, 2014 LEAVE A COMMENT
AFFILIATES, INTERVIEWS
As part of our BloggersIdeas interview series, today we have Intellectual Todd Rambilas Founder of Blackfox Inc, he will be sharing his knowledge on SEO marketing strategies, kickass Facebook paid marketing, blog engagement strategies. He has wide range of experience with traffic generation, Affiliate management & has worked with many big brands.
So lets get started with Todd.
Interview with Todd Rambilas the CEO of Blackfox
First of all thanks a lot for accepting my interview proposal. I and my readers are very pretty glad to have you . Please tell us about yourself and your educational background.
Thanks for having me man much appreciated. I’ve been involved in internet marketing as a whole for nearly 6 years now. This includes all of its subsets like paid marketing channels, search engine optimization, retargeting, email marketing and direct response ads.
How to do SEO for new domain. What strategies you would use for its branding?
The question should be are you trying to rank to promote offers or are you building your own brand. If you’re trying to promote affiliate offers the smartest way to go about it is by purchasing an aged domain with page rank. This shows Google and other search engines this name has authority and history. You do need to watch out as some aged domains are blacklisted.
Now let’s say you’re starting a company from fresh forget about SEO for now and focus on sponsored posts and guest posts.
Get your name out there and have brands/bloggers link back to you this will build your SEO status overtime than you can proceed with link creation automation and keyword targeting.
Branding advertising campaigns in my opinion shouldn’t be initiated until you reached at least $1 million in sales or 1 million unique visitors. The time should be spent on selling benefits rather than features. Sell your customers what they need not want.
What are top 5 content marketing strategies for tech bloggers, who are handling tech blogs from long time. How can they rank for high competitive keywords like Samsung S5/?
Here are my Top 5 Content Marketing Strategies:
Keyword and Audience Research to decide if market is profitable and a low hanging fruit.
Take advantage of guest posting to spread your name, generate a following, and build authority.
Onsite SEO without it your wasting time building links. . I’m tired of seeing SEO written articles all over the internet. It’s dead, it’s boring and it’s costing you visitors and conversions. If you want rank fast create engaging, shareable, newsworthy content.
Headlines are key. If your headline is dull people won’t even bother to read the rest.
Social is trending – distribute your content on social media platforms, get industry influencers to comment and watch your traffic and REVENUE increase.
How do you go about promoting your affiliate marketing campaigns?
Way too many explain. I’ll go over what will work for 2015. Mobile & Content marketing are two traffic sources you want to start with NOW.
Mobile CPI campaigns are crushing it. On our bad days we do around 40k conversions. Landing pages are a must. Facebook fanpages help a lot as well. Content marketing campaigns you most definitely need a presell page. Campaigns we run on those sources have an average payout of $40+ so more time has to be invested in the formation of your landing page.
EXCLUSIVE BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY DEALS Now 90% OFF
Once you have your landing pages in play its literally plug and play with some of these networks. After that you just need to optimize the source to get the best ROI.
Do you mainly go for organic search traffic only or do you also run paid ads?
We run paid ads a lot. If the offer sticks we start to run search engine traffic.
What would you recommend to others, especially the newbies?
No one takes action. Around 90% of affiliate marketers even after reading this choose not to do anything. The truth is the top affiliates in this industry took action with little to no knowledge and they’ve made it beyond their means today. What are you waiting for? Sign up and view our offers. Keep in mind we are worldwide and have offers for literally every country.
What’s hot in the Incentive marketing world right now?
Email Submits, Pin Submits and Download Offers. They never seem to go out of style. To BANK hard with incentives you need to get creative.
How to choose hot niche in affiliate marketing. Is there any trick to see which niche makes more money?
Of course, take a look at whats trending on google and ride the wave before it washes away. These niches will always be top performers in the affiliate marketing space. 1. Dating 2. Business Opportunities 3. Financial 4. Health and Diet 5. Games.
Any suggestion you would like to give on domain name buying. As having cheesy domain sometimes attract clients & advertisers to buy domains?
Again it comes down to your purpose. Why are you buying a domain to represent your brand or to promote another? If your building a brand you’d want a top level domain and something that”ll stick. I’m not talking about xyzcorporationinamerica.com but mycompany.com. The longer the domain the harder it is for your clients to remember.
What makes your affiliate program the best ?
With our affiliate program we have cost per lead campaigns basically if a user were to sign up or download an offer you get paid. Cost per action campaigns such as if a user were to like a facebook page you’d get paid. Cost per sale campaigns you get a percentage of sales you generate for that merchant.
We are the best at what we do because unlike other affiliate networks out there we help each publisher with campaign optimization. If you’re running SEO we can help, if your running paid we can help, if your doing mobile we can definitely help you out.
Right this moment we have 1,500 offers from fortune 500 companies such as Thomson reuters, Godaddy, Instant Checkmate and Candy Crush.
What are you waiting for getting started is free! Sign up now.
What do you feel are some of the most important factors to ranking high in the organic results?
The bottom line is creating engaging content. It isn’t about ranking or marketing. It’s about story telling. Movies are great because of the stories behind it. Content should be the exact same way. Link building, SEO, and etc mean nothing if you have boring, dull, and lame articles.
What is the best & worst thing you would like to say about my bloggersideas blog. Please be open to this question.
Very closed loop community with a targeted audience base. Not only do you share relevant and engaging content but you connect with your audience unlike other bloggers you give them what they need and I admire that.
I hope you enjoy this interview with Todd. If you have any questions about this interview, please do ask in the comments below !

Interview with Todd Rambilas, Founder BlackFox Affiliate Network
1. Name, Title, Location.
Todd Rambilas, Founder of BlackFox Network, New York City.
2. How long have you been in affiliate marketing and how did you get involved?
Since 2008. Been involved in online based businesses since 2008. Owned and sold ecommerce stores, lead generation funnels and even apps. First money I ever made was through SEO to my ecommerce store. After I realized the full potential and how much MORE I could earn I sold the ecommerce business and jumped head into affiliate marketing. I also have other startups in different industries some VC backed and others bootstrapped. More than willing to make connections.
3. Give us a little glimpse into what a typical day in your life looks like.
I’m up by 4:30am every day. First thing I get done, is my morning prayer then off to reading. I spend at minimum 30 minutes to an hour a day educating myself and finding new ways of how I can make my business better. Then I head to work and begin discussions with my team to see where are downfalls are, where we can do better and to how we can create a more personalized relationship with our affiliates. Then I spend another hour launching and monitoring campaigns optimizing till I receive the highest ROI. I then attend to my email which takes about an hour over 1K+ per day. Usually I would leave work at 10pm and found dead asleep by 11pm. On a daily basis I deal with over 500 people through email, skype, meetings or conference calls.
4. What are your hobbies/interests/passions?
Since I was a child I always loved cars. Still do aside from helping people I like to educate.
I find that through education you can change a person. It’s what literally separates the rich from the poor. Once you know the “know how” it’s all about execution.
5. There are already so many affiliate marketer and bloggers out there. What makes You different?
Simple, we help affiliates optimize campaigns. If we see your sending a bunch of clicks and no conversions we’ll reach out and help you milk your campaign dry. Unlike other networks its not all about the money. It’s about the relationships. Through my years running this business I find that the best affiliate marketers are those willing to make changes, willing to learn and most of all willing to take action we just guide you in the right direction. I remember The first affiliate network I ever signed up with never offered me support. When I asked for target demographics to optimize my campaign there response was “ You’re an affiliate marketer your suppose to know these things.”
6. What kinds of traffic generation methods do you focus most of your on? (PPC, SEO, SMO). Do you use any tools that you can recommend?
A lot. SEO I haven’t touched in a while. I personally just don’t like the fact that by a flip of a switch your earnings we’ll decrease to $0 overnight. Majority of the tools I use are in house and made by my developers.
7. Are you currently looking to work with other marketers? if so what are the criteria for other marketers to be considered to work with you?
Most definitely. For other marketers to work with us first thing we need is to verify if there real.
W9 is needed for domestic applications for international applicants we’ll be reaching out to you via email/skype or phone call. We do not work with any marketers who send fraudulent traffic in the form of fake CC info, proxies or duplicate entries. Try to game the system and we’ll issue a permanent ban.
8. For those who are interested in working with you – What’s the best way/time to reach you?
Best way to get to me is Todd@Blackfox.io. For an immediate response reach out to my affiliate manager Jay@Blackfox.io
9. What are the keys to building successful relationships between Affiliates?
The key in my opinion is to give them winning campaigns so they can profit right off the bat.
Too many times I have seen affiliate networks give affiliates offers to push just because they need traffic. We do not practice that at all. If we have something that works we give it to you and help you capitalize on it. Blackfox Performance Network is more than just an ordinary network. We are a family here and that’s how we treat you. We don’t shave leads, give you BS excuses on late payments or make up stories about traffic quality.
10. What do you think about where the industry is going? Where you and your company may be going? What advice would you give to affiliates to keep up the pace.
This is the million dollar question. The key to understand here is that in the affiliate marketing industry it heads wherever you have buyers. Everyone we’ll tell you it’s going mobile which is true. But why? The reason why is because of convenience. Mobile utilities and games will always be booming because of the various angles that can be taken. Other evergreen industries include weight loss, biz opp, and dating.
For advertisers to survive they need to program their websites to adapt to users browsers/phone dimensions. Customers are moving away from desktops and purchasing through tablets and smartphones. You’d be surprise at how much sales is lost just because an advertiser chose not to have his site responsive.

Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving!
Agreed. Five minutes of time travel to 2016 and we'd all be rich. LOL In the meantime it looks like we will have to see what transpires as the weeks progress.
Good Morning MMEG. Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. :)
They are quarterly. So look for it the last week of November to the first week of December.

Many ways to pay for a show including in part by sponsors or production companies going in for part of the profits. Many ways to do deals. The most important thing is they have a great topic and a great talent--that is what matters--and Bobby Dale is it. The rest will come. It is how it works.
But you've been on the board long enough to know the show will be a success.
Buzzie I completely understood what you meant and misconstrued nothing. How many Starbucks have you had today?
Fourth generation Earnhardt, so I wouldn't be so sure about that. Three generations of famous Earnhardts in NASCAR. They all want Bobby Dale to succeed, now that Dale Jr. has just retired. Jeffrey is still in NASCAR, but apparently not that good. The show is about Bobby's rise to and in NASCAR to succeed his grandfather. Going to be a great show!!

Go MMEG
Glad you'll give them time, babe. :)
You are going to have to give some things some time here. You cannot very well say that the Bobby Dale show has not made any money when they have barely started. The show is not anywhere near complete--it's a work in progress. He just raced his two first NASCAR races so he's got a way to go. The next NASCAR Xfinity race is in February so he'll be back on the track then. The show is about him working his way up NASCAR. You'll have to be patient on that one.
Same with Poolworks. The relaunch with the new platform is scheduled for early 2018.
Blackfox isn't necessarily dead either. Neither is Neurofuse, which we haven't heard about.
The next Audio Investor's Update should be in the first week of December. Let's see what they have to say in it.
Try and have some patience and let things develop.
Momentous formed three subsidiaries this year. So we shall see what else comes to fruition. Looks like this brand new licensing agreement is with their subsidiary Nutritional Systems Inc., formed on April 3, 2017.
On March 10, 2017, the Company formed Online Technologies, Inc., a C corporation in the state of Wyoming for the ecommerce consumer products and services division.
On March 10, 2017, the Company formed Momentous Films, Inc., a C corporation in the state of Wyoming for the over-the-top streaming media content creation and distribution division.
On April 3, 2017, the Company formed Nutritional Systems, Inc., a C corporation formed in Wyoming for the nutritional products sales.

Cool. But they just entered into a licensing agreement on November 17, 2017, with David Summers NutraPharx according to the 10Q which is why I posted it.
We'll find out. But thank you for reviewing that all we have is Momentous's statement in the 10Q to go by.

Yes, good point. I remember that case. Unforeseen things happen in business and we are not privy to all the details. Hopefully it will have a positive outcome very soon. It's clear that if the deal closed, then Rambilas is in breach. Now we just have to wait and see.

Agreed Pirate. The Blackfox deal closed so Ramblis is in breach. This isn't over and we'll all be very curious to see what happens now and how it resolves. If it resolves quickly I hope we'll hear more in the Audio Investor's Update which should be out in around 10 days or so.
