I added to my position 2 days ago at $0.75. With all the momentum behind this stock, I don't understand why anyone would sell when this stock has so much potential.
0.005 HIT! WAHOO!
My cousin is on a cruise ship headed to Spain. I told her to look for Magic when she gets there and pick up a pack of Magic 0 and Magic 2. Unfortunately it appears she'll be leaving Spain before the product launch.
Oh, so you're the reason why
my 400,000 @ $0.0035 wasn't filled. Could you do me a favor? Don't place another bid until my order is filled. Thank you! :)
Were you the 500k at $0.0036?
I'm surprised you added since you've been negative on the stock recently. I too have added to my position. I've lost money, but no where near others on this board. I'm looking for a respectable 2nd quarter and good 3rd and 4th quarters.
Yes, you are correct. The screen I was looking at from the Fulton County website still shows him as the owner. It is possible they still haven't updated the website.
Search Criteria: Address Search=REGINA dr
Search produced the following results. Select one by clicking the parcel number link in the first column below.
Owner Name Address GIS Map
BRYANT MELLINESE W 854 REGINA DR Map It
BALAGAMWALA MOHAMMAD 871 REGINA DR Map It
BALAGAMWALA MOHAMMAD 876 REGINA DR Map It
D AUR PROPERTIES LLC 2810 REGINA DR
You are correct. The street number does not exist on Fulton County's website. But street numbers 871 and 876 do exist. They both correlate with GNPT's 844 Regina Dr. physical address. Both properties are owned by BALAGAMWALA MOHAMMAD. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the name of GNPT's co-founder and CEO?
FYI: I work for the Postal Service in PA and it is not uncommon for a property to have more than one street number. I worked in a Post Office 2 weeks ago where 1 property has 5 street numbers. One of the reasons was because when 911 emergency number came to the rural locations, house numbers and street names were changed.
I scooped some up at $0.75. Unfortunately my entire order wasn't filled. Maybe tomorrow.
It is a good read. I agree with you. XXII appears to have this in the bag. Would like to get all the compensation, bonuses, stock options, etc. back.
I guess a break-even fourth quarter would be a step in the direction and would hope that happens. If we could get a net profit of just $100,000, that would equate to roughly $0.0015/share. That alone should bump this above $0.01/share in my opinion. Then the flippers come in and drive it down to around $0.006. lol
Personally, I don't care if they show revenues of $3 million or more. I want to see a net profit. Great revenues aren't going to move this stock, but net profit will. Below are the net income and sales figures from the company's 2014 10-Q.
Net income for QE 03/31/2014: $(124,463) on sales of $3,063,987.
Net income for QE 06/30/2014: $(31,509) on sales of $3,009,008.
Net income for QE 09/30/2014: $(254,009) on sales of $3,168,357.
Not sure why XXII would get sued when it's investors and those on this board who are getting the word out. It not like someone waiting outside of a school distributing packs to kids. I think it would benefit all of us to get the word out and even spend a few bucks to share packs with our smoking friends. I personally would want my smoking friends smoking Red Sun than any other brand. Wouldn't you agree?
Did they happen to provide a reason for the extension?
I sent them an e-mail this morning regarding 10-K. I will let the board know when I hear back from them.
Magic Cigarettes
My cousin will be in Spain in two weeks. I asked her to buy a pack of Magic if she can find them. Might be difficult considering it should be launched this week and may not hit all the stores. I'll let you know if she gets them and have a friend try it since I don't smoke.
You can thank me for that HOD. I wanted to buy cheaper, but considering the potential, I wasn't going to sacrifice dollars for sake of pennies.
He is accused of running a separate, competing company. All within XXII's headquarters. XXII is seeking reimbursement of compensation, stock, options, bonuses, etc. since his date of hire. It's all in the lawsuit.
The CEO was terminated for breaching his employment contract. I believe that's all been discussed on this board and there is a counter suit filed against him. Now that the product is hitting the shelves, we'll see decent earnings.
If you haven't already done so, ask your friend to spread the news about Red Sun and have his friends try it. The best way to advertise is by word of mouth. Let's help Red Sun become a huge success.
Thanks for the photos. Red Sun does stand out on the shelf compared to the other brands. I know there have been several people who don't like the packaging, but it does catch the eye.
I have an idea, send me a check for $7.50 and I'll buy a pack here when they become available. You'll save on postage and won't have all that hassle. :)
It appears it is legal under the following conditions (taken from USPS.com):

I would verify the information above with your local Post Office before buying any Red Sun as gifts for us investors.
I had a buy order in today that hit my purchase price. Unfortunately someone else's order was triggered and there wasn't anyone else selling at that price. We'll see what Monday brings.
I found this info from the MYEC board posted by Bluestarmojo in 2013: BMAK is a market maker synonymous with dilution and shorting. Same as VFIN, VNDM, PERT, and a handful of others
Your post is the kind that I appreciate. One with useful information. Thank you!
Yes, the low float and sales appear very enticing. Makes me hesitant to buy in with most of the comments here stating the stock is going to run and the lack of PR. Last PR listed on the company's website is from 08/12/13. Just looking at the chart from August to today shows a slow, but steady decent with uptick in volume occurring this month. Don't get me wrong, I am not bashing GNPT nor anyone on this board. I do wish all the longs the very best with GNPT.
Probably because there is too much cheerleading on this board. I've been following this board for several weeks and most of these posts appear to be nothing but to pump this stock. One individual has posted roughly 2 dozen comments in the last 24 hours that does nothing but to pump this stock. As a result, I would think twice before buying into this company.
