As many posters claiming to be a yes vote, we can stand one hold out.
Hold the news for Nasdaq. Those without patience or vision, from this point, don’t deserve the profits either.
My humble opinion.
“Company giveaway” should be very loosely interpreted. They are receiving a very large amount of cash, as part of the “giveaway”.
Not sure how, for some, that has become so hard to process or understand.
I honestly dont see my self, at anytime, stopping buying shares, for several years.
I think its truly a once in a lifetime investment opportunity.
Strong hands to the front!
Im okay with that, happy to hold all the way thru as we learn what is in the ground. I suspect a great deal more. Easy hold.
The entire concept of “whale to minnow”, is just foolish. Same percentage of ownership into the company. Its just a fact.
If you want to be a true whale, just buy more shares. That simple.
Realistically, Im happy with anything under 2 years. Thats for the mine shaft and phase 2 drilling with follow up on the Feasibility Study report. I just cant imagine it will take longer.
Best case, a year…
The strength of the rise once on the Nasdaq will directly correlate to the strength of current shareholders, and their willingness to hold. Strong hands is what I see.
I personally have no plan to let a single share go until the first mine shaft is sunk, and we have the results of the next drilling phase. I think its dumb to let an opportunity like this go before we know just how big of a resource, of most desirable metals, is actually there. This could easily become a 200 year mine. Translation: Generational Wealth.
We will all put our hands out soo many times over the years for dividends, they’ll get tired!
Eom.
What I simply meant by spotlight is when its trading on the nasdaq, and has more cash on hand then its total market value.
Hello?
Anybody home?
Investment of a lifetime knocking at your door.
Exactly.
When the spotlight eventually hits NioCorp.... It will be a who is in and who is chasing. This is such an obvious long-term investment, I just wish they were all this easy.
I suspect a few key pieces of updated information, from the company, are being held back for Nasdaq listing. And that is exactly what I would do.
I personally like these numbers, as an indicator, much better.
Dollar Volume:
TSX:NB: $316,000.00
NIOBF: $364,000.00
GXII: $900,000.00
GXIIW: $77,000.00
Todays Total: $1,657,000.00
These numbers are approximate(I aimed low)
Cheers to the longs! I suspect there will be days ahead where we gain a whole digit.
The road is paved in front of NioCorp. Soon, the whole world will realize. Big and small alike.
Did some Quick DD on Zachry. Hard not to be excited. The biggest names use them. We are just another big name. Ho-hum.
Or in some other term. YADDA! Lol
(One post a day= ridiculousness)
Bullseye!
I still believe that Niocorp can reach $5 pre-split
1:2 would make me skip like a school girl.
TMI?
There are many differences when the mind starts to wander.
Im glad someone finally said it.
The biggest difference i see is that both companies have publicly realized values that are on display 24/7, and adjusted every weekday(minus holiday). Private companies with SPACs tend to be overvalued. Just where my DD leads me.
You can count on it!
Before the party gets started, i wanted to say one thing. Cheers to you longs and DD hounds. It has been an absolute pleasure to jump on the NioCorp train with all of you. This message board is a powerhouse of current and true information. A rarity in my book! NioCorp for the win.
Understood. Thanks for the clarification.
It is my understanding, and i may be wrong as the company ultimate decides, but all non-votes(meaning people who didnt vote) by default become yes votes.
I think getting $500M, or better, from the government would be worth that kind of restriction over any potential future buybacks.
The enterprise value of NioCorp would explode, offsetting any needs for lowering the final OS count.
And lets not forget that the OS decreases, in exact proportion, with any RS. Even further eliminating the need of buybacks.
I was simply saying, with the kind of cash flow already anticipated, it can easily be an option down the road.
Curious to hear more details on the Teams visit to the White House. Reading over the announcement, a particular word sticks out to me. They directly commented on “working” with officials… as in… things are getting done. IMO.
Wrong board?
Secured Intellectual Property, in a massivly profitable arena.
More DD is needed, especially with those kinds of questions.
What would that kind of money flow do to NioCorp?
One can also expect, thru cash flow from operations, that share buy backs by NioCorp are possible.
Absolutely nothing can be found that would indicate either.
This is huge!
Bam! This will ride hard! Lets go!
This needs to be kept fresh as well.
This can potentially explode the price of Scandium.
JNCASR scientists find use in scandium nitride to develop device mimicking a [human brain] synapse.
Scientists have used scandium nitride (ScN), a semiconducting material with supreme stability and Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) compatibility, to develop brain-like computing. This invention can provide a new material for stable, CMOS-compatible optoelectronic synaptic functionalities at a relatively lower energy cost and hence has the potential to be translated into an industrial product.
If you could keep us posted on the process, I know myself, along with many others, would appreciate it. Please.
I think that most people are missing the fact that as warrant shares are issued so does the cash coffers rise.
All part of a successful, if not better, Public Offering.
I highly doubt GXII memebers would be voting yes, and exchanging warrants, if they didnt see forward value. In my eyes its positive meets positive!
To be honest, forward value, is hard to miss… at least for this long.
Key word: contingency.
IMO
I consider nearly every one of your posts a must read. Appreciate all your superb DD
Yep. No reason at all to suspect government funding on $30B+ reserves of Scandium.
Hilariously entertained.
Especially a week after a 4 day White House trip.
Hello?
Anybody Home?
That includes all possible warrants. We dont know how many will actually need to be issued.
You are 100% correct. Bravo. If/when those warrants bring the OS up, the total net cash brought from the merger also rises, at the exact same rate. Those pesky details. And it is also why it is hard to judge, today, what the final OS will be. My final answer for possible OS range is between 500-750M, with about $300-500M in cash received.
Bottom line: Massively Undervalued.
And to share a favorite quote of mine: “In order for you to insult me, I would first have to value your opinion”
There is north of $30B in the ground, at outdated prices. Proven. So far. The depths and widths still going. A projected EBITDA of already $800M, and that doesnt include REEs yet. Or the potential licensing of either our facilities or our proprietary seperation process.
All as the worlds eyes turn to REEs.
I know where im parking my money for the at least next 5 years.
I wish all my investments were this easy.
Forgive me for trying to offer the full spectrum of whats possible. Either way. Its certainly up from current values. As a long, what else matters?
A lot higher then current.
