Transcript for November 12, 2018 Earnings Conference Call:

which specific part isn't true? Please advise.
my educated guess would be bc we haven't submitted an application for the right to market the reformulated version
Each person can do his/her own dd
disprove it
Look up Hatch-Waxman 30-Month Stay. We would have to win a lawsuit against them, which would prob take almost as long.
I guess that's as likely as filing bankruptcy for future debts that don't exist.
Let me see if I can find my fortune teller goggles so I can see our future balance sheets for future debts that don't exist bc a slimy bk lawyer might dupe someone into thinking they should file bankruptcy protection for future, not real, debt.
Bankruptcy is not a possibility for a company with no debt. Who would we list as our creditors? the market manipulators?
We need more specifics to know if it's apples to apples comparison. There have been many many trials with positive results. I would say that at least 99% were not stopped prematurely. If true, one can't accurately say "if results were significant, the study would have been halted". The odds and percentages would say otherwise. One could say the study may be been halted but not assert it as if it's an absolute.
We used to do contract manufacturing of Methadone for someone, probably Epic. The contract was due to end, so Nasrat/we proactively applied and received our own approval to market Methadone. Epic decided to independently handle their Methadone.
Here's a quote that may address what you said:
For everyone's clarification:
more likely it had to do with being bought out and the process leading up to the buyout. They had no incentive to do anything with the drugs. They were getting the same buyout either way.
we didn't get an adcom bc the panel would have voted in our favor, thus pressuring the FDA to do what they've been paid not to do.
are we back to pot making Sequest obsolete? The groundbreaking tech is decades from being obsolete. If it were obsolete, the FDA would gladly approve it bc the competition wouldn't be buying them off.
if SequestOx weren't effective, there would be zero concern for anyone taking too much bc they ate a fatty meal. If SequestOx weren't effective at managing pain, they prob would have prematurely stopped the bunionectomy trial. All the patients would have been in severe pain.
Also important to note that all participants were allowed to eat any food they wanted, but we didn't receive any news of anyone dying during that trial. Maybe someone died, but he or she couldn't report it bc he or she was dead.
so there's no complaint about the actual information in the article?
An accusation of a conflict of interest is only the perception of a problem and not an actual problem.
"baloney"
--Nasrat Hakim
No, a massive reverse split will not be necessary. Nasrat won't do a reverse split at all until it rises enough that it won't need a "massive reverse split". I'm seeing mixed messages. otoh, we are supposed to believe Nasrat when he said reverse split, but otoh we aren't supposed to believe him when he says not under $1?
He was very clear that he understands stock prices tend to drift back down to pre rs prices, so it's mostly pointless to do. We won't need a "massive reverse split". We may or may not need a minor reverse split.
Please, by all means, show us where Nasrat said "massive reverse split." Please, let's see the quote. Help us all "realize" exactly when Nasrat said "massive reverse split" bc no I don't realize Nasrat ever said "massive reverse split." I have on my computer right here a copy of the transcripts of every time Nasrat ever discussed a reverse split while he's been at Elite.
Oh boy, I can't wait for the "massive"ly accurate quotes.
is that a quote from a CC transcript, too?
Being up 13.27% would seem to suggest it stopped declining. We are up roughly 100% from when it hit below .06. Yes I know it was there for just a super duper microscopic invisible fraction of nonexistent time, but it still counts. If one looks to the right of the current pps, one will see a number in red, black, or green. Green means "it stopped declining."
I'm not familiar with any product named "SeaQuesTox" or this "problem" you speak of.
Oh, the horror, the horror
77% of all applications that receive crl's are approved upon 2nd application. CRLs are just part of the process. Pretty much unavoidable since the FDA hides the criteria and constantly moves the goalposts. All those killer crls for Percocet and Methadone generics but somehow against all odds we managed to get approval. The world didn't stop after all.
I personally do not care when he tells us, but Nasrat said he would let us know when they get it. Also note, he did not say anything about an FDA meeting. He wrote them a letter; he is waiting for a letter in return. A meeting could happen, but it's doubtful.
75% of all drugs that receive a crl get approved on 2nd application.
--FDA
yet many companies have been bought out when they weren't producing critical mass by any metric or another
yeah, there's absolutely no way Nasrat jumped the gun with an expensive drug. I doubt he'd do it with a cheap one.
Prove it. Post an FDA link identifying said product.
any shareholder on this planet will agree with that statement
I know of no such product. I doubt the FDA has ever heard of that bs either.
No it's not. It's hyperbolic speculation.
Oh well, excuse me. I guess that proves everything. If only someone had stated that sooner.
