Could explain the not so subtle bashing.
The TS buy under .75 must be a bit uncomfortable.
Are you Serious?
never mind I'll delete it myself

OT? May 5, 2005 Dear ChangeWave Member,
The NeoMedia party is already raging.
I wrote to you several times earlier this year, urging you to buy
this microcap stock with extreme ten-bagger potential. Since then,
the stock has soared from 11 cents to 63 cents.
Do the math -- that's a 472% move UP in just a few months! Many
MicroCap subscribers locked in MUCH more.
I recently raised my buy under price, so there's a good chance you
can still make a killing with this stock if you follow our
accumulation strategy. (Full details when you accept your no-risk
trial invitation to MicroCap Investor today.)
But -- and this is important -- I've got an even better buy, with
EVEN BIGGER PROFIT POTENTIAL, for you today.
Do some soul-searching, my friend. You missed NeoMedia...are you
willing to sit this next ten-bagger out, too?
I won't kid you. This is a microcap stock, so of course, there's
risk. But with the stock trading for 30 cents or less, if this
story pans out the way we anticipate a relatively small investment
can mean an absolute WINDFALL in your portfolio.

Operating at the Nexus of TWO Major ChangeWaves: Wireless and
Broadband
****************************************************************
As a ChangeWave member, you already know that cable, wireless,
telecom, and ISP businesses are converging at a lightning pace in
the new era of telecom services. The ten-bagger I've found for you
today has built its business on three huge converging trends:
* The movement toward broadband.
* The movement toward wireless.
* The movement toward IP-enabled networks -- breaking down any
distinction between voice, video and data.
This is a crazy competitive landscape and bundled services are the
name of the game. Our current microcap pick is betting on its (a)
wireless technology and (b) network to beat out more powerful
telecom companies. Since wireless is cheaper and modular, we think
this is a VERY smart approach.
Their winning strategy is twofold:
1. Accumulate network assets that generate cash flow.
2. Become a leading provider of service -- billing, provisioning,
and customer support -- for the products customers desire over
others' networks.
Management believes -- and our research corroborates -- that this
gives them the best opportunity to survive and THRIVE long term.
Remember, we're looking for ten-fold returns on this one. Join us
now and get your share of the profits:

Big Catalysts = BIG Moves. Here's Why the Timing Is Critical
***************************************************
I'll be honest. A year ago, this company was in a deep hole with
zero revenue, negative book value, a stock price under 2 cents, and
a history of operational disappointments. Boy, ain't the turnaround
sweet!
Here are the key catalysts for the monster stock move we've
identified and corroborated:
* They've got a refinancing scheduled to take place in the next 15
to 20 trading days. This will take the drag out of their relatively
ugly balance sheet and improve intrinsic value (cash flow per share
times market multiple) to more than 30 cents per share.
* The refinancing decreases the company's risk and positions them to
ride the growth drivers of their "buy the telco trash and reinvest
the cash flow into 21st-century data communications" strategic plan.
* Upon refinancing, the stock moves closer to a Nasdaq or Amex
listing -- an essential value enhancer.
* New wireless deals are in the queue. A Central Florida deal looks
strong and would be more than 10 times larger than their recently
announced Tempe, Ariz., deal. These "broadband city" deals are a
win-win deal for the cities and the company. The cities love
the return on investment they realize. And, wired cities are a plus
for development -- a recent survey in the real estate development
industry confirms that wireless broadband availability is one of the
top attractions for new development.
* Another key acquisition in the VOIP space is reportedly on tap as
well, and our research tells us it will be accretive.
* The new CEO has been with the company for over a year and has led
the company to the impressive turnaround position its in today.
Under his leadership the company has acquired 14 companies...reached
a revenue run rate of $100 million with positive cash flow...and
aligned with several established brands to boost its name
recognition, including Davel Communications, CloseCall America,
Affinity Telecom and several ISPs.
Add in a new investment banking relationship and increasing Street
sponsorship, and you've got a ten-bagger stock set to BREAK OUT
SOON. Don't miss out again. Join now and get the name of this

Money-Back Guarantee

Remember, this undercapitalized microcap stock is battling against
bigger, richer players. It's the name of the game. Microcap
investing is risky, plain and simple.
We do it for the fun -- and most importantly, FOR THE PROFITS.
But it's not for everyone. There are no safety guarantees.

The stock I told you about today is one of them. You can get its
name by joining MicroCap Investor risk free now:

So go ahead, give MicroCap Investor a try by following this link now:
With our full money-back guarantee and the possibility

just the one ten-bagger stock we told you about today, you'd be
crazy not to at least give us a try.
Hit em straight,
Toby
P.S. I didn't even touch on the company's aggressive two-year
goals:
* $500 million in revenue.
* More than 1 million customers.
* $80 milion-plus EBITDA.
* A large nationwide wireless network.
*A nationally known brand.
And that's only the prelude to the big picture. The CEO says the
company's long-term goals are even more ambitious. If this company
even approaches its goals within the next couple of months, we're
going to have a phenomenal ride. Join MicroCap Investor Now and get
the name of this stock immediately:
P.S.S. I wrote you several times about NeoMedia earlier this year.
The stock rocketed 472% in the subsequent months, and we're counting
on more profits ahead. Don't ignore this message too. Ten bagger
profits are just too huge to pass up twice. Join us now absolutely
risk-free for 90 days.
Please note that every other mobl teaser has mentioned mobl directly. To me, this means TS sees this as his biggest winner. NEOM that is!

SAIC & Intel help engineer the infrastructure for the patented killer application.
Virgin, Scanbuy, Airclick, etc., license the bridge
FCB is hired to help market Paperclick/Wordregistery
Mr. Softie buys 19.9% of NeoMedia and licenses the bridge
Shareholders live happily ever after.
Mr. Softie
I don't think so.
Don't get left behind. The difference between .5 and .65 is not worth the risk. Remember Thursday.
Since I’ve been here, where TS says the market should go, they go. I would be very surprised to see the 50s next week. I think without news we quickly move up and bounce between .68 and .74. I believe the market will want a little cushion to $1.
I think the market was looking to settle in the mid 50s when TS raised to .75.
Something happened between TSs call of 30 and 50 that the street liked. Maybe the combo of the Cornell deal, FBC, and then the Copus move. Or, even a Virgin leak.
There have been a few points where I decided to buy a little high to not risk being left behind. I have not regretted it yet.
OT? TS.
When he said $1 by July he did in essence say buy under $1. I believe therein lies his strange behavior.
This stock has had many big corrections after run ups. There is nothing new here. He also knows that this stock was going back up on today anyway.
He may feel guilty for the poor performance of a lot of his picks, so he's trying to help as many a he can. It's good for all. Having a buy under .50 and going to $1 by July would freeze those who follow his recommendations to a tee. Realizing the mistake, he is simply trying to stay ahead of the run up. How long before he raises the buy under to $1. Will it be next week? Can you imagine his followers waiting for it to go under .50 while the rest of us soak up the shares? It bounced at .55 several times and Friday is here.
Shell Company.
A limited company that has never started, or has ceased its trading activities (eg a subsidiary transferring its business to its parent or a fellow subsidiary), but has not been dissolved. Annual returns are still filed, but the accounts state that the company did not trade during the year. A company is kept on the “live index” in this way, so that it can be easily reactivated if it wants to start trading again in the future. It is also known as a Dormant company.
Does this mean that BSDS would be a shell company when the merger is complete? The reason I ask is, I remember reading somewhere that NeoMedia shareholders may get some IPO shares. I also read somewhere on the web, that Ipoint is or was looking to go public via a reverse merger. Both NeoMedia and Cornell have interests in Ipoint.
I believe Scanbuy, Virgin, etc.
will simply have to license the bridge.
Scanbuy is or was a Nokia Forum Pro member.
I believe that means they pay a lot of money for expect technical, and promotional opportunities. It means they pay to step up to the plate. They still have to swing at the ball. I will guess that the Fortune Magazine “article” is part of what they are paying for. It’s funny; I get solicited all the time by publications that are willing to run an article about one of my products. There is usually a catch. I have to pay for it. In other cases, a good PR company can get your company profiled by publications starved for good content.
Here’s the rub. While Scanbuy is getting sued by NeoMedia, and Oracle, (isn’t that right) and trying to stay in the race, NeoMedia has been here before the market and the technology was ready. NeoMedia has successfully defended its patents and has developed go-to-market partnerships with companies that include, SAIC, Intel, FCB, and countless others. All these companies are quietly and patiently helping NeoMedia build its infrastructure necessary to go to market. You only need to review NeoMedia PRs to see what’s coming. At this point, it doesn’t look like NeoMedia has any competition.
So, buy a few shares and enjoy the show.

If TS says buy to .75,
we go to .82+ says good bye to 6s soon enough.
I don't know whether to slug him or hug him.

Short Question
As some of you may know, I still have a lot to learn, but this has been on my mind.
Is it possible that the large spike above .5 was due in part to short covering? Additionally, could our guru friend have shorted and now has to give back some sand. We get recommendations to use stop sells by new experts, a recommendation to take a little profit, and the shaking begins. Is it coincidence that we are on the SHO List?
Buy, buy, buy – to the moon?
DD: Ipoint-Media
I think we need to keep a very close eye on Ipoint-Media. Imagine mobile teleconferencing with voice activation. Just say, go to corporate headquarters, etc. It appears that both NeoMedia and Ipoint-Media greatly increase each other's value. I can also see rolling some of Ipoint's technology into BSDS. How about streaming video marketing or help direct to the consumer as they are shopping. I am also thinking about how governments can use the combined technology for their private networks.
I believe this is a much bigger partnership than we know.

Your post confuses me. You're long and strong, yet your are asking for others to confirm your gut feeling, and whether or not the other longs are here because of a gut feeling. It sounds like you are nervous about the price you paid and invested too much. Bottom line, you have no clue what you own, or you would not have to ask. If they are deleting posts, you will just have to trust it is for everyone’s own good.
These guys KNOW EXACTLY what they own. Listen to JP, when he tells you he feels like he knows the company like it his own. These guys/gals have DD so deep it blows my mind. These people go to shareholders meetings, trade shows, court rooms, and call the company when they have an appropriate question. Then they share it with us.
All the answers you seek are here. Some of the best reading is on page one. All the answers are in Neom's PRs and SEC filings. I am amazed every time I read through the PRs. It's all there.
I'm learning that Microcaps will test your circulatory system. That's why it is important to understand what you own. I've only been here since July and have already been through 3 or 4 serious shakedowns only to finish GREEN and rocket up with shares of those who don’t know what they own.
Best Wishes
OT: Chitchat.
I don't have much to offer except my support and belief in Neomedia and the longs that make this board possible to the benefit of many. There certainly has been some great new contributors. The more successful NEOM becomes the more "noise" we will have to deal with. I am sure our highly respected Moderators will come up with some ideas on how to reduce the noise. Perhaps I can bring a few ideas to the table.
1. Create a read only thread that only Moderators can contribute to. Only the best posts of the day or week would be posted for all to see and review. Regular readers could request posts from the open forum to be added.
2. Moderators can clean house each day, noting that there is nothing person meant by the deletions. Often there is a dialogue that may benefit individuals, but does not benefit the group as a whole. These posts could be deleted shortly after the discussion has ended, emails exchanged, etc. "WE GO HIGHER" is fun during the moment, but does not need to become permanent. I would welcome my posts to be deleted.
3. Both 1 & 2
4. Moderators could tag in some way the required reading posts. I think someone eluded to this idea already.
Heck, delete this one.
Good Lord.
3 alerts before the open.
That's what I have been thinking about.
I've been following this stock since July 04.
I have never seen this type of sustained pps rise. TS cannot even keep up. It is also hard for me to see another effective shake like we had with the Cornell deal announcement.
Come on guys, shake this thing already. (just kidding)
I don't think that the three Neom alerts a day and TSs July 4th prediction is taking us up here. This action has to be some bigger dogs know the Virgin deal is done and want a piece of the action before the launch of the Word Registery.
I don't know how the "MMs" or other large traders work, but a lot of shares were bought at the last shake to .16.
I sure hope the recent buyers DO NOT use sell stops and can handle a 20% to 30% two day shake out. If it happens, I won't miss this one.
in4it, I believe him.
YJ, pretty funny, I fessed up a couple of weeks ago @.35.
At first she did not want to know, but I think she looks forward to the updates. Although, she will never admit it.
Let's hope I don't let her down.
Million Dollar Club Question.
If I have a million dollars and I buy a million shares at $1, does that count? Or, is there also a percentage increase requirement? Let's say I buy a half-million shares at $5, and it goes to $10?
One other question. Is everyone including retirement accounts?
Stop Loss Warning.
Do not use them with this stock. You will get burned - BIG TIME.
IMHO, this is the most critical time in NEOMs history.
They will take your shares.
If you’re a trader - good luck. If you’re an investor, buy on the dips if you can, but do not use stop losses.
JMO. Be careful next week.
Was that what was meant by,
We brought up the dilution, to buy in to the recent companies ($250,000 several times). The comment was that it will be worth it to the shareholders. I-Point shares will be coming, but might me a couple of months. There will be other deals that gives us shares in companies, in the future. They don't seem to worry about money (do I smell some money coming in?). Comments were, that dilution will be forgotten about when the stock reaches $5, $10, or $20.
From 3 Amigos post
Oops.....,
Fritz & Dodge sold a few,
April 15 between .32 and .344. These guys are my heroes.
Look at how devastating it's been.
I'm still holding all of mine since July,
I hope your right pit, I have PLENTY of dry powder.
With all due respect,
I may be wrong, but it appeared to me that the asking of how many A/S by those who already know the answer is just designed to scare the newbies. It appears on the surface as bashing.
Looks like TS took us up to .3
and the Martin Copus announcement took us the rest of the way in real short order. I guess the big dogs like what they see. TSs comment about taking a little profit was taken to heart Monday. Funny, since I missed the last dip to .16, I thought I would try to trade a few for the first time this morning. I picked up 1K at .48 and 10K at .49. I was going to dump them at .56, but I missed that too.
Maybe I'll stick to accumulation.
No Bigbig, I think $10+ is a very real possibility.
If
Why am I showing .65 finish?

I believe those clips are pretty old. Check out this link: http://www.paperclick.com/devices.jsp. 47 devices, and I’m sure many more than that now.
I believe if new phones have Intel inside, the phones will be Paperclick compatible. At the end of one of those clips, there is a retailer’s barcode placed over the publishers, which is not turned on YET. You can bet it will be turned on so that the retailer can be the one to provide the information. If the consumer doesn’t get what they are looking for, they will soon, with Word and Trademark registry, be able to get what they are looking for. Retailers will not only have to, but want to turn their codes on.
I think one particular application would be the consumer may be able to scan every product in their shopping cart and see exactly what the store specials are and automatically calculate the total cost, and perhaps soon, with one click, also pay for those items. Read Le-bon ton-roule’s posts going back at least to the recent CTIA event. You should see that Virgin has been using their own barcodes and if you have been following along, will see it looks like Virgin is in the bag. If I understand correctly BSDS will handle auditing and collection. Ask yourself why the BIG Cornell money and the FCB announcement.
This is HUGE Clare. I think NEOM can be bigger than Google.
Thanks for sharing that story JP.
In fact, thanks to you and all of the other incredible PEOPLE here at I-Hub.
Funny, I've been thinking along those line, that this has been a blessing.
Well,
I just have to say, this is a first for me. I feel very fortunate to be here.
