Looks like some of the officers are dumping a few shares.
But does settlement mean Microsoft has agreed to pay VCSY money? Settled could mean over. If they do agree to infringement and pay dollars, then you guys have a winner.
My understanding of the term is that a judge looks at the merits of the civil action, decides that there is no there there, and dismisses the case and the ability to refile. I could be wrong. I'm no lawyer as I said. I don't have an example either way - a past case.
I always thought the the case is not dismissed when there's a settlement: the plaintiff drops the case.
Hmmm. Usually when something is dismissed with prejudice it means something else. But I'm no lawyer thank God. Not in this yet. I guess we'll have to wait. Watched the stock a day or two. Good luck regardless.
Case dismissed? Wow! This thing will be dead tomorrow.
Well, I hope you were smart and sold when the pump was strong at .0008. Doubt it makes it back there - but if you're still holding I hope so. But as for me the only way I'd hold shares were if they were free, LOL. Good luck though.
Yeah...what caused UVSE to flop was the upcoming increase in A/S. Not that I haven't seen a good pump here now and again, LOL. Take care.
With a Trillion + shares authorized you should be able to get plenty, LOL.
You'd actually pay .008 for a stock with the best bid of .005? Not I said the Grinch, LOL. Apparently, quite a few have though. I know you're too smart to have bought at .008 :)
You don't want daytraders involved and you post that here, LOL. Sweet.
Not sure that's one that mentions tomorrow's PR.
still would like that ceo interview?
the posted link did not give me an interview with the ceo lol
Where is the PR tomorrow mentioned?
companies don't have to get shareholder approval to do reverse splits. unfortunately.
I'm not in this stock, but retail investors CANNOT short these. What the one poster said is true about "shortable" stocks going with dilutive convertibles - recent case FTK...shorted down to 16 before bouncing back.
I don't know how many posts I've read on these boards about "investors" shorting.
UVSE going to 3? Wow.
Yeah. West Coast is still asleep. This thing going to trade 400 million today?
MENV getting some volume? Any news?
Good luck. In this market...glad to see anyone make money.
Unless I'm wrong, I see about what...$300 bucks traded. Give me a break.
But I'm a Steelerzzz fan so what do I know, LOL. Are Steeler fans allowed here?
PYTO - finally getting some volume.
Here's another "Duncan-nugget":
"MPNC/NWMO, i made like 4000 from that one.
A rare winner."
It seems like he rarely makes a good call, LOL. Oh, well...such is life and most of these stocks are pigs.
I hope you make a killing. Heck...I would've loaded up at .55 when the CEO did if I would've been monitoring the markets all that close. Unfortunately, I have the working man's plight.
Eh...I shouldn't be so hard on poor Duncan. I'm sure he's just out to flip a stock or two. I just find it fun at times to poke a little fun at the bashers on these boards. They're so clueless.
Heck...I've made money on complete scams like SIVC. I'm mostly into looking at "real companies" now...I mean the ones that don't use Accrual Accounting.
No worries friend. Guys like this get crushed in the markets. They remind me of the paid "market awareness" guys...they couldn't pick a winner if their lives depended on it. Of course, it's very easy to make money when you're getting free shares.
Wow! What's that 3 posts on this boardd today? That's a record. Back to work now. It's hard work doing this Accrual Accounting thing, LOL.
You see his strong recommendations on BPMA? What a jewel! LOL. Oh, well...I needed a laugh this afternoon.
By the way, I just called a few companies to tell them that they had better stop using Acrrual Accounting or their stocks would tank.
I don't own this stock, but you have no idea about corporate finance, LOL. I hope you don't work in it.
In addition, you might want to review your definition of "commodity product".
It is a good working assuptiion if you're a "trader" to assume all OTC BB stocks are scams. I don't believe SOYO is, but a significant number use the market to generate easy money with no real business plan other than selling stock.
Heck...as for the actual .PK...always assume these are scams, many of the CEO's are ex-cons. Heck...some may even work for the Sopranos' LOL.
I believe the CEO bought some stock not too long ago at .55. He would have to file with the SEC for a sell of those shares. Who else, through compensation, etc., might have sold who knows. But when you go from .55 to over 1.50 in almost no time you have to expect someone is going to dump some shares.
On the other hand, the CEO could buy a little more in the 1 dollar range to help us out. : )
Theres just no interest or buzz yet. Maybe some will be created by the electronics show. HON and SOYO missed out HUGE by not getting TV's to stores by Christmas holiday. May be some good buzz after the show.
It's good and bad from this point of view...CEO's who pump their stocks constantly are hard to trust, at least the penny stock CEO's. But you do need some stock promotion down here. Just an opinion.
Of course, if you find a gem...marry her. I remember when UNH traded for 8 pennies.
No doubt, LOL. If these were great companies, they'd be trading somewhere else. But like you always say...I'm not looking to marry one of these piggies. Just use her for a good time and move on, LOL.
I'm sure there would've been MUCH more interest could SOYO and Honeywell have been able to get the TVs into the stores for the Christmas season. That's a big missed opportunity - though if they're not ready they're not ready. Similar firms this season - their stock prices - have been punished because their products were delayed and didn't make the shelves on time. There may be more interest after the electronics show.
So, if you believe in the company and there's no dilution, not a bad time to buy. I haven't yet but I'm definitely interested.
Yeah. I've read most of that before. Although I'm as blind as a bat, I didn't see any hard minimum price like the NASDAQ has of $1. Thanks.
Does the AMEX have the same type of continuing listing requirements that, say, the NASD has? For example, does the compnay get delisted if the stock prices falls below $2 for 30 days, etc?
How would one know that?
Tight float is good. People with 50k to 100k to drop on SOYO like to see the Bids just a little more tightly stakced. Looking better today than in the past 3 weeks.
Like the stock...don't get me wrong...bids just need to stack a little better.
We've traded less than 50,000 shares today.
