Volume picking up a bit, the news is spreading! I think the end of the day is going to be sweet for longs! My bet is a New all time high will be hear next week! Wait till the number crunchers get their figures out there and we may see our first wall street style upgrade/buy put on this stock with a nice hefty share price! Looking real good hear. I'm in at 3.40 and am super psyched still!
Tweed's 3 month chart looks like it's ready to explode! Next week this puppy is gonna make a big move!
I think we will get a nice end of day pop above 3.00 as 2.96 was a recent barrier. As this news spreads the world will realize, Tweed is the only game in town! Once the numbers get crunched, 20 per share in one year from now is an easy doable in my opinion!
Thanks TME! Looks Awesome!
Nice Find Slow57! 2 Master growers too! wow this is going to be great!
TWEED does acquisition today! WOW! TWEED is a monster!
Acquisition Summary
The acquisition, which will add over 350,000 square feet of greenhouse facility located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, will complement Tweed's current 168,000 square foot indoor facility which is licensed to produce up to 15,000 kg of marijuana per year, while diversifying into a multi-platform producer with indoor and greenhouse production. Through this transaction, Tweed will bolster its ability to provide an industry leading selection of varieties and price points, and create license redundancy to provide investors and customers with enhanced security and reliability of production.
In consideration for the acquired shares in Park Lane, Tweed will pay $3,600,000 cash on closing and up to an additional $100,000 upon achieving certain milestones. Tweed will also issue up to 519,031 shares if and when specific milestones are achieved over the next 12 months. Tweed is optimistic that a portion of the purchase price will be eligible for traditional debt financing secured by the facilities and land owned by Park Lane.
"Tweed is pleased to announce the first material transaction that begins to consolidate the sector on the first anniversary of the issuance of the MMPR," commented Tweed co-founder and Chairman, Bruce Linton. "The opportunity for Tweed to become a geographically distributed and multi-Licensed Producer is extremely exciting and builds on Tweed's commitment to provide a reliable supply of the highest quality medicine in Canada. This acquisition, coupled with our medical education program and exceptional customer care team, positions Tweed to become a major force in an exciting and emerging market."

I can not see this under 10 dollars for very long. I thought it was worth more than that before this acquisition. Got to at least double by the end of next week!
Super Huge News Today! WOW! GOOD LUCK buying under 3.00 ever again! Way to go TWEED and LPNGS!
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=62624828&xref=newsalert
50,000 plants! Say What? WOW! Ok even if that takes two years to get to that level, The share price would at least be North of 50/share. With a nice divvy! 105 with momentum and a small float is seriously possible. Might be like another great Canadian stock (in it's day) RiMM! Hold for two years and you will be very psyched! 80% margins! Who says money does not grow on trees!
What do you mean where is the product? Did you just climb out from under the rock? They harvested and sold out of not one but two batches. The second batch was praised highly. Is this a soft bash attempt, if so very lame. They are also working out the "start up" kinks. TWEED is the leader and will continue to be so in the Canadian MMJ world! Get a clue!
Thanks Rebel! Happy Fathers day to you too. Great bunch of people on this board! I think things are going to start heating up here soon! Just a matter of time. In a year people will freak that the price was at these current levels.!
TWEED has 25 million in the bank, minus what they have spent on the new mother rooms. Anyhow that's close to .25% of their market cap! Price is ridiculously undervalued!
Yea, hopefully more P than L! lol. That's why I think we will here more on the 2nd Q in August.
And by then production will be double and most of the bugs will be worked out! Then the next big deal will be in November with the release of the first full Q of earnings and also the increase of four times current production. Margin info will be released and then hopefully, game on. As it won't take a genius no matter how they have to buy the stock, to realize that TWEED is going to be a monster. AlI IMHO
Yes TWMJF is a perfect US equivalent to TWD.V I have no issues, as I am not a trader.
However, There are a lot of US investors/traders, that for one reason or another, are not comfortable with the grey sheet listed stocks. Therefore, It is my belief that is why an awesome company like TWEED is not getting any stock love. In the long run the Street will get it right.
My take is that because MMJ is illegal in the US on a Federal level, Tweed does not want to expose
itself to possible SEC interference.
Already in the US this year, six or so MMJ companies have been halted by the SEC. Each halt has come by surprise and the only thing that has resulted was the total decimation to the long holders of ever all of those stocks. Really a shame for those holding long.
But because there is no true US ADR for tweed the SEC can't touch the stock!
I DOUBT until the US changes policies on a Federal level, TWEED will remain only on the TSX, with their little un-promoted US tag along known as TWMJF. It is already past 11:00 am in the US, and ONLY
1,120 shares have traded.
Actually a smart move by TWEED as to stay away from the SEC's arm but leaves out a big market for possible investors.
I know that's what I am holding. It's not promoted by TWEED and is on the Grey sheets and many traders don't like the liquidity and the lack of decent bid ask info and over all buying experience.
Works for me. I think it's a great alternative. But it really limits US investors!
I don't think this price will move up at all until at least August. Unless there is news of a merger or buy out of another licenced grower. Absolutely no interest in the stock, not even from private investors.
It's like it does not exist. Probably because the company has no plans to be listed on the US exchange.
The should put out a US ADR at least, IMO! Worse than watching paint dry. It really does not matter as I truly am waiting for a 10 bagger here. Won't sell under 30 per share. Might take three years.
But I can wait!
Nice post Carpathian. I'm super psyched with Tweed! Best part is they are helping people cope with many medical ailments and they are doing it with nature!
One strain left now!
Only two strains left now! Unbelievable demand! Go Tweed! Can't wait to here from their customers.
The pictures sure looked promising! They are like the old wine maker! "they will serve no bud before it;s time" We are all ground floor share holders, I'm psyched to be a part of something this cool and with such awesome potential!
Per there web site only 3 strains left! Wow what demand! Average price of all strains was 8 dollars
per gram! This company is a gold mind in the making! Glad I'm here for a long time as TWD, is
a real gem. Way to keep your promise too! Nice delivery today. All longs should be mighty proud!
Toad, I also agree with the 17 dollar a share price. I'm long on this one too. Might take a while but I see 30+ in the stars with a solid divvy! No pumper just a long who has a couple years to watch this play out!
Will TWD will still trade today being on the TSX? Pretty sure it will, not sure what TWMJF will do.
This is a pretty powerful statement from that article, thanks for sharing!
The value of companies with licenses will continue to increase as long as there is continuing hesitation on the part of Health Canada, and if a moratorium is announced, the publicly traded marijuana growers will likely skyrocket in value on the news."
How can anyone be invested in the PinK Sheet garbage? TWEED is the only legit
public MMJ company period! FSPM got halted today, What Pink is next? If I were invested in any US
MMJ Pink I would sell today and buy TWEED. It's that simple!
Tweed has estimated their future average selling price to be $8.80 per gram. Under the current Health Canada license limits of 15,000 kilograms, that would translate to approximately $130M in revenue. Tweed has stated that they are projecting revenues of $100M and according to Chairman Bruce Linton, can expect pre-tax gross margins as high as 80% when operating at full efficiency. Leaving room for error and assuming Tweed operates at an average 75% efficiency, that would be equivalent to $60M gross pre-tax on a 60% margin at 100M in revenue. At a multiple of 10 over pre-tax earnings, this would translate into a $600M market cap or a PPS of $17.10.
Per the Green Rush, posted last month. I believe these estimates to be quite conservative~
Know what you own. Don't sell out of fear! Ho;d for big gains! This target is very real for a one
year time frame IMO!!!!!
Well if the pattern continues today it will either close green or their will be a good looking hammer on the chart! No matter next week should be a good week for longs and only a matter of time until the recent sales start to contribute to the bottom line. Once they work the start -up bugs out and establish their leadership role, the stock and the true value of all their hard work will begin to show in the stock value! Long and strong! Go TWEED!
A little shake of the tree. Would not be surprised if this brings some buyers in and in turn
creates some volume. Might even close green~ Next week more strains and more money in the coffers! GO TWEED!
You got it Green. Let's plan a year from now. By then i truly believe this will be over 17 per share!
Yes truly under valued! I'm super long too!
I have absolutely no clue as to how many grams were sold in that 24 hour period. But I have a back of the napkin guess. Per this web site on how many grams one plant can yield, I did a rough calculation.
http://www.theweedblog.com/how-much-marijuana-does-a-marijuana-plant-yield/
From the early videos of Tweed's grow room and a really rough guess as to how many plants are growing, I am saying 1,200 plants.
1200 plants X 100 grams per plant (based on the above web site) = 120,000 grams
At an average price of $6.00 per gram the total 24 hour sales would be $720,000
As I stated, this is ONLY a guess. I have no information from the company. If this were true,
at 80% margins this would be income of $576,000.
$10 will happen Green. Might take months for the world to realize what Tweed is worth. It will happen
as I am confident in the company and their game plan. If they were to promote a US ADR , volume would increase and probably the price and volatility. No worry's the market always gets it right. $10
before August 1st, this year is my bet as the sales numbers and margins will be staggering. Who says
money does not grow on trees? Go TWEED!
Per Tweed's Facebook Page:
Thank you for a very busy first day. For those customers who purchased our product today, we truly appreciate your business and look forward to your feedback. For anyone who wasn't able to get the particular strain they were looking for, we can assure you that we have been busy harvesting our next batch, which we hope to have available shortly. We expect this will include several new strains, as well as more of Buddy and Sixty Three – which both proved exceptionally popular today.
Too busy pumping the Pink, she must have missed the memo. YES TWEED is Shipping!!!!!!!
Yes I know SA is not an Institution and definitely take all their reports with several grains of Salt.
I was using that as an example of what the Institutions will be doing!
Institutions will start putting out buy alerts with target prices. The only one so far was from seeking alpha and that was at $17.00 Upgrades coming and then this will move way higher!
Here here! Nice post Omen! I'm glad to be a share holder!
So undervalued is TWEED! I seriously can not believe that this stock trades under 5.00 per share
and around a third of the market cap of FITX????? I'm sure it won't take long for TWEED to rise where it should be. Congrats to all the bought below 4 dollars!
Big day today! (((((Shipping starts!)))))) Revenues will no doubt be stacking up! Way to go Tweed Management!
Can't wait for the first quarterly report and the second full quarterly report! Full capacity by year's end, this stock is going much higher, so undervalued right now!
