The volume must be share retirement, or they are undoing all the transactions from 2008 with the "two investors" which will raise the float but the share retirement will just increase the pps, the global lock all started and came after the process began for the symbol change, it must have, Luther got the shit end of it by the fraud that was done several years ago, at least the right thing will be done, sorry vortex... I don't think it needs to be tested by FDA, there's millions of products for sale today that aren't FDA approved, I just think you have to disclose on the product whether it's been tested or not
