All true, They almost have all the money I invested in bayp.Hope they can pull another rabbit out of their hat so we can recoup some money and then jump ship.
True, but its good to vent our concerns once and a while.
I realize that ,but its always good for the shareholders to express their opinions and let the bastards know that we are not pleased with their decisions and where the pps is heading. To remain quite and say nothing just indicates to them that everything they do is okay with us.
Are you saying that you still have full confidence in management and that everthing is going great and someday in the distant future we will all be rich? (Are we both talking about the same company?)
Sorry but I do not agree with your statements.First, the company consists of only 3 people who were not elected by the shareholders. Secondly, if they held a shareholders meeting(which they never will) they most certainly would get a lot of complaints and advice from the shareholders.A lot of companies are run by people who make stupid decisions and I'm afraid we are in one of them.
Nice to know you seem to know a great deal about this subject.Maybe you can convince bayp that they should reconsider their decision and get back into the MJ business. This would certainly cause a nice bounce in the pps.
Well, today was another dissapointing day for bayp.Hardly any volume and only 5 trades. Nobody is looking at this stock and not many are posting here anymore.I've said this more than once but I'll say it again. This company has to get into something else besides the oil business to generate more interest and excitement. Their oil wells are simply not doing that.I don't think that they are getting the loan or uplisting because this stock is having a difficult time staying above .01 and lastly, the audits are not completed yet.
I didn't take part either in the promotion. If you don't mind me asking , where do you reside?
As long as we are talking about the MJ business, did any of you sign up for that free jar of cream that they were giving away for free several months ago and did they send it to you.
Yes I agree it would be hard to detect. Also on this subject of being sued by someone claming to be harmed in someway by the cream or lotion isn't it true that anything made by any company, a person can sue and claim harm from using their product. That is why a company buys an insurance policy against these law suites. And if you look on the internet there are hundreds of companies with products using hemp seed oil.I wonder if they are constantly worried about the Feds or some individual suing them?
Great, but if someone did a lab test on our product would the test reveal the hemp seed oil was there?
That sounds like a great idea but how does the company get the consumer to notice the cream or lotion and purchase it.
Some strange and crazy things are going on today. The pps dropping to .oo65 on the first trade had to be an MM playing tricks on us. It looks like the trading will be kind of light today.
Is this board repeating old messages or what? Isn't this the same message you posted a week or so ago?
Well, the good news today is that bayp closed at .01 but was only for 5336 shares.Lets hope it can be the start of the climb back up to several pennies.
I looked at the trades done today and one trade was for about 145,000 shares and another for 100,000 so there are some who think this stock has potential.I'm hoping their right.
Glad to hear your not in that deep.I realized after I posted my message that the stock hasn't traded that many shares since the R/S.
Nice to see the stock up today, but what I watch closely is the number of trades each day and we simply don't have enough of them to get a run going. The PR firm isn't doing much to drawn interest in this stock.
Please don't tell me you have more than 32 mil already?
Thanks to you too for the info.
Thanks. I've been in this stock several times in the past 6 years but missed the news about the name change.
When did WTWO change its name to CONVERDE ENGERY or did they merge with another company?
I have become very skeptical of this company and most of the PRs they put out . They have not announced any further info on progress of the audit, uplisting and the $5 million loan . How long does it take to do some of these things? Also with the pps now below .01 are these things still possible.
My thinking on this is that with little to no income from the wells yet they will be forced to sell shares to keep the company afloat. They do have expenses to pay out and they have to get the money from somewhere.
Let's hope they don't have to but I'm kind of sure that they will have to at some point in the near future.
Glad to hear you had some good runs also.I feel much more confident when trading with real established companies than I do with these penny stocks. Doesn't look good for bayp today.Hoping for the best but prepaired for the worst in this one.
I agree with what you posted. Unfortunately some times the stock you buy keeps dropping and you never get a chance to sell at a profit. My strategy in trading stocks is to pick a company that was a good one before they started to decline in value and figure out whether or not they have a good chance of recovering from their current problems. If the answer is yes then buy in with small amounts then gradually increase the amount of shares you buy as the share price declines. When the stock finally hits bottom and starts on its climb back up you can start selling small amounts and take profits or wait for the big move up. I can remember one stock I purchased in the 1960s and used this strategy and made about $ 25000 in about a year, but unfortunately sold all of my stock to soon and the stock kept going up and then had a two for one stock split and then climbed back up to its previous level and then again had another stock split. If I just had waited another year I could have made $250,000.Of course this wasn't a penny stock. It started out at $15.00 and bottomed at about $8.00 Also the stock was paying out a 60cent dividend as it was going down.Oh for the good old days. These penny stocks are much harder to fiqure out.Happy trading today.
Thanks Sporty and I did like wise. GLTY also.
Good luck to you too.You are much more active in your trading than me.Not much time or money left to be more active. But it sure was a lot of fun to be in the markets during all those years.Hope the markets are going good for you.
We all can learn something new every day. I am 84 years old and have been trading stocks for over 50 years so I think I know a little bit about how the game is played.
Almost none of us want to become bagholders, but a lot of times our plans do not work out as first thought. We then have two choices. The first is to sell and take a small loss or average down and hope and pray for a pop to come soon and not have to continually average down to recover our loss. You said in one of your post that you finally sold after 3 years and just recently got back in and are builing another position and waitig again for the next pop. This I believe makes you a short term fliper and not a true investor who really belives that this company has a long bright future.Lets all hope it doesn't take another 3 years for the next big pop.We are all in to make some fast money, after all time is money.
And I thought you were a true long but according to your post you are just a flipper.
Do you have insider informant?
My view on bayp is a little different than yours.I doubt that the company will ever become a massively profitable one.Their business model doesn't allow for this to happen.Buying up old worn out wells and trying to revitalizing them and producing small amounts of oil or gas is going to produce little to no profits.I bought into this company about 7 months ago because they were going to go into the mj business and then they had second thoughts about it and dropped those plans.Where this all ends up is anybodies guess.
Thats kind of hard to believe because their income from operations was nil and they have little to no money in the bank so where are they getting the money to operate the company?Don't tell me they have a rich uncle.
Before the RS they must have sold a good amount of shares to keep the company afloat.
A lot of us have lost so much in ths stock and with not much left in our accounts about the only thing left is to hang in and hope the Porters can put out a nice fluffy PR and new suckers fall for it and the pps goes up enough so we all can get out.
Hey Porter get the "PUMPS" to go faster bacause the ship is sinking and a lot of the passengers can't swim.
Oil prices falling to 29 month low at $88 a barrel. They say a glut is building worldwide.Where does that leave Bayp?
Sorry, but I have to disagree with your statement.
