Sell and do it quickly! Shoot, I wish I was at a breakeven point.

I asked CW about this and he gave his typical non-answer answer:
Watch for news… We'll update you as developments warrant.
Best,

Subject: EOS Sigma partnership?
Hi Chris, is there an official partnership here? Any forthcoming announcement? Revenues or projections as a result of this partnership?
EOS of North America (@EOSNorthAmerica) tweeted at 8:22 AM on Tue, Feb 28, 2017:

I guess we should start saying *ding ding*. GET IT?!?! A BELL GOES DING DING!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!
Apologies, I lost control for a moment.

Murray Winklebottom
This is outstanding! I remember that the others worked out really well with all their experience too.
Cheryl, Igor, Barry, Russ, Connie, Tony... soooo much experience!
To the highest levels of the FAA, all i's dotted and t's crossed! Bet on it! Capiche?! Godspeed!
The market's reaction is pretty strong here.
*ahem*
I know, this time it's different.
Tldr; the rhetoric is on repeat and it's quite sad.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Huh! Wha happan?!?!?!?!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
FAA, not FCC.
That's what they're picking on.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I'd be happy with 40x PE but if it ends up being over 100, ohmygosh I don't think my ticker would be able to take it.
I just want to see significant revenue and continued forward progress. I'll take whatever comes after that and will be grateful for it.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
The global newswire didn't include that forward looking statement either:

I think it's a cut and paste from Witty's email (maybe tbe PR as well?) with the last sentence changed.
First paragraph from his email:
SANTA FE, N.M. – February 22, 2017 – Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGLB) (“Sigma Labs” or the “Company”), a provider of quality assurance software under the PrintRite3D® brand, today announced that it has signed a commercial alliance with Morf3D to bring enhanced solutions for additive manufacturing (“AM”) to the aerospace and defense (“A&D”) sector. Morf3D, based in El Segundo, California, is an AM product developer specializing in high-level consulting and manufacturing services including conceptualization, optimization, metallurgical examination, certification and data analysis. Leveraging Sigma Labs’ PrintRite3D® quality assurance software, Morf3D will be able to provide a means for customers to increase AM production rates while ensuring consistent part quality. The two companies will also work together to manufacture certain 3D printed parts going forward; contracts already in hand are expected to translate into substantial revenue for Sigma Labs in 2017.
Outstanding find, thanks!
Don't understand why they aren't upfront with us from the get-go.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I know but the reason I suggested asking it again is that I have a feeling that Witty doesn't take the time to read everything.
Just sending a quick reply and asking that again can't hurt and maybe he'll answer it.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Thanks. Maybe toss him a reply and ask again how many machines it'll be installed on at Morf?

Several claims about increased PPS and volume.
It's all nonsense. The PPS increase is artificial as proven earlier and volume remains unimpressive.
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/blta/historical
10 or 20 million in volume is peanuts.
BTW how are they going to pay for the lease? With a pinky promise? Maybe they can get another loan and not pay it back? Refinance the house? Oh wait.
I'm looking forward to on or before April Fool's day or some other agreed upon time!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Baltia only has an LOI, right? It's quite a leap to suggest any of these are their planes?
Proof?
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I kinda expected this. I think this is the first PR of this nature since this uplisting so there are new eyes on us.
We may pullback a bit but will probably see a short-term pop. With any luck, a higher base.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
*This.* It's another coordinated P&D.
The only thing we're missing is Flex and his nation.
Remember the last move to .0030? Wha happan?
How'd CP Capital work out? They just going to forgive the loan? What about the financials that never got released? That forgiven too?
Oh right, it's everyone else's fault that they never earned a cent in 30 years, never paid back a loan, had multiple corrupt practices and are delinquent on their financials.
Growth mode all the way!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Especially since Fidelity is no longer holding us back!!!! We are seeing some banner volume days!!!!!
LOL, I'm joking! This is still a POS!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Blame the dead guy and the old guy. What happened to the rhetoric of years past from "Mr. Godspeed"?
The BFFs continue to be played like fiddles.
Laughable.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
27 cents which would be $54 under current terms.

Murray Winklebottom
Tell your gut that Monday's a holiday.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Crazy colume. Is that 50 million pre splitsplit? I think our highest before that was in the 20 million range.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Great find. No timelines but further proof of industry acceptance.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I sure hope so!!!! Now that Fidelity is no longer holding us back, it's blue skies from here!
What are we missing?!?!
A plane.
Hahahahaha!!!!!

Murray Winklebottom
Gggggary Gnu is pimping SGLB via twitter:

$19 will be my new breakeven point.
I may reduce my position by 50% if $20 ever happens. I've been a bagholder for 4 years I think?
Lets get to and hold $10 first, then we can worry about $20.
I really hope they don't mess this up.
Anyway, goooooooo Sigma!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Wow, volume is at an all-time high since Fidelity removed their restrictions!
Hahahahaha, I'm joking! This is still a POS.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Kanya West, why are you asking Witty a question here?
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Good news, you can now buy this POS through Fidelity! Expect a huge volume day!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Yes McDoogle, it's regFD. They might be trying to time it or it could be all bluff and bolster.
Another RS stinks.... on ice.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
It would likely take months to purchase and setup the new printers. Unless they get money up front, I don't see it.

Murray Winklebottom
When Jackle relies on hope, I start to worry.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I think it's unlikely but I hope they don't fritter the money away.
Also we did the 100:1 reverse last year and went weeweeweeeee all the way down to 80 cents. Unless they do this with strength behind them it's possible that the same type of thing happens.
I hope it bears fruit otherwise it may be over for our beloved company.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
They're planning to pay off the million dollar loan with the proceeds, and purchase more EOS printers.
Verrrrrrrrrry interesting.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
How about a 10,000,000,000:1 split, then there'll be 1 share! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! *hiccup*
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Keep your chin up, slugger. Was better than average volume. Certainly not the volume we saw post announcements but we're up a touch.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I'll give it... say... 30 years.
HAHAHAHA! *hiccup*!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
The good news is that Baltia's revenue has never decreased.
It never increased either but that's a minor, unimportant detail.
YOU SEE, REVENUE CAN'T GO BELOW ZERO!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!! *hiccup*!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Those knucleheads don't know how to comprehend anything. I'm certain it's just the LOI. They're feckless.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
The 10k will disapoint because the good news didn't hit until after the new year. All we had announced was Siemens. It'll be the K after that which will be interesting.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Wow, it's a plane!!!! Ahhhhhhmazing!
How is that relevant to BLTA?
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
