Most everyone here believes the same. Rumors abound about Offer giving up control. My hope is that, that is whats buoying the sp over the last couple of days along with the "news" of drill schedules etc.

As long as I've been involved in this security (3+yrs) there has always been an orchestrated walk down before the big pop. My feeling is this time around it is really gone to get volitle around here. Folks who are adding now at .30 odd cents will be looking for the ride to .90. The ones who bought in at .70 are going to go for a real gut check when it gets to the 1.00 range. And all of us will really be watching when it finally breaks the $1.00 mark. After that the legimate investors, hedge funds, institutions will bring us to ???? Hell, I've waited this long....

OIly has been throwing out all these possible suitors, but so far they were for other companies and not ERHE. I suspect the latest one about XOM is refering to another player and not ERHE. They would never, IMO, make a play for a company like ERHE. Now Andarko would be a different story.

So far, level II points to a higher open with support building on the bid. Its a long day however.

Conversely, there is no way I could have afforded the position that I hold if it weren't so cheap. Always something.

In my opinion one of the top ten reasons that we trade so low. If the JDZ, was in the north sea and erhe was owned by a western oil company, we would be at least 10 x's the current pps.

Exactly my point, we don't anything for a fact with the SEC of DOJ. Dnady speculation, and a Reuters press release saying that ERHE has been cleared of any suspected wrong doing is a pie in the sky fantasy. Also, hints of what is in block 1 were behing speculated before or slightly before Oily started his prognatications. His clever riddles tease the intellect but has offered no real substance. Again point to one thing that he has predicted that has come true and I to will drink, the Kool-Ad.

Anything, I mean anything that Oily post's should be taken with a large grain of salt. Its a mighty big strecth to believe that anyone knows whats happening with the SEC. I doubt that Oily is connected to Atkins Gump.

It doesn't say anything abour what price he intends to sell. With a buyout/buyin announcement he might wait for a few dollars. Best to be prepared. All IMO

Its unfortunate because at one time RT was a good contributor to Raging Bull before that became a cesspool. He sense's somithing is up and trying to buy cheaper than where we are now. He seems to have turned to the dark side IMO.

BB consider that Electic is just offering information, without an agenda. If he has been trying to scare people off, he is doing a poor job of it considering the volume. I always say to people when asked with everything that this company has going for it why such a low pps, I reply its Nigerian.

I have a cousin in the oil business who well inderstands what the potential value of the JDZ, but the fact that Offor< a Nigerian, controls the company, concerns him greatly.

Interesting thread that you put together BB, and given the fact that we operate with out too many facts, your scenario may be plausible. In my mind blood is thicker then water and this is a Nigerian company. WB,IMO, is not going to wrest it away from SEO. The last that we heard is that WB was still working in some unofficial capacity with EO. Doesn't sound like a hostile takeover attempt to me. Be that as it may, I with family and friends own a few million shares of ERHE. I take no sides and I, like the rest of us look for real news soon.
