Which one of you is the crazy person selling your shares for .039 this morning when Fettler offered to buy them for .075? Maybe the seller only had 2000 shares so they decided to take their $78 and call it a day. At least now they can pay off the house and get a new car. Maybe Sunny needed lunch money for the month.
Dumar, Have you spoken to JS recently and are we to expect more PR's this week? Thank you.
The Bone
What are the 5 posts that have been deleted (...23-...28)?
Why would anyone sell this stock for less than .075? Fettler has up'ed his private bid offer to anyone who wants to sell 50k shares or more. He even lowered the limit from 200k to 50k to give more of you the opportunity. So you folks who are selling yours now for .05, think before you execute.
Elis,
Could you provide a little tutoring lesson on how to read this chart? Do the 50's represent 5000 shares of the stock? Thank you for the other people who do not read these charts on a frequent basis.
Yes but now the bid is higher than the ask. With that logic, it should close up from here.
Dumar, my man,
In your humble opinion, IF we were to close the first deal that is worth say $50MM/year, what would your prediction be on the PPS within the first month or so?
Thanks.
The Bone
So what is YOUR take on his continuing purchases? DO you think he or anyone on the inside would be buying this stock at any price if they though they would lose the case(s) a head of us? Makes no sense that they would regardless how much money they had to throw away.
Thank you for the info. DO you know if it was a outside private deal or some type of insider option?
See, Fettler wasn't so foolish after all offering to buy anything over 200k blocks for .05. I hope he got a couple million shares in his private purchases. Good for you Fettler.
The Bone
It will be interesting to see how many of the shares from yesterday and today were the purchasing from Dave. Insider have to buy at the bid in the open market. He got his 100k last week at .02. We shall see.
Ditto here
it is only .0245 now. Get in there and get yourself some. If you believe in the stock, that 1/2 will mean nothing in a year. I wish I had a little extra cash now. I have a mid 6-digit number of shares and I would round it up to 1MM if I had the cash today.
Does anyone know if the really cool function on the iphone IV called "face time" is currently using the CLYW technology? I've heard some chatter that it was. If so, that would be a big win if we could file and settle on that one.
I wonder if Dave is buying again today. 105k traded in the first couple of minutes after the open. I guess we will see later today or tomorrow.
If this is so negative, why is Dave still buying shares like today? I do not see why he would throw away even another 2-3k if it is the crapper. Please explain.
The 8-k filed this morning at 6:42. Also form 4 indicates where Dave bought another 100k today.
Dave Williams picked up another 100k today. He at least thinks this is going up at least a little. We should keep an eye on the insider trades over the next couple of months.
Sunny,
I wrote a little Excel program to demonstrate Brad's point if you would like to see it and prove it is true. You can get you dad to help interpret the information when he gets home from work. Tell him to call me with questions because I am sure you are not allowed to use the phone until adults are around.
Sunny,
Dude, first of all it s not 1/100th of a penny, but 1/10th of a penny. It is 1/100th of a dime though. If it went up only 1/10th of a penny per day for the 200 trading days in a year, that would end up at .226 instead of you 6 cents calculation. But it is a very different story if the PPS goes up 4% per day compounded daily (which it would). In that case I believe the year end PPS would be $63.77. SO Brad is right, I would take a 4% per day compounded daily also. In the first 10 trading days the stock would go from .026 to .038+ (over a 50% move). Where it gets interesting is when it gets over a dollar. The last day of that year the PPS would go up about $2.35.
I sure you probably didn't know how compounding principles work but be patient, because when you get into the 9th grade you will begin to learn some of those principles.
Brad, Would it make sense for anyone to sell before the .15 conversion price of the PPS? I would think that would be the minimum sell price even before contracts are announced. Take care.
LAM
P.S. I will call you later in the week if I can.
Well at least someone is adding at these levels. At 8 times normal volume before noon is good with a flat or slightly up tick. Good for you whoever got them.
That is not how it went down but more on that next week.
I think chapter 2 of this story will come out sometime next week. Maybe then we will know why each side did what they did today and it may be more clear who did what to whom and the contractual responsibilities and liabilities. There may be a few facts that will present themselves then that were not in either of these PRs.
I guess there was no hearing today or no news from that hearing. Anybody?
If the ball rolls and stays on the alley, we may see the beginnings of a strike. If it goes in the gutter, well we all know how many points you get for a gutter ball. Here's hoping for the 12th strike for a 300.
I think Fettler's offer on IV is still open if any one with over 200k shares wants to dump their shares now for .05. You will have to contact him directly of course. SO if you think this is done, contact him. If you don't think this is the end, I would probably buy more here. Heck, buy it here at .025 and sell it to Fettler for .05 for a quick double.
Good luck.
Dumar or D of G,
You guys are of like minds with me. If either of you ever just want to chat about things without posting and hearing from the 8th grader, please feel free to call me anything. I live in the EST zone. 269.274.1833.
Take care.

Big Ben,
You sound as if you are in the legal field yourself and as far as I am concerned, I would like to see you "All In" as you say. We can never be short of intellects on this board. I believe there are some smart, well-read people on this discussion board unlike most message boards in general. Please stay with us.
I'm sorry, I need my Ritalin. What does this mean for us TODAY?
Thanks
He hasn't taken up my offer for years now so I don't expect him to call now. He is such an ass.
Sunny,
Call me. 269.274.1833
It looks like either SDSUN or Jerry (the new fellow) who was made to make a public withdraw of his statements was born again under a new name as of this morning. Happy Birthday you sly fox.
Alexindef- just curious, how many shares do you have? Over 1MM?
I would not swear to this but I believe the law firm took this case on a contingency basis. AS you know, if they do not recover damages, they make no money.
Anyone - isn't this true?
Bravo Brad. LAM
This probably a very dumb question but is Diac and Williamson wealthy people beyond their interest in CLYW? I don't get it. It just seems like they would make a lot more on their position in CLYW if they just move forward as a shareholder and team player and go after the T-Mobile's of the world. Can they possibly be that stupid? Hey you two (Diac and Willamson) are you that stupid?
Your post just confirms my last statement.
Sunny, Why would he want to talk to you since you are no longer a share holder and for all of the negative crap you have said and name calling. If I were him, I wouldn't answer your calls either. By the way, I spoke with at length just two weeks ago and he called me not me calling him. Blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
