All these tweets are just "sponsored tweets" you can pay anyone from snooki to justin beiber to push tweets for you. Virtually anyone can have a celebrity tweets for them if they have the funding to pay for it... For instance Khloe Kardashian charges about 13,000 dollars per tweet.... And it goes all the way down to just a few hundred dollars for B C & D celebrities and sometimes there is a revenue share involved
