I don't consider your tone civil so I'm not going to waste my time answering you.
Rather then make vague statements like this one, post facts. Give specific example of issues you have and maybe we can address them. If you have nothing to back up posts like this please do not waste peoples time.
Having a positive conversation is in no way a pump. This post is absurd.
I only answer questions that deserve to be answered from people that are civil in their behavior on this board.
All the statements in this post not true. The China thing is such a huge false statement that it is unbelievable anyone would post it.
We experimented doing a few 2 Min Investor spots to see what kind of viewership numbers we would see. That is the extent of the relationship with the companies.
We are broadcasting 24/7 over all of our affiliate stations.
I love your positive outlook on life.
There you go. I just wrote it.

Your post is not correct. You stated in your post...

I don't feel I should have that type of power on the board. I would rather the others decide such things.
Quest,
There are certain key words that people will use to trigger a response. That is one of them
I expected this when I asked David to help me in setting up this account up. The only thing I can do is continue the positive conversations on this board and correct incorrect statements.
We should Sticky this post which is link to the Punch TV Schedule from our affiliate in New York City. This website is owned by Tribune Media Services. This is the same Schedule that is running on all our affiliates Nationally.

Calling our websites
I never offered price projections so not sure what you mean by that.
Using the Ezvip time frame you are referring to (which was May of this year) and saying since then "we did not see any action to change it." I vigorously disagree with you. Here are the facts.
In May of this year we owned 350 city websites and produced one weekly TV Show which ran On-Demand in 6 cities on Bright House Networks and clips of the show ran in 4,000 restaurants.
Today...
We own 350 Cities site.
We now own a Broadcast Television Network.
We produce many TV shows for our own network which is over twice the size in households as Bright House.
We now have expanded our Out-of-Home to 300 million viewers per month by adding our deal with PRN (a Technicolor Company)
We have increased our book value by 70 times.
We have began airing our two of our TV shows with our partners Clear Chanel over the ClearVision Airport Network. This partnership will expand viewership of our shows to 260 airports at every single gate. This expansion will happen over the next few years.
We have added members to our Board of Advisors which include some of the top creative people in Hollywood.
These are just some of the advancements we have made since May of this year. Any one of these things would be a game changer for most companies.
As far as going to the Grays, that is not possible. We have never missed a Quarterly report have been fully reporting for years.
You said...
We will not be on DirecTV in four days.
We have never made a statement saying anything about this publicly.
Mr. Collins did not "apparently tell anyone this". Anyone saying he has said this would be not speaking the truth.
I have answered you this time, but in no way was your question polite.
Yes, that was my typo but now I can not go back and edit it.
We do not currently have any programs on Brighthouse Networks. IC Places did a single show there for a while before we purchased our own broadcast network.
We have never missed a Q and never paid for a promotion. If you want to call us a scam or a pump and dump then please offer any evidence to this and we can talk about it.
If the only purpose of your posts is to slander our company with no factual backing it helps nobody. If you have an issue with us please tell me what exactly the issue is and maybe I can help you understand where you may be wrong.
Quest,
We have not made any announcements of being on Direct TV. We don't control the Facebook page of "12 Steps to Recovery". You can see the show in our schedule below.

These shares where filed to be sold 2 and half years ago. They where received many years before that. I would think they had to hold for a one to two years to remove restrictions. So you are asking about share probably received 3 and half years ago. That has no relevance on the company or our operation of the last three years. I see no need to address this any further.
Quest,
Thank you for your continued support. I have a great deal of respect for you and the many others that have supported our company privately and here in this open forum.
I think we have to embrace all forms of social interaction. When a company goes public you now have a new hat to wear, the one of just being public. You have to do a great many things that a private company does not and one of those things is communicate.
I'll stop by here from time to time and answer question from people that I feel are looking to create an intelligent dialog.
If people have a difference of opinion with me, I will gladly answer them if the conversation is done in the spirit of expanding the understanding of how and why we are doing things as we are. I think that is only fair. I will not answer any private IMs. Anything I have to say will be done publicly.

There is a time when a CEO of a company must come to the rescue of the people that have been faithful and supportive of his company in public forums. I want them to know their voices are being heard. We are listening.
Maybe

BKMUC,
Yes, it is me that posted here. I wanted complete disclosure to iHub and spoke to David over here and told him I wanted an account to respond to some if the things on this board. He explained the rules here so I stay within their TOS and he was kind enough to set this account up for me. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to help me with that.
I will stop by from time to time and answer questions that are asked in an intelligent and respectful way. I think the forum can be a good place for intelligent dialog if used correctly.
Steve Samblis
This post is completely untrue. I have never taken a salary. I have not sold shares in a long time. For me to sell shares I have to file 144 paper work which is public. Everyone could see the filings. I then have to report the sell. There is no record of this because I have not been selling and so this post is completely untrue.
