Per CEO Berge Abajian the Grand Opening of the new location will be 11/10-11/11.
Per Berge 240M of this is the rest of the KBM note closing out and he’s looking into the rest. As I posted earlier, Fife owned 484m shares as of July so the math adds up that that would be the rest of what was dumped.
Iliad filed an Sg13 back in July to show 10% ownership, holding 484m shares. My guess is that this was those. Bid is already building again.
Per CEO Berge Abajian, the company should be current next week.

Berge: I’m finalizing the audit, it’s a little more time consuming when you change auditors, we should have have the K completed by the end of the month but no later then the middle of September and after we will work on the Q which is much easier.
We have finalized a 70K conventional loan but we need to sign the documents and get funded, but again nothing is final till the documents are signed.
