Owners of record for the dividend was Monday (so today has nothing to do with who gets the dividend). That is why Monday was ex-dividend.
Neomedia exists. Go to Boulder to see for yourself. Still trading for a reason.
Caution: Profits ahead
(Going to Liverpool in April. Abbey Road.)
Three dolla holla?
Did you know Sifnos, a "private company" is owned by DRYS CEO Economous? Did you know he also owns the company that maintains DRYS ships? Did you know Economous is on the board at TOPS too? Did you know Economous has been rumored to be part of Kalani too (who has had enormous profits from being the middleman of all this share dumping)?
That was the average price the 103m shares that were dumped on to retail investors.(so that number is no longer relevant) Did you read the part that said Kalani can not own more that 4.xx% percent at any given time?
I know the feeling.
Good move stockscience.
There were a ton of shares traded after hours Friday at $1.70. I wonder if they were part of the $180m we received so far, or part of the $20m left?
I agree. For some reason, he doesn't want this below $1 again.
"Like that" and "that" are 2 different things.
I am sorry you misinterpreted what I said.
Not the last 50. Avg since offering: $1.75 for 103m shares. Page 47
Annual report. Through March 10th, they received $$180 of the $200m. They need to unload another 12m(about) shares today.
$20m left to dilute. So it should end today.
It has been my experience with more than NEOM, so it IS real.
Remember our billionaire investor Patrick Soon Shiong? NantHealth? They have multiple lawsuits against them for "tricky" business dealings. Symbol NH.
DRYS does not have capesize. They have Panamax.
What happens all the time is that companies don't respond to emails in general.
That number is a guess because we don't know the number of shares outstanding. Other SA contributors have said a higher number.
Companies very rarely answer questions like that. You know that.
There were no big investors or private placement. It was death spiral financing that unloaded shares on to retail investors. There hasn't been any SEC filing of any substantial percentage ownership by ANYONE.
You most have the wrong board. What you are saying doesn't apply to DRYS.
Thanks for the reality check (which anyone that been around for more than a month already knew).
Exactly. Usually 4x cash value.
No,when the $200m dilution ended last time, it was a Monday evening PR. Partial updates were on Fridays. What does that suggest to you?
Plus all the afterhour trades that went through at $1.70
Exactly. The last filing that ended the previous dilution happened on a Monday.
Winding down in the dilution. Watch the price skyrocket when the dilution is over (today or Monday). All owning today get a dividend.
Don't forget the first $100m that was raised in the fall of 2016.
I need an answer from someone that knows: 1. Do MM pay the dividend on naked shorted shares too? 2. If there are more shares shorted than are in the float, do all those shorts pay the dividend? If so, where does the extra dividend money go(amount above the float shares)?
Volume slowed way down.
You just may be right for a change.
Sounds like Marriott's home town, named after her jewelry purchase with our money.
Over 100 m shares trade tomorrow.
We could still meet via one way fare. LV will give the
homeless a free ticket out of town.
Lol. You still have a way with words. Why would I sell now when I rode (or erode) it all the way down?
Lots of old posters showing up.
Look who shows up! What do you think SOG?
Shorts don't like to hold over the weekend.(tomorrow equals more covering)
