Is he allowed to tell us when it goes before the county to get approval? I'm not sure what things are allowed.
Ground breaking will be a BIG turning point, don't ya think?
I'm still excited about the company... I tried to buy it at .07 without success. Even thought it was down that low. Still hoping to accumulate a lot more shares, but not sure if it will go to .04 again ever.
I followed up with the PRM Energy facts, that company is who is doing the gasification contract. Anyway, that is a big company and has been around for years. It is a legit deal with PRM. I'm trying to stay on top.
I suppose we're still awaiting to hear that they are passing the okay for the rr spurs in Harding County and still waiting approval for that as well as the 2mil funding. I wonder when that goes before the committee... that will also be good news for the approval.
2014 is not far away....
GO BION!!
Mooresville is close enough for me... I'll try and check it out within the next couple of days.
I was in my local Bi-Lo, happened to notice one of the store managers, asked them if they had Koma, (knew they didn't) he said no, I told him someone had told me it was really good, and he said he'd check it out and see what he could do. He showed me what they had (VC) told me he tried it and it was okay, but it did relax him.
I called Koma, just wanted to ask a couple of questions, but just got a voicemail on every end.
We all need to ask our local grocery if they have it.... even though we'll know they don't. And then ask someone else the next time we're in there. hehehe.
Did anyone ever find out which store in NC has them? Hopefully one near Charlotte. Not really wanting to drive to Statesville yet. I would like to try them. Also, I don't think he mentioned the coffee drink during the interview, that's what I'm really interested in tasting.
You can tell, there were a lot of profits to be taken today. It went up really nicely, then after the interview, people sold. I'm sure they're now buying back.
Every one was hyped yesterday, then because BW stated he would not be doing an audit anytime soon, people found issues. I wouldn't do one either.
Then, they're making issues out of the race car thing, which I think is an okay idea... that will make public awareness in a large market.
It really is a confirmation that regardless of the dedicated supporters, when the $ is to be made, people will sell. I'm sure a lot on this board did a lot of pumping and then dumping occurred.
We have to be aware of the beastly nature of the stock market. I'm sure there aren't many long holders on here, a good few, but not the majority. You can go back and read the posts and can tell who was really hyping up the chatter. They are probably making big pops every week. I'm quite new on here, but I'm sure a lot of buying and selling on a weekly basis. Tis the business.
Is this site running slow for anyone else? It's taking me forever to read the posts.
I agree... those that are worried about an audit occurring, where's the faith. I myself would rather see the money put to use for now. Why should he be worried about it, yes, it would put confidence in the "outsiders" that are just coming aboard, but they are the shorters. Others are not worried about it relative to the stock price. The sales and expansion will speak for itself if and when these things occur. Should he be worried about the short-term of the stock, no, I wouldn't, He has the confidence in what comes in the long run.
The company is still small, it takes way too much time and energy worrying about an audit. I'm sure they are busy enough...
Good word of wisdom...
thanks
yes, and when they drive the stock down because of their dumping, we can grab em up. And then, it bounces back and we smile :)
To WD,
I couldn't priv reply to your message, not a pd subscr. Re: my presence, I have been on Investors-Hub a good while with "BION", and a couple of disappointing stocks. I was following someone on the E-trade community recently (shows what they buy and sell - if they allow it) and kept noticing he was buying and selling this stock (mostly buying). I then started reading this message board and got hooked. After pondering a wee bit, I knew yesterday it was the thing to do, so put in my bid, and boom, I got in first thing this morning.
I just wished I would have stumbled on it before now. Even the ride up to this point would have been great... have enjoyed reading so many of the past and present posts.
I didn't know how to private message the person?? that was asking if there was anything we wanted to touch on, but really hope they hype up the coffee that will be coming, I just love the thought of winding down with the "Midnight Moca", and am sure so many other coffee lovers would like to hear about that product... Hopefully they will touch on the coffee treat when they talk about up and coming products.
I'm not far from SC, or better yet, I'm very close to Statesville, and might have to go to ...ville and help with the coffee taste testing :)
GO BBDA and hats off to the BBDA supporters... I'm one now and will hold mine until.... until I have to give it up?? I'm confident in BBDA
GO BBDA!!
Good point, it is easy to get excited and start fantasizing. But, one of my other stocks, they'd not even started production, nor have they built their flagship... and it went up to $1.50.... unfortunately, that is where I stepped in at.... hhahahaha, I have got my avg. back down now though, thank God!!! since the stock is way down from $1.50, more like .11, I fell victim to one of the pump and dump traps.
I'll keep calm and realistic from now on....
GO BBDA
I don't see the $1 coming in the very near future, but I think that could be a realistic figure if it really caught on, and also if all the Walmarts started carrying them as well as all the convenient stores. I've not tried one, so I can't base any other opinion other than the "what ifs". People will buy stock based on "what if" too. We know that.
Thanks for the insight! I'll have to find them somewhere, surely if they're in SC they may be in the Charlotte area soon. I'm looking forward to the unwind coffee drink I read about. I love the taste of coffee and it would be great to drink one to unwind for a change. Especially if it is as good as the Monster coffee.
Wow, $1.00 would be wonderful.... it would be hard not to sell at that. But I'd bet that selling even at that would be a big mistake.
I found this article in "Bloomberg Business News" and thought it was interesting. Especially the parts highlighted. Also, I checked out the stock for the "what would be" Bion's competitors, all those that are "over-weighted" right now... those stock prices were quite impressive. I've never looked before.
Sector Snap: Drought driving demand for fertilizer
By By The Associated Press on August 15, 2012
http://www.businessweek.com/ap/2012-08-15/sector-snap-drought-driving-demand-for-fertilizer
With U.S. farmland enduring a historic drought, farmers will need ever more nitrogen fertilizer to coax thirsty crops to profitability.
That spells opportunity for some fertilizer companies, Barclays analyst Matthew Korn said Wednesday in a detailed report. Barclays initiated coverage of North American fertilizer companies with a sector rating of "Neutral."
The drought has devastated crops, pushed food commodity prices to record highs and boosted fertilizer shares, the analyst said.
Corn is a crucial opportunity, because U.S. corn inventory has plunged 65 percent from earlier estimates, the analyst said. The resulting high prices will encourage farmers to plant more acres and use more nitrogen fertilizer, driving revenue higher for fertilizer companies.
Unlike other fertilizers such as phosphate, nitrogen fertilizer must be applied to crops every year to prevent much lower yields. Nitrogen supplies also will likely be limited in the coming years by permitting issues, trade barriers and the challenge of securing long-term gas supplies, the analyst said.
Barclays gave a rating of "Overweight" to CF Industries Holdings, the biggest U.S. nitrogen fertilizer producer. The analyst noted the company's low costs and high profit margins.
He also rated "Overweight" Agrium Inc., another major producer of nitrogen fertilizer.
Both companies are expected to buy back shares and generate more net income as nitrogen prices rise, the report said.
The other company to earn an "Overweight" rating was Mosaic Corp. CVR Partners, Intrepid Potash Inc. and Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan all were initiated at "Equal Weight."
Agrium jumped $1.94, or 2 percent, to $98.78 in the last hour of trading. CF Industries rose $3.25, or 2 percent, to $211.36.
Intrepid Potash rose 18 cents to $21.96. Potash Corp. rose 62 to $43.90. Mosaic added 78 cents to $58.41.
CVR Partners fell 7 cents to $26.05.
GO BION!!
Perhaps they weren't diversified enough, they should have gotten their creativity in on the gaming industry more, not sure if they did any of that. Perhaps someone might buy them out that needs a fresh look. I constantly am disappointed in the graphics when I watch my boys play those awful dreaded Modern WF, and Call of duty, and all of that mess. The graphics are way too drab.
Good luck everyone!!
Exciting!! I'll be cruising for 5 days leaving tomorrow, hold it up while I'm gone, and hopefully it will push up even further. Looking forward to seeing it next week and hopefully a new update soon. I'm holding til it is pumping out the fertilizer, or longer.
eewww, the website is gone..., hmmm... is that the point blank?
They can still file. Game is not over until it is over with the point blank... right?
I feel your pain, I also bought a lot high. It's up for whatever reason.
What's going on - seems like a lot with this stock.
Just read a bunch of your postings and I'm looking forward to seeing what's gonna happen. Hopefully the ride will take off, just like BION has, that's been interesting too. Just gathered up a bit of this today. I still have to look more into it, but already bought, not really knowing much except all of your postings.
Good luck to everyone, and me, can use some luck, since my skills with this world isn't all that.
I agree with you.... now I wish I had bought a whole lot more when it was at .024ish. Oh well, tis the stocks.
Go Bion, up to .09, whooo hooo!!
I look forward to the day that the announcement reads "Bio Nitrogen broke ground"... this was decent news today, just again proving something is still in the works. I want more!!
Yep, I agree with you Kakaobaron... if all things go as planned and can withstand all the negative forces, there will be money in the bank. But, we know the risks involved, as with any OTC start-up company.
Looking forward to the next announcement.
Go BION
"Who We Are
BioNitrogen is an American biotechnology company specializing in the conversion of renewable agricultural waste biomass into urea fertilizer. Our small-format production facilities are designed for implementation in local farm communities, close to our required feedstock. We are committed to protecting the environment and contributing to local economic development.?
So, what happened to the "small-format production facilities"?
Just sayin...
Wow, 125 vs 65, that's a big jump.... wonder why such would cost so much? Can't imagine. Thanks for the update, it's good to keep up with what is going on, perhaps one day they'll keep us more informed. To feel at ease now, will be once they receive funding, that will be the new milestone. Its quite aggravating that everything has been changed as it has.
Yes, I was disappointed they were bailing on the Lubbock plans. So, I guess they need quite a bit of agricultural waste, and there wasn't enough there?? hmmmm.... I suppose the other one in Texas isn't a go either, did they even mention that one?
They're talking another 18 months now, but not sure if that's when it is suppose to be started or completed, I'm sure started. I spoke with the new PR guy, I only heard 18 mos. I'd really like to know more about how long does it take for engineering to complete the plans on the plant, or what they're taking so long doing. It would be nice to be kept more up to date on what the heck they're doing.
I was glad to read your post as well, and thanks for sharing... I too bought at the top, but I think I bought at the very top of $1.40, then bought more, and more and more, hahaha, I'm still averaging high (.14) compared to what it is now, Wished I'd bought more when it was .02... I'm contemplating it at .04.
Anyway, I think the short-term traders will be what will help keep it down, until we see action with the going forward plans. They'll sell every-time it gains a penny, or whatever. One day it will get there, in my hopeful opinion.
As far as the plans to start building, surely they will soon. I have not followed up on that aspect. However, I did follow up with United Suppliers, and they do have a contract with BION. That is legit....
I was told by BION that once they start building, they are going to have a webcam on site so people could see their progress. I just wished they'd get it going.
Why is everyone quiet on this??
haha, I'd like others opinion too, too much like the calm after the storm... Where is everybody that always knows more than me?? I want to know what they think?? What has happened, did BION get forced to do that, possibly something with SEC... I've not yet read the "Stock for Dummies" book, so, I really don't even know the lingo, I just took a gamble with this stock, and every other stock as far as that goes.
Yes you said it and you were right, don't think your prediction after that will have at it, but you were right on the other.
It will take a bit, but it will head up the mountain and I'll be riding it.
Hate I missed out on that sweet deal...
Hmmm... just wait, 2 or 3 years from now when the stock is priced at $12.00 or above, you'll eat those words. Who knows what it will be in 5....
There is no reason right now for the stock to go hardly anywhere.... investors like to see results. The results are coming but not on the door step. That's when you'll see the action.
Just wait for the next couple of tidbits of news and progress.
Go BION GO!!!
It all sounds good, will be looking forward to how it all plays out....
Re: Zero, I looked at that stock, I thought it sounded like an opportunity.... I'm investigating further when I get a chance... thanks!
Well as we know, just about everything is dropping every day right now, Bion is not different when it comes to a reflection of what the market is doing.
I think it's crazy that people would sell their shares right now, let them keep it up, I like it cheap since I'm only buying and not selling.
Sure this is not a stock for daytraders, but for longterm investors that have done their research, and who stays on top of looking into what they have said is going to happen, we are the ones that will see the light at the end of the tunnel.
So what if it ever dropped to .002 etc. Patience is what wins with this sort of stock. It takes action on stock to make a difference in the price, that's all, and the action won't really start until way later. There is plenty of things coming that will be the driving force. For those that are anxious, it will be their loss. This is not the stock for short term investors.
Their contract with United Suppliers is valid, KBR is also valid, the increasing need for the abundance for this type of product is valid... what are the issues here? Just not quick enough action?
I'm with you on that, this is long term... when they finally get to the OTC QB stage, that will be points, then when KBR finishes the engineering phase, more points, more points for the breaking of ground, then it will be sharply up and down until the flagship is completed, then up, up and up from that point on. I'm in it for the long haul. United Suppliers is valid... BION will be a money maker for those with interests. It is a real steal right now, but not in the year 2014 when things really start happening.
You should do more research before calling BION a scam stock. Sure the numbers are unbalanced, however, if you do your research you'll see this is not a scam stock. You can harm companies and investors by spreading unwarranted statements.
Do your research and you'll see there is great potential with this company!
Corr... (recent highest) in Feb.
I will also ride this one out.... I actually bought it at its almost highest.... I bought a good bit too. I almost want to buy more now that its so low, just to even out the high that I paid.
I'd rather hang on, if it hits bottom, it's better to take the chance that it won't, than to sell it for next to nothing... I still have confidence in this company. I've believe from the start it could make mega bucks. I know it could still fail, but I don't believe it is a scam.
I think they are set up pretty well, KBR, Cronin, Dr. Collins, United Suppliers, the President of ?? Honduras maybe, and now we have free land to build, and yes...get the first one built. I'm going to travel to see it when it starts. I want to actually see something tangible.
I'm sad to see the stock so low, but I'm still excited about what they're doing. And, still think they can climb above that selling of the note, reverse split, or whatever they did.... look at the money they can make. I know it still has great potential, and the sooner they can convince people it is not a scam, the better off it will be.
GO BION, GO!
