I wouldn't call that valuable insight. The truth is when the share price returns, everyone involved benefits. We're seeing two MMs pushing this around today. If this volume keeps up a nice run is around the corner. Happens every time.
What's wrong with this statement? Management seems to think we belong trading sub-pennies.
Wow, impressive momentum today. Poised for a breakout tomorrow, looking like a real run in the making. Time will tell, but what a GREAT way to start the new year!
PNCH
Killin' it today. Bulls are getting serious!
About to hit new highs since the name change. Great start PNCH!
Punch TV Stuns the Industry with its Phenomenal Growth of 2,500% In a Year
"This milestone is a critical step in the growth of the Punch TV side of our business," said Steven Samblis, CEO of IC Places, Inc. "The tremendous effort it took to reach this milestone shows our commitment to increase revenues by tapping into National Advertisers." - http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=55119713

Did someone just flatten their 5.5 mil position? EOY comedy...
That's great news, let's get the momo going the right direction.
Looks like next week is going to be quite productive for Punch TV.
Punch TV, broadcasting to African-Americans, English-speaking Hispanics and anyone else 18-45 who identifies with the urban concept, adds 16 partner stations on Dec. 12, giving it a total of 35—and reaching 55 million U.S. households, according to Joseph Collins, Punch TV founder and CEO.
But some on the affiliate side believe Punch has legs. Vernon Watson, WBQP Pensacola (Fla.) owner/general manager, says the decidedly non-Hollywood feel to Punch’s programming is actually a nice alternative to other channels featuring a slicker look. “We get people calling all the time, asking me if they can get it,” he says. “I guess word has gotten around.”

There's $$ to be made, you just have to wait for it...
ICPA
I agree, well said. There is a lot of energy spent trying to make hay of ICPA here.
The current share price is .0034 - are we going to get the share price up or are we going to dangle the carrot some more?
Maybe its a Russian mail order bride thing? Yanna22 is a respectable girl ;)
nano-cap public companies use shares, new media ventures use all means necessary. You keep calling the game in the middle of the first half.
Whatever you think about Samblis is your opinion thanks for sharing.
I don't see anything that was cheap and who said a bank wouldn't touch this?
Buyers and sellers and spectators, oh my!
Steve gave a radio interview which he included Collins. It was said that there where commitments of revenue of 10 to 15 million for Sept to Sept. This is just getting started so buckle up.
300 million last Q and we are half way through this Q. What ever Samblis had his eye on, it shouldn't be too long before he picks it up off of lay away. Then back up we go.
The Q wasn't pretty, but not worthy of .0028. This is fear at it's finest.
At the rate in which these airports roll out, isn't it possible that the 4 year contract could expire well before we ever see Clear vision's full expansion? Does the 4 year contract include only those airports that happen to open during the time frame of the contract? Does the contract over lap as each new facility opens?
With all due respect, you defended the Q3 before it came out as you stated "how would someone know if it was bad if no one had seen it yet". We've suffered a major sell off from .008 down to .0033 in a few short days. When I read your statement of "These people have no idea of what is in the works". I become concerned about what that means for share holder value. CEOs have a way of suggesting things without ever saying them. Please explain what it is that you have in the works and describe the risk for shareholder value.
What is the value of all of this once the company is hitting on all 8 cylinders?
IC Places is a transmedia entertainment complex that produces entertainment content for distribution across multiple mediums.
In May of 2012, IC Places signed a content distribution and development agreement with connectiVISION Digital Networks for their new Clear Vision Airport Network. connectiVISION Digital Networks for the Healthcare Industry expands that agreement by adding IC Places content to the Away From Home Television network in waiting areas of Hospitals, Doctors offices, Clinics and Care Centers across the country. This extended ad based network offers IC Places another another revenue stream for the shows it produces as well as additional exposure for its newly acquired Punch TV Network.
Additional partnerships deliver IC Places content to Checkout TV Network, HDTV network, Dining Network further expanding its footprint in breadth and depth to levels unimaginable as recent as a decade ago.
To complete its reach, IC Places signed a 2nd window and International Distribution Agreement with Spartan Bay, a company that will profitably deliver IC Places shows to markets around the world.
ICPA has some big things in store. Oh, it's coming. Get ready, cause all this BS is coming to an end soon.
ICPA!!!
That's quite a leap in logic and a whole truck load of dots needed to be connected. Are we attempting to throw out the term "boiler room" and Steve Samblis in the same sentence and hope it sticks?
What about this part," Moving into the position of IPO Analyst, he was quoted in hundreds of articles on IPOs including The Wall Street Journal, Time magazine and US News and World Report."
Some more guilty by association:
Mr. Samblis represented T. Boone Pickens United Shareholders Association, speaking before the Michigan Senate on the dangers of radical anti-takeover legislation.
All this talk about ancient history isn't very impressive. What matters is can IC Punch Media, Inc make money? Can the company increase its value as it grows without accruing too much debt. There is buying interest at these levels, some investors think current prices are a deal. Not everyone has thrown in the towel around here. One new revelation could send us right back up in a hurry.
If the this show is over, why are there so many people still in the stands watching?
On August 11th 2012, IC Places announced it had completed the purchase of Punch TV.
The addition of Punch TV added $43,506 of revenue for the period of acquisition through September 30, 2012.
Punch TV is just getting started, I don't know what you are talking about. There is a huge difference between a new start up and buying into a franchise. Bud, I've been around long enough to know exactly what is going on around here. Anyone buying ICPA is betting on the future not the past.
If there is a deal that Steve has his eye on he would want to have the resources to get the deal done. Knowing his aggressive style of doing business he may not have had the luxury of waiting until current revs show up. It is conceivable there is a very good reason for what he did. Unfortunately, at the moment we are left if the dark.
It's really starting to sink in.
If I am to believe that, then I am most certainly to believe market makers such as Knight Capital Group have a presence on this board.
IC Punch Media, Inc. - Kind of has a nice ring to it.
I'd rather have 5% of a watermelon then 50% of a grape.
Opens up a lot of possibilities doesn't it?
Somehow we are #14 most read boards.
...or maybe it won't. Maybe Steve actually restructured because there is something around the corner? Guess we wait and find out.
I would feel insulted if the company says it was surprised by the market reaction to the 3rd Q.
You're the captain at the helm. Show the market something they want to see.
Punch TV wasn't in many markets and there are new advertisers. If Collins keeps it growing there is plenty of $$ to be made.
I have to admit I bought a few shares too. You can bet Steve will run this again.
