The agenda of Brian is becoming more and more obvious especially with the recent advancements. This is very concerning.
As shareholders - or better yet...longs - the primary concern should be the truth regardless of affect on PPS.
If people are only interested in short term gains then obviously it will be the highs and lows. Fortunately we are not really seeing the highs and lows right now - this should help limit the short term gains from affecting the PPS.
DiiDii - the difficult questions are the ones that need to be asked and made public. I ask certain questions because either I have found the answer through a variety of sources and want to hear the information from MMTE publicly or in some rare cases I have not received the answers yet.
The true stars shine when the difficult questions are asked and answered. In essence it separates the men from the boys.
I think our conversations via PM in the past would indicate a lot to you.
I agree the answer should be to call William. Brian's constant response to me of what's your agenda was ridiculous.
I would like to point out that we do not know if they pertain to the lawsuit. It is only assumed.
I guess that means that any question relating to any name in the lawsuit is considered about the lawsuit which means it will not be answered.
The questions I asked do not specifically deal with the lawsuit.
You are correct - it was created to acquire lands. I am curious to see if anything is reported in the upcoming quarterly regarding any dealings.
I think it is very intelligent to ask questions that are not thought of. I think it is also very intelligent to ask the questions that are difficult to answer. The educational value that is obtained by the response is magnificent.
For those that want to know the truth about the difficult questions:
1) It would be best to call Brian and be asked about your agenda wanting to know such things.
2) Do not expect assistance with these matters.
3) All difficult questions will be related to the current lawsuit and as such cannot be answered.
I believe this indicates that the questions people would like to know the answer to will not be answered.
This is exactly the way I look at it as well - the method in which the questions are handled helps determines whether there is a positive or negative outcome.
If the questions are in fact answered and dismissed then it is great for each and every shareholder; however, if these are avoided it shows that MMTE does not want people to know the truth.
I did look at the very minor amount of information posted on the MMTE website; however, first I am very disappointed that it took such a long time to add that amount of information.
I'm not a web developer but can tell you from past experience that adding a tab and one page to a website only takes a very short amount of time. Depending on your setup you can update the page, add the tab, add the page and then do your uploads which can all be done in less than 24 hours.
The amount of time it took MMTE to update the webpage it should have consisted of a completely new layout! I think people were expecting that considering it was taking so long. Once again it was disappointing.
If MMTE is in fact 100% legit than I agree with you - the amount of land and partner is the only limit to the future.
Every time I hear the term 'agenda' I think of the IR guy for MMTE - this is something that he uses to distinguish those that want the truth about MMTE.
My agenda is nothing more than the truth. These are questions that many people would like to know the honest answer to and they are questions that could benefit a lot of people as well as MMTE if they were to be answered truthfully.
The questions have significant relevance to MMTE. They are questions that can help identify the direction MMTE is headed and what its past may have been. The questions are considered much more informative than one may think!
My list of questions that should be answered for MMTE to move forward in everyone's eyes:
1) It has been claimed (and some documentation) regarding Salvatore's involvement with other companies and the drop of PPS - since there has been a pattern developed of prior involvements and a drop in PPS could we expect the same occurrence here?
2) Is MMTE in any way currently involved with Manny Bello? If so, to what extent? Are these debt financing deals?
3) Is William still involved in any way with Izzy?
4) As Phrozt and drews pointed out - there are 4,996,729,891 issued and outstanding common "CA" shares - is that the 2.4 billion in the lawsuit and the 2.45 billion from the DTC?
This is a post that should be stickied. Maybe add a little more information and then sticky it. I think this really puts things in perspective and is very informational.
I think there are far too many issues that have arisen as a result of this lawsuit that have yet to be resolved. I and many others are not convinced it is a frivolous lawsuit and has very likely brought many issues to the surface.
It will be interesting to see what transpires!
So what are the latest updates on the lawsuit against MMTE? Do we know anything more?
http://dockets.justia.com/docket/new-york/nysdce/1:2011cv04813/381951/
From what I have read the shares are not the primary issue - they are asking for financial reimbursement. The shares are an option I'm sure but not the primary motive.
I would be more concerned with some of the other potentially negative aspects that surround MMTE - the possibility of Manny Bello being involved with selling shares and I'm curious about how Salvatore will affect the PPS here!
So has anyone looked into the association of Salvatore and prior companies to determine what he can or cannot do for MMTE? I think other mineral related industries - wonder how his involvement affects the PPS?
I have not but that is very interesting! Please continue to research this connection as it may lead to something very interesting!
I have not but that is very interesting! Don't let others keep you from researching this connection.
I have a question that is completely on topic and is specifically about MMTE and current possible involvements:
Is MMTE in any way currently involved with Manny Bello? If so, to what extent? Are these debt financing deals?
Although this would be a controversial question I would like to add one more:
Is MMTE in any way currently involved with Manny Bello? If so, to what extent? Are these debt financing deals?
Some legitimate questions I would like answered:
1) Have there been any shares that have become unrestricted in the past 3 months? If so, how many shares? Are these shares currently being sold?
2) Why have there been so many clerical related errors in the PRs?
3) Is there any intention of updating the Facebook page with current PR/Financial filings? If so, will this be an active link directly to the company - meaning, when the PR is released will it automatically go to the FB page and simultaneously hiting Marketwire, etc?
Well it honestly depends on your perception and if you truly believe what you read. If you want to validate the statements rather than just following along then you will get one answer; however, if you blindly follow you will see another answer.
Let's leave the "agendas" to Brian to settle.
You are exactly right Rocky - at some point in the future the lawsuit will in fact be settled. Question is how it will affect MMTE?
You are also right Rocky - at some point the LOIs and Acquisition will come to a close as well...but why will they come to an end?
Once again you are correct - partners need to be announced...but whom will they be? Will it be prior associates? Will it be someone credible?
Yes - if and when the above finally do happen (in the positive manner) then it will be payday for some individuals.
Very well put Rocky
What additional information would you be able to provide me? Just curious.
Another aspects is why does it have to be dilution through the company - what about shares that are no longer restricted that were not cancelled being sold? It is extremely possible that this 'endless supply' of shares that keep being talked about are in fact these shares being sold.
Considering PRs really do not hold water all information should be confirmed in the quarterlies. The only somewhat legitimate information is contained in the annuals/quarterlies and other regulatory filings. PRs in the pinks are just to provide information but just as previously stated there are safe harbor statements that essentially allow companies to cover their actions in case the deals fall through.
Very interesting - and I go to Rockville, MD on a regular basis. Maybe I should stop by...lol.
The docket link only listed the parties involved and very minor details of the suit.
Plaintiffs: M & A Advisors, LLC and Dominic Martinez
Defendants: William Lieberman, Izzy Goldreich, Mammoth Energy Group, Inc., John Does 1-10 and XYZ Companies 1-10
Case Number: 1:2011cv04813
Filed: July 13, 2011
Court: New York Southern District Court
Office: Foley Square Office
County: XX Out of State
Presiding Judge: Jed S. Rakoff
Nature of Suit: Contract - Negotiable Instrument
Cause: 28:1332 Diversity-Breach of Contract
Jurisdiction: Diversity
Jury Demanded By: Plaintiff
That was the only information provided via the link posted on the site. This was not wanted to be known on the page.
The biggest thing I see with the above information is the list of defendants and plaintiffs and breach of contract of negotiable instrument.
So what you are saying is there exists an opinion that the documents are forged?
I know for a fact that there are issues that were brought up in other ares and questions were going to be asked so I know for a fact that others are concerned whether they post on this board or not. They were concerned enough to create a very good list of questions. I am not privy to any more information because I have now been reclassified.
Yes the M&A group, Martinez and Izzy that were specifically mentioned in the lawsuit all have a con-artist background. Now let's look at Lieberman - he currently has connections with Izzy, he currently has con-men connections with other Liebs controlled companies.
So if these documents are forged and the lawsuit is just a distraction why is it that MMTE clearly does not want the information out in public any more than absolutely necessary? They consistently deleted it from the FB page when it was just 100% factual link to the docket!
Pretty strong evidence that William did go to prior leaders of MMTE and those that even at that time were known to have been involved with fraudulent activities. Pretty big question - why go to people you know are trouble for money? Very very interesting!
I would not consider the Plaintiff's lawyers as a group of 'slick lawyers'. Consider their past history and I think there is considerable validity to their law firm.
That would be interesting so let's look at the Plaintiff's counsel:

First let's point out physical address in NYC - right next to Times Square - AKA very high rent area...so these guys are no joke!
This firm has successfully handled law suits against Montel Williams, the New York Yankees (jury verdict of over $1 million dollars), Anna Nicole Smith, Fabio, and others. We have also won the largest private defamation verdict in the history of the state of New Jersey.
On behalf of corporations and individuals, the firm has litigated disputes in a variety of matters involving contract disputes, shareholder derivative suits, libel suits, suits involving the ownership of intellectual property (including the ownership of a "source code" in a computer related case), personal injury cases, matrimonial, and white collar criminal defense cases throughout the country.

Based on the filing it reads as if they are after a number of things - money and/or shares.
In regards to being thrown out - maybe but maybe not. Unfortunately if it is thrown out I do not believe the answers to the difficult questions will be answered; furthermore I do not believe Lieberman will release Izzy!
The question that others are not asking is why Lieberman/MMTE went to certain individuals asking for financing. I've been holding off on this question seeing if it came up and still haven't seen it yet. So - why did Lieberman go to those involved with Overcash for financing?
So holding back any future PRs due to the current lawsuit. Hmmm... really?!?! So this means the deals themselves will not be signed until after the lawsuit is settled.
As far as MMTE gagging itself - this has already happened as soon as the first mention of a detailed suit came up. All references to the suit were deleted by MMTE.
For a potentially legit company to completely gag itself on just about all future issues is something that should send up red flags.
I cannot personally prove it came from WL other than the emails came from Billy Lieberman with details of MMTE. In this case though we are getting into conspiracy theories. Yes I can create an email account under any name I want but to keep things going I would have to know a significant amount about MMTE and essentially insider information.
Let's assume this is a shakedown - that's fine, maybe it is. Who really knows. It will be determined by the courts - but let's assume they do in fact get the original investment of $40k. Where will Liebs get the $40k?
OK - I agree that each and every exhibit and claim will have to be proven in a court of law. Fortunately that is the way our judicial system is supposed to work.
There is significant information that can be obtained from the claim as well as exhibits. Some of it is very positive and some if it includes con-men connections that are relatively recent - more so than has been talked about.
I will agree with that statement as well - there is not a signed contract included with the exhibits.
