What would be the point of buying evca? They have nothing to offer but debt. Be better off to just start a new company and then at least you won't have Mack as the CEO.

Companies can improve. They start with communication which this company has still not figured out.

For all those banking on a magical PR just take a look at the last one from November. Should give you an indication of where the company is headed. The PPS speaks volumes as to what they've been accomplishing.
