personally, i don't think this company will use dilution to the extreme as most pinky stocks.. yes, i won't deny the fact that they might do this but it's not like they're going to sell of a crap load of stock and 5 days, we'll see this under $1.
i think there's a huge market for 3D overall, just look at 3D Systems (DDD) and Stratasys (SSYS).. Stratasys is a very good company and check out what they're up to;
http://www.stratasys.com/Resources/Case-Studies/Medical-FDM-Technology-Case-Studies/Nemours.aspx
all companies have their starting points and look at them today.. DDD is trading around $50 and SSYS is around $82.. my point is this is cutting edge 3D technology and if you look at the healthcare market, it's huge..
i understand the fundamentals of investing and it's good people still invest in today's market.. im looking for a long position and i feel this company has a lot to offer..
i agree.. everyone is back to the grind from the holidays so, it's time to get this thing going.. would be nice to see some news or just wake up tomorrow with an opening NVAE qoute of 5 cents.. haha.
i agree, if you're not comfortable then don't buy.. pretty simple concept yet posters like to ignore that..
in response to your question about Form D, here's a quick description.
a form D private offering can provide a small- or mid-sized company an alternative for raising capital without incurring the time and expense of registering the securities with SEC. there's nothing wrong with this process. some may have opinions as to why a company would do this but ONVO has always stated that most of their funding is through private investing. by going through the Rule 506, it allows them more flexibility than 504 and 505. less limitations and more ways for investors to provide funding.
in my opinion, i think it's better for a company to get private funding by any means necessary because in the end, they won't have company debt.. most of the start-up companies out there today have some debt because its what they used to get going. id rather have $5M in funding then $5M in loans from a bank.
the company has no debt.. keith murphy gave a presentation a couple months ago and said they have no debt.. either he lied to everyone on record or is telling the truth.. after the presentation, here's what stuck out to me;
Rev growths with the following;
1. Cellular assays (specific assays market $500M market by 2018. overall cell biology market growing to $17B by 2016)
2. Develop assays for drug discovery
3. Currently working with Pfizer and united therapeutics – royalty, licensing, and milestone deals have been reached with both companies.
4. Organvo owns intellectual property
One of their long term goals;
1. Brioprint surgical tissues – today they make heart muscles and renal patches.. long term, livers, lungs, kidneys tissues.
Additional Notes
1. no company debt
2. current cash in hand appox $7M (end of Q3)
3. they signed a deal with Autodesk to dev a bioprinting 3D software.
4. looking to uplist in the future
overall, i disagree with your position on this stock/company.. i think company's value is much greater than you think and where's the dilution? the company would need cash for opertaions and keith murphy said it cost about $7-8M to run the lab. yea, that would put the company in a bad postion but he also said they would exercise warrants to keep things going and their main focus is on the common shareholder. i know he's trying to sell the company's stock but look at the bigger picture..
if you're not convinced, that's totally fine.. i wouldn't want anyone to buy a stock they weren't comfortable with but my point is, look into the company moreso than just numbers.. the company is worth more than some stock deficit that's decreasing by the way.
if you have questions about my statements, click the link below and register.. look for the ONVO presentation, keith murphy gives the presentation..

im not concerned because for me this a long term investment.. the company has a lot of good things going for it and if the company is trading on speculation, well the same can be said for most PINK sheet or penny stocks.. i compared the stock deficit to all 10Q's in 2012 and the total stock deficit (27M) is the lowest of the 10Q's (in 2012).. the previous 10Q had a deficit of 71M and before that it was 37M.. if that was a major concern, then most of missed out on the run up in march 2012 where it went from under $2 to just over $10 in short time.
i bought it around $2.05 and that was after I watched the stock for awhile too.. i plan on holding for a long time.
if you have a chance, click on the link below and then the register/watch button on the right.. once you do that, locate the ONVO presentation.. i think that might help give you a better understanding on where the company is positioned today and future.

the company reported revs in it's last statment. i believe they were around $700K.. granted it's not what everyone would like to see but the previous year revs were around $200K..
i know we all have our reasons and speculations on stock but i think this company is more than what people think.. i mean look at all the penny stocks on the OTC and PINK that trade on emotion and speculation alone.. a good day for a trader on the OTC is a false PR or multiple emails that pump a stock..
this company is real and in 5 years from now, it'll be trading higher.. it's not an over night rich play, it's a long investment.
the merger has already taken place per PR on nov 5th. the hold up is awaiting news from Algae International Group on conversion ratio and any other news/updates. Philip Verges isn't a majority shareholder anymore as he stated on his blog about a month ago. At this point, the news we hear should be from Algae International group. just try to be patient, i know it stinks but we're all in the same position.
seriously? have you done any DD on this company? you realize this company isn't a penny stock and has real assests, business model, and a product that no other company has or is doing..
if you think this company will go to zero, mabye it's time for you to move on from his stock..
merry christmas and happy holidays to all NVAE holders! hopefully soon we'll get the much wanted details of this merger to make 2013 even better!
stay safe and have fun!
t-master,
you said;
"I have made a mutual committment with Rik that I will hold my core investment in tacked for 2 years. That is exactly what he asked of me."
are you a majority shareholder or something? im curious to know why Rik specifically asked you to hold for 2 years. i never saw an investor make an agreement with a CEO of a company regarding the lenth to hold shares and was curious to know how you both came to that conclusion.
if you prefer to PM, go ahead but im working with the free version of ihub so, i can't respond PM.. or if you want, send me your email address and we can continue this convo over email.
thanks!
LONG ANTS for me!
do you have a level 2 you can post? mine isn't working..
thanks in advance!
i know.. they did a lot this year and looking forward to their future growth. by 2020, we'll see normal trading over $10/share or higher.
no one thinks we're going to be over night millionaires for this play.. we're all looking to make something more than selling at .0004.. if you're not convinced with this particular transaction of AIGI mergering NVAE shell, there's links saying it's been done.. if you're still not convinced, at the very least research Algae biofuel and see the potential market for this alternative fuel source.. there's other companies out there that have been spending millions in R&D because they see a value in algae biofuel..
we all appreciate your concern but when you think about it, the stock market has always been a game, scam, and manipulation.. personally, i see value to AIGI and would like to hold after the CR is complete and keep my new AIGI shares for long term.....BUT if games are being played and NVAE runs up to a few pennies prior to the CR details, well, id probably sell my shares to collect a very nice return.
yuppers according to the email i received from alliance ventures, looking for an IPO first quarter 2013..
as for the holidays, you do the same.. have a great holiday and stay safe! happy trading!
im very excited about this company.. i need to clear up some more cash to buy more.. i'd love to put like $5,000 into this company because i seriously feel it'll pay off in the long term.
that email i received was from the alliance ventures.. they're the firm handling AIGI transition to the OTC market.. the discounted shares he was refering to was the shares of the AIGI IPO that is supposed to happen sometime 1st quarter 2013.. i seriously doubt this will play out like a scam.. alliance ventures is asking investors interesting in AIGI IPO to invest a minimum of $27,000 (i can't find the link to back this up).. if you invest that much, then you'll get a discount on the IPO shares.. maybe like 10-15% discount. their IPO will probably be around $5.50/share..
CORRECTION - i meant to say "it WASN'T the company pumping the stock or dilution as the company."
in my previous statment, i said "it was the company pumping."
good buy on 3D... a friend of mine bought 3D for about that same price..
as for ONVO, i just listened to their presentation they gave on dec 10th.. it's open to everyone but the CEO gave a nice 50 min overview of the company, its history, current status, and future.. to answer your speculation, i doubt 3D will buy ONVO anytime soon or ever for that matter. if you heard what the CEO of ONVO was saying, i think it'll be a major player in the pharma world in the coming years.
i think ONVO is a great price right now and the run up earlier this year was manipulation.. it was the company pumping the stock or dilution as the company doesn't have any debt.. it's definitely a longer stock to hold but it'll pay off in the end.. for starters they have a couple deals with Pfizer and united therapeutics.
this company is going places and i personally hope they don't ever sell the company unless they have to.
i agree... not sure if you saw my post from a week or so ago but i emailed alliance ventures and this was their response.. just hang in there, hopefully first quarter 2013 is when we'll see an offering but leading up to that, maybe some meaty PR's will get NVAE stock up prior to conversion.
Dear X,
When additional information becomes available it'll be made available via the PR department AIGI an then will be posted on the news section on our site. No date set for AIGI going public
however firm indications are within the 1st fiscal quarter of 2013.
If you wish to secure a timely position please provide your phone number and we shall inform further on availability of discounted shares.
Yours truly
David Schiff
Project Marketing Manager
since he did a reverse, do you know when we can sell our shares? my stupid ING sharebuilder account doesn't show the new reverse or OTOWD symbol.. im guessing we have to wait.
check out this company when you have a moment.. they're ahead of AIGI but a great example of where AIGI could go in 5 years. The company was created in 2007.. they're private so, no chance at the stock just yet but im sure you might know of some places to get a handle on their value.
http://www.sapphireenergy.com
i don't think Bruce has any specific title.. from what the PR's and 8K say, he's just a board member..
nice find.. that's definitely encouraging to see local news station picking up the AIGI story.. the next phase would be for the market to recognize this huge opportunity and for us longs to be rewarded before the split.. like i said before, if this ran to 10 cents, im selling all my shares and probably buy a nice position before/after the split depending on how things workout.
much agreed rj and jimmy.. the guy who came up with this process is pretty freakin smart as he also designs the machine to do run the process.. if i ever ran a company, i'd try to do the same thing. own the rights and set up partnerships.. i woulnd't mind checking my account only to see 10 royalty payments while im sitting on my yacht in the caribbean.. lol.
once news gets out and if this does run up, it might be hard for me to sit on it.. i'll probably take some profits but if this ran to like .10....id sell all shares.. i figure that would make me enough to buy a good position once AIGI has their IPO.
i know, these people come out just to say stupid stuff.. im not that familiar with all the technicals with Ants Software but if I had to guess, i'd say these look like patents to me that reflect Ants technology.
http://www.trademarkia.com/patent-searchresult.aspx?pn=ants+software
awesome thanks!
RJ, a couple weeks back i think we were talking about patents and rights that AIGI held for biofuel process...
do you have the link of the website you used to find this information?
news is useless for val because whatever he says NEVER happens.. he can release 1,000 PR's about how he's signing with big companies, building towers, releasing tablets, phones, opening stores.......the problem is when we look at the quarterly and annual statements, we see nothing that points to him doing this..
if half of the PR's he released were accurate, then we would see some revenues from the services by now.. he loves to hear himself talk but never does anything.. in time, this stock will go down because he'll need a paycheck..
you do what you want but i don't enjoy losing money.. i have two other stocks that i know are making the right moves that i could put this money in them..
glty.
im not about to get into a political debate, it's way to early for this as im on the east coast..
unemployment numbers - if you did any type of research on this matter, you'll know these numbers are very vague.. simple calculation can give you whatever the unemployment rate is now but they don't account for everyone who is unemployed..
college graduate salary - im fully aware that college graduates make more than non-college grads however if you factor in student loan debt for each college grad (which is what i was saying all alone), your 30% more argument isnt worth noting..
if you're still under the impression our government looks out for our best interest, get a clue..
did val ever hint towards a reverse split? maybe i should of paid more attention to this one but i held a small position on purpose.. val has cheated people in the past..
overall, this is BS.. typical pinky stock and the first chance i get, im sell all my shares.. if i break even, im happy.. i'll take the trading fee i have to pay as a win too.
so long OTOWD, OTOW, VAL, bs company.. if val started a company on how to provide excuses, we would all be rich!
i know, my g/f owes about the same and my mortgage payment is about the same as her monthly payments. overall, the investment is what we want to get out of it but the pathetic thing on the jobs side is that all these kids are coming out of college with no job to apply for.. lol.. at least with a mortgage payment you see your investment.. a college education is a personal invesment so, you hope that pays off someday.
it is a shame they at the very least won't acknowledge existing holders but than again, they're probably told not to respond.. im guessing there's some legal issues and the safest thing for them is to remain silent..
as for the email i sent, i purposely changed what i was going to say based off emails people on the board sent.. in a way, we all pitch in and got a response even if i was sole recipient.
i completely agree with you on that one.. i graduated college in 2004 and still paying off student loan debt.. student loan debt is the highest debt in america but they dont like to address it because to a politician, college grads are the next generation of debt.. so that means it'll make them more money..
i say, get rid of the dept of education and government backed loans.. if colleges don't have guaranteed payment from government backed student loans, then they can't set the price of school..
why should education cost anyone over $100,000 for a 4 yr degree completed at an out of state school..
yea, it definitely builds up confidence with the new ANTS website coming online way ahead of schedule.. usually with pinky stocks, they'll release 2-3 PR's that'll make the company look good and something like a new website would take them months to do..
i love the fact that they already rolled out the site, looks very professional, and ready to sell products.. if you're trying to make the shareholders happy as they stated multiple times by increasing value, i think they definitely have made good strides to do so. i own a small position here but id love to put a lot more in on this one. this will take time to pay off but like any investment, you let your money sit.. this one will make us money over time, if people want to trade pennies for dollars, let them.. id say lets buy pennies now and make thousands of dollars.
i hope not either but im sure they're working hard to keep IBM on board.. i think it's funny when you see microsoft stock $26, apple $528, then ANTS .014... lol.. i'd love to see ANTS in the $15-20 range..
wow, ANTs is going to be pretty sweet deal.. i need to free up more funds to buy more.. hopefully they're hinting something positive by having Apple and microsoft listed next to their ticker at the bottomw of their website..
ANTS will be huge in time.. def a game changer for those who get in now and hold.
that is still the big question.. to be honest, i was surprised they even replied back to me but then again, my email didn't say i was a NVAE shareholder.. i said i was an investor interested in alternative fuel companies and after lengthly DD, i came across Algae international group. i said some more and at the end asked if they could give information regarding an IPO date and if it were this year..
i was happy with the response because it does match some PV said on one of his blog post regarding when AIGI will become current.. PV said in his blog entry that the reverse split is many weeks or even months away..
my point is that he's on the same page as AIGI so, that helps with his credibility.. anways, yup more waiting so, that's all good.
lastly, im not one to post on other boards to market other stocks however, i think everyone on here should take a look at ANTS (http://www.ants.com/).. this company is the real deal, a lot of changes this year and already making big strides.. i think everyone on this board is great and would never recommend a stock to a board unless i thought it was worth it. this is the first time i've ever done this and i don't know about the ihub ethics of doing this but i strongly feel ANTS will be trading in dollar land sometime soon.
i seriously hope so.. according to that email, we should hear something.
would you bid $1 on something you can get for 1 penny?
i agree.. we should hear something soon but at least now we have a better time frame as to when they'll have an IPO which if all is well, it'll be during first quarter of 2013.
when i was going through my email, i found another email from AIGI saying as of dec 7th, shares are limited. so, it's tough to say if they really are limited of if they're trying to sell the shares, hopefully a little bit of both.
time will tell.. i think i will go back to checking this one on a weekly basis at least up to the new year. work around the holidays is very limited so, i if we don't hear anything by friday dec 21, i doubt we'll hear anything until the new year as most people are on vacation.
