New shareholder today - GLTA.
Read MD&A on SEDAR - Ortsbo and YPPN is where it is at.

Fufat - two reverse splits in the past for this firm since 2000 I believe. GL
Its a stake in the ground - for all the hype, all the hope, all the shoulda, all the coulda. You would agree by then all the court cases will be beyond us one way or another. and private label will be at full force in the stores - and MD Hand will be a memory. by then right?
June 16th, 2015 --- Let us see where we are then. GL
cheap shares - with no risk are at 10 cents.. right now under "blind faith" the pps is fairly valued. GL
Sold my remaining shares - this RS is not inline with my thinking - I expect shares to go to $7 then float down to 2. It is revenue and profit that will get the shares higher - RS will not do it. After RS it is STILL REVENUE AND PROFIT THAT WILL KEEP the shares at $7
"throw out management" are your words - not in my post - I have read this over time on your posts and understand your frustration as a large share holder and how u hold this emotion about your shares.
It is not my post - but yours.
My post is stating a fact of who has been in top management for 14 plus years ( trends typically continue in most management structures in general unless others join the firm - and this has happened with the women who does the packaging and now the person on the private label deals). Just stating fact and is not meant to suggest anything. A number of statements were made and posted by others on this board about certain items we will hear about sooner than later. This is good news. GL
I hope your right, we have some new blood in the firm and we "hope" we hear from them in 2014. Keith B has been in the firm running things since? 2000? Lets hope the trend is broken as you hope also. GL
KS it could also be a trader smelling blood in the streets. - let us revisit this in 2018. and see who is posting then.
No one has accumulated 1,000,000 shares unless u go back a year.
Is the buying glass half full or half empty? their may just be other small firms that do report earnings and have revenue that someone wants to buy.
GL
or not. we thought the same thing for INT and ORTSBO - but this went no where. Same Mgmt same trend? we shall see.
no one is suggesting a change in that position, just looking for the list of items someone in that kind of a position would do - we talk about it a lot on this board - but no one has put forth the description of that position - until, I saw a list about someone in a news article recently - I have to believe with all those on - someone has this list? I guess this list works just fine: http://www.steverrobbins.com/articles/ceojob
Qualities of a good CEO? What is the list then?
1) protects the firm from Crisis, and moves forward positively;
2) looks out for all shareholders;
3) keeps all shareholders informed;
is their more?
Rizk - share ur knowledge on this 1 - it was ur post?

36.84M shares - no RS - ur blowing smoke... up from here!!
Job of CEO - lets compare with the best:
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2014/06/05/why-jamie-dimon-deserves-every-penny-of-his-20-mil.aspx
"The reality is that JPMorgan is that big, and Dimon is tasked with managing it.
Dimon's responsibility as CEO is prevent these crises as best possible, and when they occur his challenge is to uncover and correct them swiftly and in the least damaging way possible for the bank's businesses.
His responsibility is to maximize the bank's results in terms of profits and returns to shareholders.
"
Someday, we might achieve.
May 1st, 2014 from link: specifically
" Mr. Berman concluded, "The company's Board plans to announce a date for a shareholder conference call soon after we file our Annual Report on Form 10-K with the SEC. This conference call will focus on the progression of our GenStrip manufacturing and quality plan, our new Discretion product, our pending uplist to OTCQX, and a discussion of our GenStrip opportunities.""
So today is June 4th.
1) file 10K?
2) conf call date?
3) uplist in 2014?
We are almost there,
We are close.
Or are we as far away as we have always been and we're to dumb to see it.
On America's Gat Talent last night a performer did a routine that has been rumbling around in her mind for awhile. It fells like we are rumbling around in one persons mind with a executed plan that one person has thought of, gone over, still documented - but not on paper, and all of us that own shares just follow blindly along. We are almost there!! GLTA
"It also seems to be a sort of statement to announce that the Shasta QC procedures have all been addressed.
" everything we have presumed - with not official statement from the firm - is just rumor and garbage. "some sort of" is well intentioned on your part - but in the communications to shareholders is nothing. We are in the same boat as always. no hard news, almost delivery, almost orders - you can have shelves stocked to the brim and no consumption numbers; I look at the recent news as "no news" I think we have gotten far enough into ownership over time to expect something related to hard revenue numbers. the 10K would be a good start.
Ks - the news release indicates they have ordered from the mfg facility not that it is sent to amazon or other places to actually sell. Would rather see nothing until their are counts of sold units. Sold means revenue to cover expenses -- eventually profit. the rest is just fuzzy gray matter.
accumulation?
Lets be frank - accumulation is volume > 300,000 shares per day consistently. anything less than that is one or two people buying to trade the stock.
GLTA
thanks, but it does not work here [volume just to low ; if we traded a million shares every day - then yes maybe] - we are stuck until a court case really finishes - 2015 maybe; to me this is like a CD - my $$$ is parked until 2030? On with other things, stocks until then. glta
funny - but has a key point - another firm - http://loiter.co/v/why-are-we-not-funding-this-2/
Revenue and Profit - up we go!!!
This makes a lot of sense. lol
lol - what other boards do you post on under other aliases?
premon-I am here to see you post endlessly on 2 boards - I am working on a book - GLTA
If gopro is in this stock - IT HAS TO Be Good - watching for my entry point!
This waiting is a killer for most - just leave your shares as is and revisit the pps in Jan 2015. Take that to the bank. If you can not wait just sell. Otherwise do not look at the stock until Jan 2015. then decide - it is that simple. the posting count day-today is funny - who cares - have a longer timeframe. some have been here 11 years... lol....GLTA
.00001
stop the stupidity - DECN will do just fine - if you do not like the stock - by all means sell - TOPCARD in yahoo - said it this way "Let me try to explain to y'all one more time.
DECN shepherded the product (genstrip) through its 510k approval with the FDA. That was the reference in the filings.
The inventor/owner/developer of an FDA-regulated device is REQUIRED to have a "Quality System" in place.
Shasta failed to comply with this requirement.
DECN has/had nothing to do with Shasta's failure to meet this requirement. (If you do not know/understand what an FDA-required "Quality System" is, I would suggest you google it).
Since 4/16/14, DECN purchased genstrip outright from Shasta. So, now (and ONLY now) DECN is FDA-required to have a 'Quality System" in place for genstrip.
What you need to know about this is that this does NOT speak to the quality or accuracy of the product. It does serve as an indicator that the product was not being produced under the guidelines of an FDA required "Quality System".
Trust me - if the FDA actually considered genstrip to be a defective product, they would most certainly have mandated a recall...and, they did not.
Berman has said that DECN has the required Quality System in place. I have no reason to doubt him.
Attempts by those who regularly post here for the sole purpose of impugning the company and casting doubt in the minds of its shareholders - are, IMO, purely malicious acts of intentional deception" AND HE IS SPOT ON ... give it till 2015 or just leave
The numbers were good year over year - what is the problem? tooo many short term traders?
I sold about 5k at .85 to buy a central air system for the house - last week I bought them back at .25 - so as of now it was a good decision - lol glta
non- what you say is true, but decisions are made by a group of people, who happen to be in the firm today, making the same decisions as before. Maybe we as shareholders who have come in contact with reputable CPA firms who repressent companies with a market Think about it?
Couldn't agree more - the drop in price was the dump I was looking for - herd mentality rules - now it is just up from here - smart money added right along with me. GLTA
It's this simple, I bought more today. An opportunity, as presented. I saw nothing in all the news that would of stopped my buy today - it's not a DECN issue. GLTA
I am waiting for a dump down to 20 cents or lower. As this drags out the traders will not have the conviction to stay the coarse. All projections go into the toilet - when time engulfs no creditable news leading to a dump down. If I am wrong, I am comfortable in my holdings to gain with us all. BUT, am expecting a further drop in pps over time. Its a common historical trend in this stock and in many others on these exchanges. Sad as it is - as we await anticipated good news sometime in the future. GLTA
I maintain my ownership of this stock - and will buy more as other opportunities grow. It is that simple. Buy when you can vs the herd mentality. GLTU
