You could also ask, what part of the NDA says it doesn't work as advertised.
LOL it doesnt????
Non Disclosure Agreement link
A nondisclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement, confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), proprietary information agreement (PIA), or secrecy agreement, is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects nonpublic business information.
NDAs are commonly signed when two companies, individuals, or other entities (such as partnerships, societies, etc.) are considering doing business and need to understand the processes used in each others business for the purpose of evaluating the potential business relationship. NDAs can be "mutual", meaning both parties are restricted in their use of the materials provided, or they can restrict the use of material by a single party.
It is also possible for an employee to sign an NDA or NDA-like agreement with an employer. In fact, some employment agreements will include a clause restricting employees' use and dissemination of company-owned "confidential information."
In some cases, the contract may state that the existence of the NDA itself cannot be disclosed.
After the DViS is proven, the price won't be so cheap. So, make your bets now. Proof that the DViS works or doesn't work is lacking on both sides despite what we are being told. There is nothing more than speculation in the messages.
What about the 20/20 report on the ficticious DViS that doesn't do 3D imaging in real time? Haven't seen an update on the SEC investigation either of the Carnival Barker, Huckster, Thief, Liar, Girl Scout Cookie stealer, 2nd grade test cheater AKA Dean Janes. Has the FBI dug up any more dirt? Please give us some updates.
What proof is there that "Janes device has never been tested or validated"? I repeat again, NDA, NDA, NDA......
There are no facts that support the opinion that "The idea of the DViS is a fraud." I'm assuming those who say so have never been invited to see the DViS in action or you would have signed a NDA and your post would be in violation.
The truth is that nobody outside the select few that have signed NDAs know for sure. Any posts to the contrary are merely opinion or speculation and should be posted as such.
Lambster, Don't throw in the towel on rise in price, I think Tig has some good insight on a pure trading standpoint. He can even give good pointers on when to buy or sell, but there may be more to this increase than meets the eye and who knows where the rise will stop. There could even be a chance that Dean and Co pull a rabbit out of their hat and what would that do the PPS?
NDAs are a way of life and anyone that has signed one can not discuss it. IMO The problem facing IMGG is the lack of attention to detail following instructions and doing what the FDA wants (basically a BIG EGO by you know who). Hopefully MWE will get it right and its just a matter of time.
Pre-orders on the other hand are just speculation and may or may not materialize. It all really depends on getting theDViS approved, then pre-orders or not, this will take off. Images and a FDA approved demonstration by a reputable source are absolutely necessary. How about having Dean put Don in the DViS for a 3D image LOL....
Gymbob, Dont be afraid to ask questions, thats what everyone is here for. I'm sure others have wondered that before also and were just afraid to ask. However, when you get an answer to your questions, don't always believe the answers. I believe they are correct in this case though.
Welcome aboard Vibe. I agree, the members of this chat need to keep the posts relevant, professional and factual. It is difficult at times to weed through all the noise and determine what to pay attention to.
Thanks in advance for your work "cleaning up" the board.
False and misleading statements are all over the place. Dean Janes, the penny stock CEO, carnival barker, girl scout cookie stealer isn't the only one who misspeaks from time to time.
Analyze it any way you want. We will see the outcome soon. It looks like a 50/50 shot at this point. Either they run out of money or get it approved.
Here we go with "the technology does not work" again.... You really need to talk with those that have seen the device work... Oh yeah, they have signed NDAs and cant tell you about it. How about "I know what I know and I've seen what I've seen"
I agree that the patent information is valid (for current and valid patents), but when people post about expired patents that may be irrelevant and people come up with updated patents that may be relevant, it does nothing more than confuse those on the board that pay attention to (and depend on) the posts and ASSUME they are relevant.
I sent a personal email to IMGG asking about the first expired patent that came to light only to find out that it was superceded by another.
It would be nice for those who throw that information on the board be sure it is current and accurate prior to posting rather than trying to blast the maximum number os posts and clutter the board. The clutter of invalid information just confuses people and has no purpose here.
So Adrian, I don't believe Dean is trying to manipulate the stock price if that is what you are implying. Are these known facts that you can back up with some documentation or just your opinion. I belive this is just speculation on your part with no proof to back it up.
I hear you Gymbob. I am only down 60% now LOL... the last few days have made me feel a lottle better. I think the sun is starting to rise on IMGG's price again. Maybe it was just oversold and now people realize it is a little longer term play than they expected, but there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.
I'm down but not out. Despite all the negative chat (patent nonsense, etc) by some who don't do the proper DD, I think there is a good chance that this could get pulled together...
The 20/20 spot was posted by Mugs. The usual DD turned up nothing.
Chemic, What insiders are buying? How did you get that information?
Good catch Not A Pumper! Sometimes it takes a keen eye to realize what the intention is for a change. The broader category is great as it keeps others from stepping on Dean's turf!
I see we are closing the day out with day trading profit takers cashing in. Still plenty of longs staying in as the price came down on low volume. More longs coming to the table tomorrow. IMO
So, lets stop the MTV spots and just put out press releases and videos on the IMGG website. I never did like Don anyway LOL.
so, what has been the response by "investor relations" to questions about IMGG or the DViS? I haven't tried that route yet as I suspect I would get email and never get a call back.
Is this the dead cat bounce that was talked about earlier or could it be longs coming back in?
Biggest Bagholder?? That depends on how many shares you bought and how much you have left. I think there are many that got caught in a worse position by the carnival barker penny stock ceo.
I feel sorry for those of us that got screwed too, but Dean deserves to loose the most. Poor Dean.
Punked?? More like hoodwinked, bamboozled, cheated, barked at, etc. I guess when you are down 90%, you dont have that much more to loose, so why not roll the dice. Perhaps Dean and the team can pull off a miracle. Hope they are wrong about dilution though. Dean owes us big time for this. It is tough to raise the dead, but it can be done. Bring out the FDA Approved Deflbrillator.
My sense of humor is about all I have left. IMGG is sinking like a lead weight.
So you don't have proof it doesn't work. Thats fine. Since only the people that know if it works signed a NDA we wont know for a while. I dont have that much financial risk. I just get a laugh out of this board.
OK Cpbball, you said the machine doesn't work. How do you know this? Where is your proof?

Kimble, Who told you he never had a fully functioning machine? I dont see any proof of that. The FDA is keeping him from showing it. That is your opinion unless you have proof.
Wrong-the machine works but the paperwork and submission was terrible. It is in good hands now.

Money TV will not attract new blood. That is not the reason why he was there. It is an update for the shareholders. Everything is going as planed.
Mugsy, you say the device does not work! What proof do you have? Apparently the FDA disagrees with you as they let Deano, the carnival barker, Penny stock CEO, thief, huxter, liar, girl scout cookie stealer, etc..... resubmit.
Box, please highlight in your text where it says you can run a real demo on the unit prior to FDA approval. I still don't see it.
Replies to Idea#1 - Idea#4
Idea#1: Put together an investor video showing the real-time 3D.
Cant do it, refer to FDA guidelines
Idea#2: Finish the 510K re-file vs. hanging out with Don B.
Not good - Shareholders need to be updated
Idea#3: Perform your fiduciary duties with the primary business of IMGG (refurb/reselling C-arms).
Wrong again - need to focus on the DViS
Idea#4: Block internet access for yourself at the office except for email.
What do you mean by this?
Box, I don't see anything in the document that says you can run a live demo of the unit. As we all know, the unit has been on display in trade shows but they cant demo it as per FDA guidelines.

what is your source of information for "Deano Will have 0 new info"? I haven't seen any credible sources or press releases to back this up.
MTV - Its not like Dean has unlimited funds and can do an infomercial on the big cable channels. Perhaps you could throw a few ideas Dean's way or sponsor him in an infomercial if you disapprove.
