Good point, I have thought about this and talked about it off-iHub with several other longs. It definitely is plausible that the stock is being manipulated where someone is causing high volume by essentially selling their shares to themselves and then covering at the end of the day.
The question is: Why? What's the end game for whoever is engaged in that kind of trading?
Last post for the day (still limited to 2 per day).
HNSS
I find it hilarious that some a-hole seller dumps almost 12MM shares at .0007, THE BID, and somehow can't cover that last 90K that someone else wants to buy.
Did the seller run out of shares?
Also, whoever is posted up on the ask with 3.7MM shares.. how about spreading those out between .0008 and .0015 or so? All you are doing is putting up a wall that keeps everyone from wanting to buy at the ask...
HNSS
Is the PR saying that HNSS has been working to position itself to be a facilitator for crowd funding? Busy day and I only quickly read the PR, but it sounded like they were set(ting) up to be the middle man between small businesses looking for funding, and individual investors looking to invest in start-ups. Almost like a marketplace for individual "angel investors".
Is that what you got out of the PR? If so, that could be a huge money maker for HNS. Let's hope the Senate passes the Jobs Act (I think a vote is scheduled for the end of the week).
HNSS
10 days until the end of Q1 and I believe Black is working his tail off to meet his self-imposed deadline. Good reminders about HNS Fund as well. I know (for myself at least), that seeing the OS almost double makes people uneasy. On the other hand, if those new shares are being used as investments in other companies, or as payment for Micro-Fill related R&D/production work... then we are in pretty good shape (in my opinion).
All it will take for HNSS to increase its per share value is for Black to release a PR detailing what has been going on with the company the last 5 months, and what progress has been made.
I, like you, think that when its time for a PR from HNSS, Black will not just release a single note. He is going to unleash a barrage of news and progress reports from the past 5 months that will start the HNSS run.
Good to see you back around the board.
HNSS
2MM bought at .001 and some idiot undercuts the market price and puts his sell order in at .0009. I swear the pink sheet market is full of half brained inbreds...
As to your other post about starting an email campaign.. Good luck, but I highly doubt you will hear anything from the company until AFTER they have PR'd to the public. I've been emailing Mr. Black for over a year now and have only received a handful of responses (never any insider information).
HNSS
Ask gets stuffed with shares and kills upward momentum, bid size increases throughout the day and, when the bid is large enough, the seller at the ask moves his limit price down and dumps millions of shares at the bid. Its been happening like this for weeks now.
No retail investor picked up enough shares under the .0005-.0008 price range (where we have been seeing this kind of selling occur) to make a profit on this. Someone is either dumping millions of shares for a loss, or, more likely, someone's restricted shares have become free to trade in the last few weeks and they are dumping them for whatever cash they can get.
Also no retail investor with any significant holdings (greater than 15MM) that I know of is selling right now. I don't think there are very many of us.
I just received a response back from Continental TA.
Paraphrasing the response: We are still the Transfer Agent for Healthnostics. Please refer any other questions to the company.
Its a problem with ScotTrade, not the TA.
HNSS
I was responding to mistercellphoneman's post. He talked with the actual TA who had no idea what ScotTrade was talking about. Now, this is either due to a) the TA is not halted and has not been fired or b) the department he called was the wrong department and did not know what was actually going on. I read his post both ways and was looking for clarification.
HNSS
You said in an earlier post that Continental returned your call and told that they had no idea what ScotTrade was talking about. Why do you now think that there is a new TA?
If Continental was no longer HNSS's Transfer Agent, wouldn't they have said so when they called you back?
FYI, we went through a temporary TA "halt" a few months ago (don't know how long you have been a shareholder). There was some speculation that the company was conducting a share audit or market tier upgrade or being bought, etc, but we still have not heard any info on that yet.
How many shares are for sale at .0006?? It seems anytime the bid is raised from .0005 to .0006, the bid is immediately taken out and returned to .0005. What would be the reason for this?
Someone is doing a lot of selling at this level...
HNSS
Not until VERT stops selling shares at the ask... They show a 5000 share lot size and yet 8MM shares have been bought at the ask so far today.
If VERT steps away, we'll go up.
EDIT VERT just stepped away and we instantly upticked. 20MM shares bought from VERT at .0008. Must have been the magic number...
HNSS
5MM bought at the ask so far today. VERT is the only MM on the ask and only showing a 5000 share lot. They sure seem to have a lot of shares for sale...
HNSS
Shareholder's equity was about .0033/share as of the last financial report. That's a good start...
Also, if HNSS actually launches the MicroFill as they have stated they would, I think .01/share is easily attainable on future sales.
.01 would probably be just a starting point if the MicroFill is anything close to what it is billed to be.
HNSS
Lack of support has nothing to do with someone coming in a selling a large amount of shares at the bid. By definition, the buyer on the bid WAS the support. The seller is either tired of waiting for HNSS to release news and is exiting at the most liquid price (i.e., the bid), or he is trying to sell through the bid so that others might be enticed to sell low as well. Its all a game for flippers.. chip the pps down as much as you can and then buy big when it gets to its lows.
We'll have to wade through it for a while until we get some news from the company.
HNSS
But the shareholder's equity does include "intangible assets" of $1.745MM that I would like to know a little more about.
I wonder if any value from the subsidiaries is bundled up in there? As you know, patents, intellectual property and trademarks are all considered intangible assets.
HNSS
That same guy from last week is trying to sell his 71,777 shares. Must be desperate since he has walked his shares down from .0013 to .0011 where currently sits...
HNSS
There are already quite a few shareholders holding a large percentage of HNSS that do not post regularly on iHub. The past few days have been nothing more than an organized pump and dump for flippers to make a couple hundred bucks.
A real, sustained, moved up will not occur until HNSS launches their MicroFill-2160. Per the company, that is supposed to happen by the end of the quarter (March 31, 2012).
I'll be adding more when the flippers decide to cut their losses and we head back to .0007-.0009.
HNSS
Long story short, flippers quietly accumulated shares in the trip 0's over the last week or two and then pumped the hell out of the stock all over the internet.
Yesterday's run up was new flippers getting in as the original flippers were selling (as evidenced by the lack of certain posters today who were "all about HNSS" yesterday).
The real run won't start until HNSS releases news on the MicroFll-2160 (supposed to be by end of 1Q2012). Hopefully by then the flippers will be gone with their smalls gains.
HNSS
Cancer news? I think you got the wrong stock buddy... HNSS is looking to launch its MicroFill-2160 during the first quarter 2012. Its a packaging machine that can be used over an entire array of industries. Supposed to operate 3 times faster than anything else on the market and also has a smaller physical footprint.
HNSS
Why do you feel that "voicing your opinion" is good after two strong up days? I didn't see you voicing your opinion when we were down close to zero... I don't think you are supposed to talk bad about your investment on up days. Not logical.
Not to be a downer, but there are millions of shares at .0009 and .001 before we get to .0011. You just can't see them on L2 because most of the MM's are currently at the ask.
We'll get through them though, just need some good news from the company. And a whole lot of patience!
HNSS
That would require intelligence on the part of the sellers. It seems like these guys would rather dump to the bid just to get out of their position rather than be patient and put their sell order at or above the ask.
HNSS
That group is calling HNSS a scam based on the fact that many/most pink sheet companies end up being some sort of scam/con. Right now, there is really no proof that HNSS is a scam (and also no proof that it isn't one) and therefore the best course of action is either to a) not invest in HNSS or b) hold your shares until the Company comes out with news verifying its legitimacy (or lack thereof).
For the guys that sit around this board all day and call HNSS a scam.. its kind of fruitless since you are most likely not invested anyway. Why do you care? If you are invested AND you are calling the company a scam.. well.. that's the worst money management I've ever seen.
All the arguing between the guys on here is nothing more than a time waster because, at the end of day, our opinion's don't matter. We will know if we made the right choice when Black & Co. deliver some news.
HNSS
Who the heck is selling so many shares at .0005? Anyone on this board?
I've watched a good 15MM shares sell at the bid over the last couple weeks and can't figure out who would be so desperate to get out of HNSS at this point in time. There really is no where to go but up, we haven't had news in 5 months and the silence is priced into the stock already... why sell now?
What it looks like is someone trying to take out the bid by dumping shares in order to instigate some panic selling. We also have some huge buy orders at .0004, further evidence that someone is purposely trying to scare people and get them to sell cheap so they can load up on shares.
Fun stuff.
HNSS
HNSS can move up on air, it has in the past. There is virtually no resistance on L2. The only thing stopping HNSS's pps from increasing is lack of updates from the company. If the company comes through on the MicroFill, we should all have a very pleasant 2012.
HNSS
If some flippers or whoever are going to come in and sell 34 cents & 4 dollar's worth of shares at the bid to try and instigate panic selling, I have no problem with longs grabbing some of the cheap shares. Keeps them out of the flippers hands.
Its easy to see that that is what is going on here. There are over 5MM shares at the .0004 bid and "someone" is selling small lots at the bid to try and scare people into selling. I think they picked the wrong stock, as most of us have been around HNSS a long time and are not going to be giving up any meaningful amount of shares at these prices.
Just a matter of time before we get some news...
HNSS
How could you tell that 7MM at the ask last week was all or nothing? Does that show on L2?
And I agree, it's very obvious by the 34 cent bid whacks that someone/some group is trying to scare people into selling. It's also obvious by the huge bid size showing they are waiting with open arms to catch any shares they can.
I don't know if it's "big money" as you say or just flippers. Either way, it's obvious what they are trying to do... If they want any substantial amount of shares, they'll have to start buying at the ask.
HNSS
Becoming current would certainly help bolster HNSS's credibility to the investing world. Its possible that the reason for the recent TA halt was to conduct a share audit as part of the market tier upgrade process.
Actually Black came out and said they pulled the MinnPack show because they were not 100% ready and had a few more patentable items to add to the microfill before launching. Read the PR, all the information you claim is non existent is all in there.
Thanks.
Good post and glad you are still around, Jag. Its seems most people don't understand how much time it takes to get things done in the real world. They think a product can be developed, patented, produced and distributed all over night!
