I would think a provisional patent was applied for before testing to hold the date and protect what they are testing and once testing is done they will resubmit the effectiv dosage and composition.
I'm pretty sure the patenting process of cbd and thc isn't easy because someone could submit every possible combination they could come up with no intention of ever making any of them

What separates Owcp from the other players in the game is the clinical testing which is the one thing holding mmj back is that there is no clinical research being done, there are plenty of people blowing up labs by extracting oils from mj but none are doing any testing to legitimize it.

12 week study February 1 more than half done results could be any day

It's coming efficacy results coming sooner than people think

Let's do some extrapolating from recent news first the one back in November when they submitted for irb approval which states that the committee was meeting in December which also stated the efficacy study will last approximately 12 weeks.

Now we go to the release that says on February 1 they decided to extend the size and scope of the study after the results were encouraging with the study half over so we have a study being half over at the least 5 weeks ago, half of 12 weeks is 6 weeks, all that was said was the efficacy results will be in by the end of march which they also said about irb approval.

So by my math results could come any day.

Tomorrow sure will be exciting either way now won't it!
