I researched Atlas Shore. It's okay. There were some past problems but this all aside. WE NEED THE CONSTRUCTION LOAN. Believe me, the lender will do or has done considerable due-diligence on the Contractor. I am not worried about that but I am worried about pouring concrete!

Incorrect, 40 Mil is nothing more than an estimated value for Prime Focus lending them Equipment and Services. I am sure that Prime Focus will still own it until it is paid for in some way. 10 Mil is for a land lease that Medient has not made any payments for as yet. The lease payments will probably be subordinated to the Construction loan so that the Bank(s) is protected if the project doesn't go. So, in reality Medient needs about 40 Mil for construction, but they said that they would save about 1/3 on construction costs by using Shore, so that means that they would probably need a loan of about 30 Mil (approximately) I would guess that the Bank(s) would require about 1/3 down payment or approximately 10 MIL Dollars capital in order to make the loan. So in reality the loan would be for about 20 MIL for phase 1. Now that is my guess, what is yours?
I think that they are blowing out stock to get enough to satisfy the lender. IMO

Manu's Adveritising Abilities
Remember Manu does have excellent Advertising Skills. Hopefully, this will help Medient with communication to the industry and public. Let's hope that the Cannes Film Festival is going well and he is successful in Exposing Medient to the Market Place. Now, financial skills? That has yet to be determined. It is evident that there has been relentless dilution. When it will stop, nobody knows, other than Medient Management. IMO

Pinewood and Medient were neck n neck in the beginning but with the financing in place (equity partnership) Pinewood pulled away in the stretch and reached the finish line first. They left Medient behind in the dust! Medient is still running to catch up! Hope they reach the finish line!!! LOL Shows you what can happen when a project is developed properly! IMO

It's like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Here's 26 mil worth of land that they gave us for a 10 Mil dollar lease, However, we haven't paid for it or paid on the lease yet and won't make our first lease payment for a few years. This is ridiculous. We need the announcement of the construction loan then we will go from there. We can talk about the land when they begin building on it! Money talks, & BS Walks! IMO
Value of Medient Project
Recently there have been problems in such States as Florida and North Carolina in addition to others relating to renewal of Film Tax Credit Incentive Programs. North Carolina's sunset in 2015 and is having trouble getting the program set for renewal. Florida was suppose to run until 2016 sunset but the fund is out of Money and nothing has been done about it to date. There are problems in other states and some have completely dropped or changed their programs.
Georgia has a wonderful program with no sunset. IMO Medient has some real value in their project because it looks like Georgia is the Place for the future of the Film Industry which include very Attractive incentives. The security of the Georgia program is attracting a considerable amount of Film Business and looks like it will continue well into the future. Hopefully Medient will get the funding and backing to complete this project.

I think Medient will announce the "Construction Financing" Commitment soon. A bank commitment will really mean something at this point because the company hasn't shown us anything that would allow us to have confidence that this project will be built without it. You would think that this would be announced during Cannes. The financials were not good, However, the actual worth or value of film libraries could be a real asset in the future of this company.IMO

Value of Medient
Let's take a quick look at the value here:
Let us use 500 MIL shs outstanding. At .01 cent equals 5 MIL Dollars. (stock is trading for approx. 1/2 that amount) There is 10 Mil Preferred (50 MIL authorized) belonging to Manu. Now maybe there is a "Joint Venture" partner out their. One of the big Movie Companies could come into a super situation here. All of the preliminary work is completed. Stock looks too cheap down here to me. Medient has Atlas, India connection, lease plus incentives, begin construction now and finish by December with Studio construction. Looks very attractive to me! Company needs some kind of bridge loan until end of year?
Maybe, just maybe, Medient finds some way to get this done on their own "without selling 5 billion shares" it would be nice. Whatever happened to the DCN (Digital Capital Network) that Merriman set up?
(They were suppose to have all of these Institutions and Accredited Investors involved) There are many things both good and bad that we do not know. I think that at this point the shareholders need an update. The road has been rocky and needs to be smoothed out now if Medient wants to go forward. Then we do have Koppelman getting involved at the end of this month in NY. Some press from him now would be very nice if he really wants to help this company. These are just some thoughts that I am throwing out to all. I think that Manu is receptive to listening to shareholders at this point.

This coming week is a very important one. Medient is on the "operating table". Hopefully the operation will be successful. I know that there are a multitude of people wanting Medient Studios to Live on. This Story would make a Great Movie. I Hope it is a Happy Ending for all of us longs. Go Medient!!!

India Management Style
In India Most companies operate by assigning tasks to be completed. Then there is a Task Manager(s). Medient is now operating this way. Each member has his (her) own tasks to get completed. The manager(s) reports to Manu. I would appreciate a report by Manu of where we are regarding:
1. Financing
2. Technology Partnerships. (Prime Focus et al)
3. Quarterly earnings Report.
These three items are most important right now.
Would it be too difficult for him to give us an update on Monday?

Requirements for down Payment on Construction Loan
It would be ridiculous to try and guess the number of shares outstanding at this point. We will soon have an idea. The relentless sale of stock is probably due to a requirement to put down a substantial payment for the construction loan. This project is a Specialty type project. Lenders have to look at Equity, Management, Contractor, types of buildings to be constructed etc. before they decide to lend money. It is evident that this company has had a problem in financing this project. I think that they would have announced the financing earlier but will be in a stock liquidation phase until they get enough to announce the financing details. What else can they do at this point? IMO

Koppelman's Participation
I agree. Koppelman is very important to this company now. He has no reason to be connected to a failure. He has a wonderful record of helping companies in trouble. This was proven when he worked with Martha Stewart when she had her marketability problems and Running Steve Madden while he was in Prison. I remember when he actually took the "Bull by the Horns" and was responsible for turning Martha Stewart around. He truly believes in this Business Plan and will help "fix what has been broken" in this company if allowed. He has only been aboard for a little over 4 Months. It is fantastic that he is getting involved in the NY Presentation. IMO
His involvement is really needed now!

I would think that an agreement for the equipment and services would certainly help with the financing due to that need being fulfilled.
Prime Focus Deal
I do believe that the 40 MIL in value estimate of the Prime Focus Deal will be comprised of Equipment and/or Services that Medient will be able to continually use for a multitude of Productions, However, you don't get something for nothing. I can't wait to see how that deal works. I can't imagine that Prime Focus will relinquish ownership of the equipment and/or services unless they are paid for in some way.
It is hard to believe that the equipment and services will be able to used as collateral for a loan. IMO

Yes, dilution is the culprit
You take a look at shares outstanding one week and then find out that they have tripled a few weeks later! Manu Kumaran controls the common and preferred stock. He can do most anything he wants with this company and the common stockholders are at his mercy. Why did he sign a lease without a financing commitment in place? Yes, Manu, we all make mistakes. Hopefully, we learn by our mistakes. IMO
