What? like being a vendor and revealing 2 contracts bringing in cash instead of promises and saying business is great? Not hardly!! Remember the 250,000 dollars Mr. Loftus received for his status as a vendor?...He IS a vendor and although he has many millions of MMRF stock that does not make him invisible, nor should it, in his pursuit of revenues for his company (E-mail Freq.) and MMRF (which by the way gets the higher percentage of profits that E-Mail Frequency generates)...Tiffer
I am putting my faith in more real cash revenue coming in from E-Mail Frequency and whatever Bob Lorsch comes up with in hard cold cash contracts like E.M. Freq. just recently did...I truly believe that many more good contracts are on the way and that will rise the pps!..sub penny shortly?..possibly.. but revenues will make the pps soar when they come in. Does anybody think for one moment that Bob Lorsch will not act when he smells revenue? I sure do not, and he and Dave Loftus will absolutely run with this benefits package scenario that they are finding so successful!...As Mr. Loftus told me quote; There are thousands of companys out there just waiting to hear from us and that is why I have other affiliates of mine contacting and discussing contracts currently and I plan on covering not only the U.S. but worldwide as well!END....JMO...Tiffer

I have always believed in MMRF's products ability to save lives and I continue to believe this just as I believe the SCOTUS decision to uphold the pre-existing conditions of any person. Insurance companys are now forced to cover them and that is a life saving event! Many lives are being "tossed" daily by the insurance companys and now those lives will be saved! JMO of course but lives being saved means far more then the political affiliations/leanings of any party or individual! I just wish they would have included MMRF's PHR in the health care package also..(Fantasizing of course!)...Tiffer
Email-Frequency is selling the MMRF PHR and that is a true statement. Email-Frequency is selling MMRF's PHR under a different name and also at varying prices conditional on how many employees any respective company has! This gives Email-Frequency a lot of leeway on pricing to stay competitive within the market place and that is what Bob Loftus was banking on with his new venture and which he says is proving out to be very successful on what he is after and that is VOLUME! He not only stated that the higher percentage of profits will go to MMRF but that he is going to make a reasonable amount of money himself on his albeit, smaller percentage, but he feels the PPS will surly rise and get him and his wife and friends back in the black again. Bob Lorsch and Dave Loftus have been good friends for years and Mr. Loftus and his wife invested (just like all of us)in what they felt was a very good product and so here we are today! Bob Lorsch and Dave Loftus will support each other any which way they can to sell the PHR but also the MMR-PRO whenever possible. He stated that some companys may even want their own logos on the PHR but users could still access the MMRF website for any info they want!..Very interesting weeks and months ahead because Dave Loftus said; There are thousands of companys out there just waiting for a PHR to embed in the employee benefits program as companys feel this will help their cost of health care benefits and make employees more conscious of their own health and perhaps help the absentism within the work force!..He stated also that his e-mail is full of querys from companys wanting info on the embedded PHR!..News sure travels fast in the corporate world I guess, particularly since he signed up those 2 recent contracts..Tiffer

This guy and his wife both invested separately in MMRF at the onset and he invested 2 million dollars and she invested 1 million dollars and they now find that original investment is now worth 200,000 dollars which is quite a loss! So this guy is determined to get he and his wifes money back and with all his friends and extra dollars that he has put in, in addition to his original 2 million dollar investment he now finds that he and his wife and other relatives and friends are now in for 5 million dollars in cold hard cash! So this guy got 250,000 dollars totally in MMRF common stock for services rendered as a vendor, which was not much considering what he and his wife put in, and he started E-Mail Frequency to promote the products of MMRF! He learned thru the many months that revenues were minimal with e-mail only and decided to do what many posters on this board in the past years have advocated, and that is selling the PHR to companys and embedding this PHR in any companys employee benefits package whether it be union or non-union or any group of employees in any organization for that matter!...Business is booming for the PHR e-mail frequency is embedding, and I truly believe the revenue report he recently put out is only the tip of the iceburg of what his company will do in the future with all the companys they are currently making deals with on embedding the PHR in their employees benefit package! Anybody see any revenues coming in from anywhere else?. I sure do not and I feel that Dave Loftus is a man on a mission and that is getting he and his family and friends money back and hopefully make a nice profit! I think revenues will make the pps recover without any RS. I myself am betting on the Bungled benefits packages that E-Mail Frequency is putting together with many companys employee benefit packages currently, and the hard cash of revenues (some already done deals in the pipeline as in signed, sealed and delivered) that will be forthcoming latter part of this year and really ramp up thru 2013 and beyond! Revenues currently will not support a .35 cent share price after a RS and Bob Lorsch well knows that, and that is why I do not believe we will see a RS unless Revenues guarantee a sustained higher PPS.... I shall not post for some time now as the "die is cast" and I feel that my posts have pretty much said all I want to say. I place my faith in the new vendor now and hopefully BL comes around to what it takes to sell product! I sure hope everything pans out for all stockholders! He is simply a vendor letting us all know his progress selling MMRF products! He is not a spokesperson for the company as you should have ascertained by now. His company will be mentioned in future financials as just that..a vendor with profits made for MMRF and I highly doubt if e-mail frequency company will be revealing any of their(his) profits so I would sure not expect him to either, as he is, as far as I know, a private company.. When you give a license to an outside vendor, which Mr. Loftus is, then Bob Lorsch has given that vendor a legally binding agreement and hopes he makes money for MMRF!...Mr. Loftus is his own CEO with a license to sell!..He has nobody to answer to but himself and his actions. He needs to just sell the product which of course Bob Lorsch and all investers hopes he does!..A sneaking feeling came over me these past couple of days and when I thought of BL periodically, a picture of a fox comes to mind!..Time will tell..Tiffer
I know..amusing..the antics of the young! It is so cute though when they start walking, talking and toddling!...On a different note though when BL mentioned not that long ago that many investers have common stock bought in the teens, twentys, and even the thirty cent spectrum he mentioned Mr. Loftus and Sherry Hackett and I can tell all here for an absolute fact that those 2 folks and all their friends have almost five million dollars in hard cold cash invested in MMRF common stock! So while Bob Lorsch can pull expenses out of the treasury, these folks, like us, cannot! That is why I am very happy that Bob Lorsch and Mr. Loftus have reached a very lucrative agreement which puts Mr. Loftus and his staff/salespersons(finally) on the road to generating revenue for both partys involved!...Very exciting times coming and many many more consumated agreements coming (Mr. Loftus's words) then the ones Mr. loftus has already shown us. Read it again Red; the Companys are putting up cold hard cash and that cash will be forthcoming as the phr is embedded in the various companys employee benefit packages and Mr. Loftus explained that in detail to me but more importantly, to me at least, he mentioned many other organizations he is currently in neg. with!..These are actual signed, sealed and delivered contracts and although the $$ are not in the bank yet, they will be later in the year and the 1st quarter of next year!....Sid

(http://nbbidirect.com), and others, which are already bundling the MyMedicalRecords solution into benefit packages and affordable healthcare options to their clients throughout the United States and the rest of the world. END; I do not know what part of 1.8 million dollars cash that is forthcoming in the future that others do not understand as this is a company completely separate from MMRF with their own licensing agreement and they are currently in negotiations with many other entitys that will provide more revenues! I will run with Mr. Loftus who has taken a real interest in bringing revenues in and also making his Price Per Share/investment worth something substantial! Same address as MMRF?..Of course! That is where e-mail frequency should be as they are the 2nd largest invester/&participator in selling MMRF's products and right on top of the business for both companys daily operations...Tiffer
Yeh..I do not blame you for asking me that! In reality I am putting my "beans" with another company that is selling MMRF's products and I place far more faith in what Mr. Loftus is doing with his company then what BL is doing with his! It is as simple as that!..I believe that BL and the 4,000 investers he professes to care about do not "Wear The Pants" in conducting the parent MMRF business. I believe his current life style fed with his and investers money has led to a very sedendary/self serving life style that is totally focused on supporting his and wife Kira's personal daily activitys which do not protray well for investers! He lied to us about building a 1-2 Billion dollar market cap company as he failed to have the cajones to make the sound decisions that a responsible CEO makes! Does he have the "Moxy" to make good decisions and take this companys products to all the companys that Mr. Loftus has already demonstrated that he can do or will he continue on his path of doing nothing and clearly not demonstrating he wears the pants so to speak!...His Call..JMO..Tiffer
Very first question I asked him and he replied satisfactorily and we then talked about many things like ideas of mine (reason he called me in the first place) and ideas of his. You worry about BL's involvement in contacting me which is not relevant to this outside vendor(He asked BL for my PH.#) who just wanted to talk to me about business and I find myself talking to an outside vendor that BL has given license to pursue sales of the PHR and the MMR-PRO thru any media or venue that he can and he is willing to put up more money of his own company in his pursuit of profits both for his company and MMRF (MMRF does get the higher percentage of profits generated by his company by the way). We are talking about a separate company in the guise of e-mail frequency which protrays e-mails (initial ploy that did not work) but is in reality today a company that found that e-mails simply do not work and are now pursuing the "hard sale" scenario which has culminated recently on contracts that will provide CASH from multiple companys which will start to trickle in possibly the 4th quarter of this year and really ramp up the 1st quarter of next year! This is not counting the multiple contracts currently in the negotiation stages. There are many surprises (as in signed, sealed, and delivered contracts) coming from this company in the coming weeks, months and quite frankly I am going to buy more shares at this price. Again I still give BL full credit for having the foresight to bring this company on board as I feel that this vendor will bring MMRF finally towards a revenue generating company! The most important thing MMRF can do now is cut cost on the entitlements of various entitys of the management team and help the "burn rate" which is the most prohibitive barrier of this companys success and survival in the future. If you did some DD and then you may finally realize why none of the large retail chains will ever do business with MMRF, much less hang pre-paid PHR cards in Walmart, Costco, Payless, Walgreens and on and on. She continues to currently tout her porn sites and this is simply part of the seedy Hollywood mind set and Bob Lorsch supports her fully in her endeavors! You do not seem to place much importance on the image of a company when they want to do business with the large retailers! Got an unidentifiable e-mail saying 1 baglady showed up with her piled up safeway carts and some guy holding a sign up saying "WILL WORK FOR RING" were in the folks gathered. I do not know where this e-mail came from with a reference to Redburn holding the ring sign up at the meeting!...I will investigate this e-mail more and report back later!
I shared your same thought at the time of the phone call and he said he just wanted to let everybody know that he has a sales force working with other affiliations sales forces nationwide and that we can expect a solid revenue stream in the future! Just got a phone call from a vendor last night and we talked for 45 minutes and he provided me with enough details on upcoming REAL revenues that he totally convinced me that his company and his sales force WILL take this MMRF market cap of about 5 million to 80 million in the coming months (his words, not mine)! I did not solicit his call as he was interested in my ideas and he is pursuing one of my marketing plans today as I type this. Dave Loftus is for real and he and his wife Sherry are determined to make the PHR and also the MMR-PRO a success!..so there you have it..not bi-polar..just happy that sales forces are currently out there and working!..He also gave me a heads up that any PR his company puts out will never be conjecture but actual money in the bank for his company and of course the agreement between MMRF and his e-mail frequency company provides the bulk of the money into MMRF's coffers!...GL..Tiffer

Whether anybody realizes it or not e-mail frequency has morphed into a face to face hard sell company intent on bungling a phr within any contracts for employees with any company you can think of! They have employees/salespersons and other affiliations/w/salespersons throughout the nation doing this on a daily basis! There is no need for videos selling this phr but only the self explanatory PHR itself. There are some very exciting contracts to be announced in the months ahead and I am so happy that a vendor has seized on many of the ideas generated by members on this board and running with it! I have got to give Bob Lorsch credit for the patents over the last few years that will prove to be very valuable and although it will take time for revenues to come in from those patents I feel that Australia in particular will show the "Proof of the Pudding". The most important developement I have ever seen on this I-Hub board or anywhere else for that matter over the years is the good business decision that Bob Lorsch made by getting involved with David Loftus and his bungling of a phr in a benefits package for any company to present to employees thru ALL unions of any trade, non-unions, any public employees, and so on and so on..This PHR is going to be one of a multiple of benefits integrated into the package for any company. I do not take credit for employee health involvement by companys giving free PHR's as company benefits. I sure pounded on BL's door tho encouraging him to explore this route and perhaps I can take a smidgin and others as well on this board in getting some positive approach finally by a company that truly has a lot of stock in this game! When Mr. Loftus points out "his" 2 million dollars invested in MMRF I do believe he is meaning the 17,000,000 shares in common stock given to him as a vendor! Of course that many shares hopefully gives him impetus to make himself rich and make everybody very happy on this board but this scenario will not happen unless future financials show the results of his companys efforts! Yes and I remember well when I was giving you a lot of heat when you mentioned Kira's past and how it reflected on the company image and I in kind defended her as being just broad minded and the human body beautiful and on and on while all the while deluding myself into believing it did not make any difference. Currently I have found that it makes a BIG difference as I did not know the extent that reputable companys go to make sure who they are dealing with! Now BL sends his fellas out trying to sew up a large retail outlet with no success. I think he actually still believes image makes no difference and boy is he wrong!...JMO and research...Tiffer
The professional BS'er could simply not accept the fact that he and his wife took this company down and instead of working on the corporate image choose instead to attack in all directions and continue the seedy image they were trying to sell to respectable companys. Did not happen and WILL not happen now or in the future! Of course there may be more Omidi Bros. out there that BL is cozying up to now!
