I don't care how many times you have "done it", the fact of the matter is the requirements are published clearly for anyone to see, and they are hardly anything special or strict. It's not hard at all to find a MM to sponser your stock and start quoting it on one of these listing services. As long as you arn't under any SEC restrictions it's not hard at all.
But please keep talking, all one has to do is look at one of the MANY shell companies that are on the OTCQBs to see it really doesn't take much to get listed on there. In fact in those cases, it doesn't even take a real company to get listed.
Oh no doubt, this is a good solid company that has really been working hard over the last year to realine it self by cutting cost so they can become profitable. Moving to the OTCQB is a very logical and welcome step. But it's not the super "epic" thing that some people here are trying to pump. It's good, and needed, but it's not really much of a big deal for a company like AAVG that was already meeting all of the requirements of the OTCQBs while they were on the pinks.
The bigger picture here is their earnings, and debt, which they are getting better and better each quarter.
Excuse me, but I have been in this business along time, and all one has to do is read the FINRA requirements on their site, they tell you EXACTLY what is required to list on the otcbbs and the otcqbs. This isn't something where you need to be an "inside member" to understand and grasp, it's clear as day and published out there for anyone to read.
No actually they don't, you can read it for your self on what the actual "requirements" are right on their web page.... The requirements are no more than the OTCQBs....
Oh yes its an upgrade, but the differeces between pinks and QBs or OTCBBs are no where near as great as some are trying to make it seem.
On pinks, you are required to only keep up2date company info, aka share structure, etc. You are not required to file any type of quarterly or yearly financials. Most companies do however do this on the pinks.
On the OTCQBs, you are required to file quartly financials as as well as yearly, and 8-ks when needed. They don't have to be audited. In AAVGs case they were already filing quartlerly and yearly financials on the pinks, so there is no differece in how they were reporting things. Yes the OTCQBs do require them to do this now, but it's something AAVG was already doing before, so there is no change there.
While the OTCQBs are technically "more transparent" than the pinks, in AAVGs case, they are no more "transparent" on the OTCQBs then they already were on the pinks.... So nothing is changing. They are on a more respected market tier, but in reality it doesn't mean all that much.
And while this is the "2nd highest tier", there is a massive differece between the OTCQBs and the OTCQXs. To list on the OTCQXs you have to meet many strict requirements, and the requirements are almost as strict as nasdaq, which is why many companies use the OTCQXs as a launch pad to listing on Nasdaq or another major exchange.
The OTCBBs and the OTCQB are two completely different markets. The OTCQBs are actually respected more. OTCQB means they have to meet some requirements, like having up to date information and release earnings roughly on time. Thats it. They still don't have to have audited finanicals and no the SEC does not "give them cleanace" to trade on the otcbbs. In fact, they don't have to file anything with the SEC. All they have to do is have a Market Maker that trades the OTCBBs sponser them and file a form with FINRA, thats it.
While the OTCBBs are slightly more transparent than the pinks, it does NOT take "alot of transparency" to list on them. The OTCQBs require more transparency and have slightly stricter rules than the OTCBBs, but neither really require all that much.
Please do not post things like this on here, it has nothing to do with this company or stock. There are no such things as "paid bashers" as far as market makers go. These are all "myths" of stock trading that newbies and very inexperiance traders are suckered into believing.
MMs have no need to pay people to "bash" on a message board. They make the market, they can pretty much do what ever they want to a stock, legally. So it's completely redudant and quite ignorant to think that they actually would have a reason to pay people to go on a stock message board and attack the stock.
The same exact thing goes for all the market maker "codes" you will see in trades. You know, orders for "911 shares" that supose to mean "news coming" etc. People think that these are the market makers sending "signals" to each other. In reality Market Makers don't have to send "signals" to each other, they have access to level 3 data and can already see what each other are doing. On top of that, market makers wouldn't want to tell each other what they are doing, as they are competing with each other to be the "ax" on a stock to make money from it. "AX" is the term given to the controlling MM of a stock, the one who is on the top bid and ask. Those are the guys making most of the money on a stock.
There are paid bashers, but these come in the from of mostly stock websites that will run a negative story on a company because someone wants cheap shares or needs to cover a short positon. The "bashers get paid 5 to 7 dollers per response" is completely BS and is something that was taken from a story that was "reportdally" from a "paid basher", this was proven to be completely false and made up as a hoax.
If you see someone attacking a stock then there are many reasons for this, none of which have anything to do with them being "paid" by someone. Most of the time it's because they either missed the board and want cheap shares before the stock runs, or it's because they shorted the stock and are looking to cover. Nothing more. It's not some "crazy" scheme by the Market makers to control or drive down the price of a company. Market Makers make their money on the spread, so it doesn't matter what the pps is doing, they always make money. Also, people seem to think that MMs take long positions on a stock, this very very very rarely happens. If they short, or hold stock, it's only usually for a few seconds to fill someones order, MMs almost never hold shares for days, weeks, or even hours.
Right now you have a few people trying to create fear and panic here for one of the reasons I listed above. There is really nothing legitamently negative to be found about UYMG so they are really grasping at straws. Their points are very weak and rarely based on any types of facts or evideance. All one has to do is some proper DD on this company, and look at some of the major companies that they do business with to know they are 100% legit and will be going up to much higher levels very very soon.
There back! Well at least VFIN!
Expecting major news on UYMG soon. Hearing they will be releasing their Q2 financials very soon, and they are expected to be amazing. Many times higher than for the same quarter last year. Record sells and revenue. On top of that, expect more major sales orders with big pharma companies to also drop very soon as well. This company is highly undervalued at these levels, and with the future news about to hit, this company will be ready to hit new highs very soon. Keep a very close eye on this one and make sure you get in before the next big run!
That was an out of seq trade, mostlikely one that took place eariler in the day and was just reported now instead of with a form t trade AH.
I am pretty sure the Multi-billion dollar companies like BMS have done all the research they needed to with this company, since they are doing business and repeate business at that with them, and I am quite sure they dont do repeate business with "scams".
Oh yea on top of that the filings to bring them current were published as of today, so the warning is going to go away, just like your last leg to stand on.
So far the only thing you found that was "slightly negative" about this company is something that has already been fixed and brought completely up to date with current filings.....
Wow we are all scared here!
They already became "current" today. Again nice try, don't you guys do DD anymore?
You really got alot to learn about stocks, which keeps becoming more clear every post you make. This stock is up over 600% in a matter of days. Stocks don't run up magiclly for ever, they have to have days of consolidation and pull backs before they continue on the next leg up. This stock was over bought according to the charts, today was a cool off day, we might have another one, but then it's game on. This company and it's fundalments speak for them selfs. Considering you don't even know that BMS has a major UK department nore that you could have easily verified the info in the PRs with a quick search really makes me hope you don't actually trade stocks for a living...
Hahaha what are you talking about, we can't "verify" Bristol Myer Squibb uk? Really?

First website on google LOL. If you are going to try and make false cliams, I would suggest you actually take 5 seconds to make sure that a simple google search wouldn't fully contradict your cliams before posting on a public board....
UYMG reduced the O/S from 420 million in March 2010 to only 96 million by March 2011, that is a massive reduction in only 1 year! This is HIGHLY undervalued!
UYMG Offically on Alert @ .0195!
Stockfalcon bought this to everyones attention when it was at .0033 just a short time ago. They just had more major AH news yesterday announcing another big buy order from one of the biggest companies out there, Bristol Meyers Squibb. More big news and big orders are expected in the next few weeks. Fair market value on this, based on their greatly increased earnings and lack of debt is around .15 to .20 a share, a price that could easily be reached with in a few weeks! This is a great short to mid term play, please keep an eye out on this, it's already up big from just a few weeks ago, and with them signing major deals with companies like Bristol Meyers Squibb and Boehringer Ingelheim, this has alot of room to run!
I really like this company and have for a few months since we called the reverse merger on it. Very very solid company and this should make for a great mid to longer term investment. The company has been around for 30 + years and just now went public, they have strong sells and are profitable.
Hope everyone got a chance to flip TSTRQ today, did very well, specially at the EOD, nice runs and dips. Easy money. Will be scouting for a major runner first thing tomorrow, stay tuned!
TSTRQ Calling all day traders, this is a day traders dream, this stock is pulling back and running in accordance to the STO and RSI which makes this a easy flipper, I have already flipped it many times today. Watch for it to be over sold on the STO and then buy in and ride her up until she is over bought then sell, rinse and repeat!
Total atm machine today!
Thanks man, it's my pleasure to have you on the team, things will start to kick off next week! Going to be a blast!
Thanks bro, means alot! Thank you for all the support!
There was nothing wrong with this company, people got scared by the SEC news yesterday, today the company confrimed it was the president, not the company, that was in the wrong and that the SEC is going after. SFIO was at .03+ for quite some time and shes going back there now that this has cleared up, sorry you missed the boat.
Its called a "pull back" the charts were too hot, at to cool off for a bit, reset, and now the next leg up starts. When you learn how to read a chart let us know.
Bad news? where is this "bad news" the SEC confrimed they are going after the presidend, and that the company it self did nothing wrong. On top of that, it was for trades from 2 years ago! This is GREAT news! It means the company is 100% legit and going back to it's fair value price of .03+
Just put out an alert on SFIO! HUGE NEWS TODAY! SEC is going after the president, not the company, the company didn't do anything wrong! This is going back to .03+!
SFIO running huge!, i got in at .0145, SEC is only after their president who resigned today, not the company, the company it self did nothing wrong, they are 100% legit. SFIO should retrace back to .03+.

BRVA news out 4 am!
This is one to keep an eye on, good company, and could move up for a decent % gain today on the news. Not expecting anything earthshattering here, but could be some good movements for a quick gain!

CAAH Possible bounce play ! Keep an eye out, big sell off and now shes ready for a possible bounce at .017!
Not sure how someone can "cliam" a sell off on a stock that has slowly trended down 23% on very low volume, much less "cliam" with any logic that it's going to the tripple zeros, which it has been far above those levels for months now.
THIS BOARD IS ABOUT GLER, AND NOTHING ELSE!!!
