Must be lunchtime, banyon.
Only on this board.
Apparently he feels there may still be BEHL investors on the wow board.
With the depth of knowledge he/she has in spotting scams and P&Ds, surely he/she has a book or at least their own website where this information is readily available for the trader that wants it.
Why hand it out free? Or maybe it isn't handed out free. Hmmm...
I'm guessing, given today's action so far, our favourite non-holder of BEHL should be here around lunch today.
Feb 24th. NAA is right after, the 25th and 26th.
Based upon the last PR, we are expecting some news in ten trading days.
1. Possible update on Las Vegas farm
2. One innoculant "Wall Photobioreactor" is scheduled to be completed by the third week in January; this Photobioreactor will generate sufficient mass to seed the 6000 sq ft in Santa Ana
3. The first mile + of custom tubing will arrive by the third week of this month (the funds for this purchase have already been placed in escrow for delivery)
Items 2 & 3 are important. The recent positive turn in sentiment towards BEHL will explode exponentially if BEHL delivers these items in the scheduled time frame. It will lend more credibility to the other target dates BEHL has established, the primary one being the PBR going up in Georgetown.
Check his posts.
He isn't kidding at all. Everything he's invested in is, in his own words, a POS.
Funny, I see where SL62 has said a reversal of the down trend should show 5-7 days green, 1-2 red.
I mean, it's right there, in black on blue.
I agree with you Kurtzy.
It's like milehigh is almost telling us to short Martek!
Just kidding, but the potential is enormous.
Or should I say HUGE & MEATY!!!!!!!!!
You're ahead of the curve...LOL.
My entire family takes them. I've noticed a makred improvement in my overall well being and feel sharper at work.
We'll see a great increase in Omega 3 needs as the Baby Boomers retire and look to natural supplements to stave off age related mental health problems and memory issues.
DF is just following the bouncing ball. If we thought BEHL was an exciting possiblity now...
This is why DF scoffed at fuel when first asked.
Fuel is sexy.
Nutrition is where the $$$ is right now.
New Study Links DHA Type Of Omega-3 To Better Nervous System
Function
http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/174262.php
The omega-3 essential fatty acids commonly found in fatty fish and algae help animals avoid sensory overload, according to research published by the American Psychological Association. The finding connects low omega-3s to the information-processing problems found in people with schizophrenia; bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders; Huntington's disease; and other afflictions of the nervous system.
The study, reported in the journal Behavioral Neuroscience, provides more evidence that fish is brain food. The key finding was that two omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) appear to be most useful in the nervous system, maybe by maintaining nerve-cell membranes.
"It is an uphill battle now to reverse the message that 'fats are bad,' and to increase omega-3 fats in our diet," said Norman Salem Jr., PhD, who led this study at the Laboratory of Membrane Biochemistry and Biophysics at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
The body cannot make these essential nutrients from scratch. It gets them by metabolizing their precursor, a-linolenic acid (LNA), or from foods or dietary supplements with DHA and EPA in a readily usable form. "Humans can convert less than one percent of the precursor into DHA, making DHA an essential nutrient in the human diet," added Irina Fedorova, PhD, one of the paper's co-authors. EPA is already known for its anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular effects, but DHA makes up more than 90 percent of the omega-3s in the brain (which has no EPA), retina and nervous system in general.
In the study, the researchers fed four different diets with no or varying types and amounts of omega-3s to four groups of pregnant mice and then their offspring. They measured how the offspring, once grown, responded to a classic test of nervous-system function in which healthy animals are exposed to a sudden loud noise. Normally, animals flinch. However, when they hear a softer tone in advance, they flinch much less. It appears that normal nervous systems use that gentle warning to prepare instinctively for future stimuli, an adaptive process called sensorimotor gating.
Only the mice raised on DHA and EPA, but not their precursor of LNA, showed normal, adaptive sensorimotor gating by responding in a significantly calmer way to the loud noises that followed soft tones. The mice in all other groups, when warned, were startled nearly as much by the loud sound. When DHA was deficient, the nervous system most obviously did not downshift. That resulted in an abnormal state that could leave animals perpetually startled and easily overwhelmed by sensory stimuli.
The authors concluded that not enough DHA in the diet may reduce the ability to handle sensory input. "It only takes a small decrement in brain DHA to produce losses in brain function," said Salem.
In humans, weak sensorimotor gating is a hallmark of many nervous-system disorders such as schizophrenia or ADHD. Given mounting evidence of the role omega-3s play in the nervous system, there is intense interest in their therapeutic potential, perhaps as a supplement to medicines. For example, people with schizophrenia have lower levels of essential fatty acids, possibly from a genetic variation that results in poor metabolism of these nutrients.
More broadly, the typical American diet is much lower in all types of omega-3 than in omega-6 essential fatty acids, according to Salem. High intake of omega-6, or linoleic acid, reduces the body's ability to incorporate omega-3s. As a result, "we have the double whammy of low omega-3 intake and high omega-6 intake," he said.

Sounds like they could use an algae solution to treat sewage water and convert it into clean drinking water and a fuel source.
Anyone know of a company that makes this kind of equipment?
Momentum. eom.
No problem. It helps to know who is really here for the truth and who has an agenda in seeing BEHL fail.
All of that info is available online from multiple sources. I'd post the links publicly but I've been jailed and had my signature removed by the admins because of it.
Yes it was.
I thank Epic for the ability to sell at .017.
I thank greedy for the ability to buy back at .015.
Thank you.
There is nothing legitimate or candid about what is going on.
Projected Sources of Revenue for 2010
1) 18 "Desktop" Continuous Flow Photobioreactors in year 1
2) 24 "Wall Unit" Photobioreactors in year 1
3) 36 "Culturing Systems" in Year 1
4) 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1
5) Management Contract for 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1
6) Commission for the sale of production of 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1
And this doesn't count the Omega 3 order already placed.
I would love to see a picture of this wall device BEHL has.
I am guessing we need to wait for the website update. What is the target on that? January 25?
It would be rather funny though, when BEHL uplists, if they get sponsored by the MM who uses greedy's boss for subterfuge.
I thought only shareholders are going.
Tax loss sellers are buying in.
An alert went out on StockGuru.
The latest PR showed DF has got BEHl a permanent home with a second generation PBR going up.
Money in escrow for parts and projects.
Q1 2010 delivarables are looking very good from the last PR.
It would seem that if a poster says to 'learn how to play these', he's not going to post about how to learn how to play them.
What he is saying is 'watch what I do when I do it and from that you'll learn how to make money'. For example, this stock was running up to .0174 before a poster shows up. On first post, this stock drops nearly .002.
From what I gather, he's saying buy when I show up, and sell on the green days I am not here.
I will go back and try to chart it out, but I am sure this is the MO he is saying to abide by.
Tax loss buy back will continue into the start of next week.
More buying pressure to add to this week's.
What about layoffs in the production/manufacturing areas?
HUGE...MEATY...1.00 EOW...5.00 EOY.
That one?
If the rumours of RWE layoffs & funding issues are true, and I question it as the source of that information still tries to tell people a certain someone appears on all of BEHL's PRs when he only appearred on one in error, then BEHL is the best thing that could happen to RWE.
Cheaper PBR going up that will be fully automated to fulfill not only the joint orders from BEHL but BEHL can help RWE fill its contract to provide energy back into the Georgetown grid.
I wonder how much more of the 6 mill BEHL will get since RWE is getting a BEHL PBR to fill the orders...
No, I would imagine that with Rawson gearing up for the audit to uplist, we won't see any unaudited financials posted through Q4.
Of course, it depends upon how many staff members are allocated to the accounting department. If it's more than Frank, we could see unaudited statements sometime near the end of the month. I would be hesitant to put those out if I were DF if I was undertaking an audit to uplist as you may get some recommendations from your auditors for revenue deferral or recognition of expenses that were missed. I would hate for DF to put out the unauditeds and then see a material change made due to an auditor's suggestion.
It was to demonstrate his inability to read financial statements as BEHL has produced revenue in their latest filing.
Given those charts, I would hate to be on the outside looking in when BEHL announces it has shipped the first batch of Omega 3 and is depositing checks in the bank account now.
I have a feeling DF won't be PRing single items in the future. Not with what is supposed to be going on this month, this quarter.
Let them stack up and hit us hard with results. IMO, anyways.
Looking forward to this month's In Touch Tuesday.
We have several items to keep track of and this newsletter is a great way for BEHL to show progress without the hubbub of a PR to keep shareholders in the loop.
And with the House of BEHL now on firm ground, we can watch Fish and Crew put forth their best foot to demonstrate why BEHL's PBR is the best bang for algae producing buck. I think it has something to do with costing 1/5 as much and producing 30% more algae than their best dreams had hoped for.
You might be thinking what I'm thinking.
Could they get it from someone who has a vested interest in seeing our government pay him handsomely for his ineffeciently converted to fuel corn and soybean crops?
Everyone here has skin in the game. For some, it is the loss of potential government subsidies. For others, it is the prospect of this technology.
Because a fire at a vendor's facility can delay shipment of parts, for example. Or not putting the proper custom documentation on the shipping crates.
These aren't prearranged excuses. They are real life examples I have encountered in helping people get their startup businesses going and delays they have experienced that have been beyond their control. In my experience, people know there are issues that arise in which a company can take sole responsibility for failing to meet an obligation they have set for themselves. The SUV, for example, was a BEHL failure. But when a customer orders a product and then has difficulty nailing down the full financing project, that is not a BEHL failure. That is a third party failure.
Anticipated Completion Dates means BEHL management feels they can complete something by this date, barring any unforseen events and circumstances outside of management's control. Such as a foreclosure of rented property that houses your PBR, lab, and sales and marketing staff. Or a client's inability to pin down the necessary funding for a Las Vegas or Mongolia project.
BEHL places an order for parts, they are told when to expect delivery when the order is placed, they have relayed it to investors.
That is all BEHL can control when deadlines are dependent upon third party product providers (such as the reworked turns)unless BEHL takes the added expense of putting staff in all vendor locations to control the quality of all products, expedite the shipping, and problem solve the numerous custom issues that often arise when an 'I' is not dotted or 'T' not crossed.
I see many mice following the Pied Piper today.
If the price of BEHL’s stock rises, some posters will attribute that to the hype or the PR, claim it’s only a temporary mass reaction, say “it’s just the market,” or give any reason other than the actual merits of the stock itself.
They will ignore the foreclosure of the SJC property. They will ignore the multiple testing runs of turns until BEHL has them producing algae at an optimum rate. They will ignore the UV resistant tubing that will be submitted for a patent by end of the month. They will ignore the fact that BEHL has been producing revenues since September of 2009. They will ignore the harvester BEHL developed with a special machinery manufacturer. They will ignore the amount of time it takes to develop a working relationship and trust with foreign governments and their red tape.
Some posters say they present a different perspective of BEHL while ignoring the impact of the foreclosure and emphasizing problems that are not controllable by BEHL manangement. The latest PR should tell investors that BEHL has many new products ready for sale with delivery and revenues to be recongized from them in Q1 of this year.
Of course, those same posters will try to dissuade anyone from putting faith in BEHL's PR's. Yet where do they get their cannon fodder from?
How Healthy is Your Brain?
http://www.lexch.com/ara/health_and_wellness/9074.txt
Feed your body and brain
While you're thinking about the foods to eat for energy, it is equally important to choose foods with brain-enhancing nutrients to promote optimal brain health. This includes eating cold-water fatty fish like salmon or trout, which are high in DHA. If you don't eat fish, you can find DHA in fortified foods, beverages and supplements that have a pure algae-based source - algae is the original source for how fish get their DHA in the first place.
"DHA omega-3 is one of the good fats for promoting and sustaining brain health throughout life," says Elizabeth Somer, M.A., R.D. "Since the body doesn't make enough of it on its own, eating foods and supplements rich in this healthy fat is essential."
DHA is the only omega-3 shown to provide brain, eye and heart health benefits. When grocery shopping, make sure to look for "DHA" on the labels to ensure you are getting the right kind of omega-3. The World Health Organization recommends an intake of 220 mg of DHA per day for healthy adults, but research shows that the average U.S. consumer takes in less than 100 mg of DHA per day.
I know there is a 60 day window between submission of the forms and the SEC's response/question/all clear signal.
After that, I am not sure.
There is no minimum share price requirement:
No Minimum Listing Standards
Companies that trade their stocks on major exchanges and in the Nasdaq Stock Market must meet minimum listing standards. For example, they must have minimum amounts of net assets and minimum numbers of shareholders. In contrast, companies on the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets do not have to meet any minimum standards.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/microcapstock.htm
Companies quoted on the OTCBB must be fully reporting (i.e. current with all required SEC filings) but have no market capitalization, minimum share price, corporate governance or other requirements to be quoted. Companies which have been "de-listed" from stock exchanges for falling below minimum capitalization, minimum share price or other requirements often end up being quoted on the OTCBB.

Solutions 28 has the potential to reshape Africa.
The biggest obstacle to progress in Africa is the lack of infrastructure to move goods and people from one part of the country to the other. In order to modernize, teams of machinery and men will need to be out long distances from cities where food sources, supplies, etc are minimally provided and may take days to reach them.
Solutions 28 can provide a means of getting rid of human and animal waste through the anaerobic digesters that can eliminate disease and contanimation of food stuffs and drinking water. It also provides a source of electricity to power machinery, computers, and telecommunication devices.
The water produced from the waste mix is cleaned by the algae, providing a pure water source.
The algae can either be processed into fuel for the machinery (eliminating the need to truck fuel from urban locales into the jungle) or into biochar, which can be burned to produce another source of electricity (and waste gases to rerun through the PBR). Or it can be processed into spirulina and chorella cakes and provide a highly nutritious supplement.
I, for one, cannot wait to hear more about this aspect of BEHL and its potential. The internet connection and electrical capabilities should be a godsend to organizations like Doctors Without Borders or the Red Cross.
Very exciting possiblities indeed.
DF squashed a bunch of their cannon fodder with the discussion related to the delay in Death Valley. They are quickly losing ground in their generalization of BEHL as a stinky pinky full of typical pink sheet problems.
It's nice to hear from the experts in BEHL that the delay was due to the drastic heat problem vs. anything on BEHL's end.
More PR's like this and the generalized anti-pinksheet/anti-BEHL arguments will quickly fall to the wayside.
