milplease..when Putnam told me the statements that I believe were untrue...There was no disclaimer or forward looking statement read to me.. They were given to me...man to man.. That is how I took it. A factual statement..
HH
MH...Sorry no PM...Thanks man...The musician part got me the most..LOL..I feel the same way..
HH..Mark
ucansee...Ain't backing down...I stand by my statements...as you stand behind yours..
HH..Mark
chiselweed..yes there were a myriad of statements given by management that were not true...And yes..I would say that there many of us who are on the fine line of capitulation...Many that collectively own a decent percent of this company.. Check out sge1 post on agoura..It is the post of the year..Those are my collective feelings...probably yours too..
hh...Mark
ucansee..the false and misleading statements given to me by RP..Consist of Bundling aggreements (said way long ago), The shipping of the MP2000.When the MXP 100 came out, he told me that IBM and edig were about to embark on a joint marketing campaign that came to nothing...And if I pick my brain a tad more , I could come up with at least several more instances.. These statements were given to me personally by RP. I do not dislike RP...He has done his job well...It is to keep the company going by keeping shareholder interest..And in the old days, everytime I got off the phone with him...I bought more.. But ...to me the company has not been progressing on a quarter to quarter basis that makes me think that Falk can do it..Printing millions of shares is not the way..The buck stops at the top...IMO..Falk needs to go away fast..Nothing more..Call and confirm the Digitalway and the writeback patent app. issue. I am no lier...I want the company to prosper...I have a very large investment in this company...The whole sad state of affairs that is happening on this board right now, other than Alaska Air buying some more Digeplayers and Gateway selling some JBs, is that there has been absolutely no good news that will provide revenues in the near future...This is very critical for the company right now...
HH...The name is Mark
ucansee..I do not slander..I have consistantly spoken the truth...For those who cannot accept what I have to say are in denial...WHY DON'T you call Putnam YOURSELF and ask him about why there is no patent applied for on writeback...He will tell you the same thing that he told me..Next..ask him if Digitalway is still building anything for edig other than the Digeplayer. He told me that DW was focusing on flash players...I then found out that DW was making a Cornice based player and called him on it...He returned my call and told me to call him anytime...I'll give you the number if you want it. WHY DON'T YOU PERSONALLY TAKE SOME TIME AND CONFIRM THESE STATEMENTS FROM HIM, Do your own DD..You do not need a third party to confirm any of the statements I gave.. It is YOU who is slandering me..
HH
lickily..They probably prepared themselves a nice paper trail for possible litigation..Not that I would attempt to...but as disgusted as I am with management..I am sure there are those that are far more pissed off than I..
HH
jw...sorry...I am a valley guy..LOL
HH
jwperk...It is all true...Call RP and verify...Dude...you still do not understand me...I own 100,000 shares and they were not bought at 15 cents...I do as best DD as I can.. I converse with RP a couple of times a week...I now have serious doubts about managements ability to make things happen..
HH
Cass...a few months ago I confronted Putnam on the write back patent issue...He finally told me that they were not persueing the patent because many other companys were doing the same thing...I know that this info will pop many bubbles on Agoura...( they probably will not believe a basher such as I ) but...In no way am I standing up for management because I remember somewhere that edig said that it was pat. pend. The company also alluded to a patent pending for the encryption method used on the Digeplayer...So far...that e-mail has gone unanswered...Go figure...
HH
FF..I don't think that they ever found the proper application for the micro OS....It was intended to be used for complex file management in flash memory... Ya gotta wait and see what happens..
HH
FF..I got the exact same reply word for word myself...And as far as the Actel thing goes...That was a fairly logical dot...It seemed that there was some substance to it...I do not know what happened...but I am sure it a good explainiation...Falk messed it up somehow...LOLOLOLOL...
HH
FGATOR..that would be great...but a history of over promising and under delivering has to be included in almost everyone of their statements so that things are put into perspective. Who knows...maybe this time is the real thing...probably not..
HH
FF..well put ..edig's history over the last few years has had a fairly decent amount of official press releases that have never come to fruition. Remember Actel...some were embedding the micro OS into their chips with long drawn out posts...And then...all of a sudden their name dissappered off the partners page like it was never there...I know deals fall through, technology changes, but a long line of events that never seemed to work out for edig.... The buck stops at the top..
HH
FF..it seems that FF(back in his early days) was way confident in his skills and the tech that he was pushing..He plays T Ball, and the people who he tries to sell to and the competetion play hard ball...Point is...he is way outta his league and needs to go..
HH
FF...you got that right..many times after hanging the phone up after talking to Putnam, I say to my self..geeze that guy is good, I think that I just been flim flammed once again...LOL
HH
FF..that is exactly how I perceive them ..Because if they were truly smart ,edig would at least be at break even. Not years and years of quarterly losses..and the use of the word "expect" would be severely curtailed in their vocabulary. They have had way too much time to prove themselves..In most peoples jobs, if you cannot get it done in a reasonable length of time, you are fired...With these guys, they just keep selling more shares to "friendly investors" and give themselves more chances.. Where can I get a job like that??? LOL
HH
Tenderloin..I would sure like to know...Usually RP returns e-mail the same day..But a week or so after the CES, I asked him a couple of questions about F-10...and that e-mail was never responded to..Now I know why...EDIG knew at that point in time..
HH
woah...maybe true...but it seems that edig management is not on the level with its shareholders...The F-10 statement by another poster is not verified...BUT it is the accumulation of bits of info that build the distrust of management. Just last week Putnam told me that Digitalway was no longer building DAPs with edig inside, because they were concentrating on flash based players... And...much to "MY DISBELIEF", I found out that DW was comming out with a Corniced based player... EDIG announced at the CES that they had some kind of major releationship with Cornice...So...with both Cornice and Digitalway as partners with edig that there would be something there...BUT there isnt!!!!
HH
Cass..ethics are ethics...Just because edig is an otcbb stock does not give the management to mislead their shareholders...
HH
FF..so true..Falk knew far more then he let on to...Like Cass says...shareholders have to go around edig statements to get to the truth...Pathetic...He has dealt shareholders another slap in the face once again... How do shareholders put up with him...If it is not his ethics...he just is too inept to run the company...
HH
way OT..But disgusting

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Executive pay at U.S. companies is still out of control, with only the smallest glimmer of hope for improvement, corporate governance experts said on Wednesday.
With the year-long bull market rescuing most stocks from a three-year slide, many executives are set to cash in on stock options this year and pick up hefty bonuses after a year of higher profits.
"Most chief executives are taking a deep breath because the pressure seems to be off," said veteran corporate reform expert Ira Millstein, senior partner at Weil Gotshal Manges, speaking at the Reuters Corporate Reform Summit.
U.S. CEOs now get paid more than 500 times what the average worker earns, according to a survey by Towers Perrin, compared to about 10 times in Japan. In 1980 it was only about 40 times.
The issue was largely ignored in the 1990s stock boom, but corporate fraud and plunging stock prices have alerted investors to CEOs' generous pay deals, which often seem mismatched with performance.
"There's only one way to solve the problem, and that's board action," said Millstein at the summit, which was held at Reuters U.S. headquarters in New York. "I don't know how you can set a cap on pay -- you can't legislate this one."
But boards are not doing a good job on this so far, he said, citing a survey by the National Association of Corporate Directors, showing that 66 percent of corporate boards rate themselves below par in regulating executive pay.
"We are quite animated" on the subject of executive pay, said Bill Patterson, director of the AFL-CIO office of investments, which handles about $400 billion in union-sponsored funds, also speaking at the summit.
"We are going to be placing more attention on the compensation committees, making sure pay packages are as commensurate as possible with performance, that pay is performance-based, decided upon by a process independent of the CEO," said Patterson, looking forward to the upcoming shareholder meeting season, where the AFL-CIO will challenge companies it thinks cannot back up their compensation policies.
"There must be a relationship between executive pay and the pay of front-line workers," said Patterson.
The issue of executive pay, which many identify as the acid test of meaningful corporate reform, should stay at the top of the agenda, said Millstein.
"These are the areas where boards need to dig in," he said. "But I don't see any easy road anywhere."
(News from the Reuters Corporate Governance Summit will be delivered throughout the day on Wednesday to Reuters terminals and to the Reuters.com Web site, http://www.reuters.com)
lickily..do they still have options ?..If they do they will be for a dime...Management does not deserve any more perks what so ever until they can prove to shareholders that they can keep the lights on without selling any more shares. Thanks for bringing that to my attention..
HH
CDR..I feel the same... Not one single share has been bought by an insider in years...Like I say... with all the "homeruns" that are about to be hit...wouldn't buying some shares at 45 cents be better than money in the bank..As most know here, I do not hide my disdain of management..
HH
CDR...no you got it wrong..Just think of all the creative ways that edig management used to describe the printing of tens of millions of new shares...Like to get extra capital to possibly buy another company, or that they needed 1.2 million before they could close the deal.. ( maybe there is some truth to that...the OEM wanted to make sure that that the bills were to be paid at edig so they would get their product before edig closed the doors...
HH
FF..exactly...I would not count on robust sales from Gateway... Too bad...I checked the player out, and I think its really nice...The sales people at the Gateway store here in Woodland Hills Ca. were not that savy about the player...They could not even show mw how to use it properly...
HH
Just been lurking on the Agoura board...and noticed that a major topic of discussion was Digitalway, and wheather or not edig tech is inside of any of their devices. I talked about this with Putnam the other week, and he personally told me that the only thing that edig and Digitalway were involved with was that Digitalway makes the Digeplayer, and with the demise of the O-1000, Digitalway NO LONGER uses edig tech in their music players. Funny though..he then told me that Digitalway was concentrating on mostly flash based players...With the Cornice based player that DW makes..it makes me doubt the validity of Putnam's statement that DW is producing mostly flash based players.
HH
jw...don't believe me..its up to you.. I know that you do not know me from Adam, I am an honerable man...regardless how you perceive my posts...I own many shares...I wish the best for edig....But in my opinion , there are serious faults in edig management...wheather they are ethics releated or just plain ineptness. I would love to see a change at the helm..
Peace...HH
moxa1... No he was referring to a buy out...Because by the time enough of the shares were purchased, the PPS would have gone up too far to make the buyout viable.. That was also said to me by RP... It is the truth also....Why do think that that I have such a problem with edig management's credibility.
HH
jwperk...THAT statement was made to ME PERSONALLY by Robert Putnam in 1999 or 2000... It is the truth..
HH
FF.. the large float statement was told to me by Putnam some years back...I couldn't believe he actually said that to me... He is so good with the spoken word,He sounded like he believed it himself...LOL
HH
FF what classifies as "excessively diluted" ?? I think that we passed that point a couple years back..
HH
FF.exactly...with the putting of contracts on hold and the deferring of revenues quarter after quarter only makes it more likely that more stock will be printed and make shareholders investments worth less. I do not know about anyone else, but if that 1.2 million was used for anything else other than to pay overhead, I have some land in Afghanistan that they might want.. Face it...how else are they paying the bills???
HH
Cass...thanks for posting that.. I never go to RB anymore..and it seems that Danl has been terminated from Agoura for speaking his opinion...I will be back later..I have a few days off left before some seriously long work days befall me. Nice day for a hike..
HH
FF..amazing..isn't it?? Did you see on the Agoura board that some posters were "retired" because they dare to defend their positions while one long uses profanity to belittle them and is allowed to stay??
HH
sdr..yep I stay...Down so much selling at this point is moot..Gonna play it out..
HH
Dr. Hunt..although I did not document them and they are lost forever, I too have received more than several e-mails from RP that were later proven to be not true (lies) over the last four years..
Best to you..
HH
Cass... TO ME, its all about integrity...just one more "feather" in Falks cap...AND though everyone has the right to his opinion, I cannot believe that there are not more shareholders on the boards who will speak of the underlying fact that there is something rotten in Denmark when it concerns documented statements given to shareholders.
HH
Dr. Hunt...I beg to differ..I have had many conversations with you during the last four years on different boards under different aliases.. but I sincerely believe that edig management has not leveled with shareholders on several occations..AND just because edig is an otcbb stock..It does not give management the right to to do this..
HH
FF...jtdiii is trying so hard to to get people to look at the ethics of edig over there on Agoura...after they try to make you feel like an idiot..You gotta realize that you are talking to a brick wall.. I am a member on Agoura...I am not ready to go back there..I do not want to talk to any brick walls..
HH
