If you have a margin acct @ TDA you can get an exemption. This will keep your shares from being borrowed. Also if you have a cash acct your shares can not be borrowed.

It's all about the assets. You acquire as much as you can. In an economy like this many hurting companies are trying to sell some of their leases. For Pilgrim potentially for a song. Production will come I'm just going to be patient.

I get it. I don't take it personally. Because I know I'm not. I understand your reservations but remember the BS past was all about Financing and building a company, now they have a company with assets and "say" they are moving toward fixing the problems of the past.

I don't do day trading either. This is long play for me. I have done my DD; sent e-mails and made calls when I put it together I can speculate just like the rest of the posters here. But there are truths in my postings as well. I e-mailed and called PINKSHEETS, they can not get the stop off without an SEC 10-K filing or paying to upgrade their tier. The gentlemen I spoke to said because of SEC crackdowns it's in the companies best interest to file a 10-K.
Remember RP and friends hold close to 70% of this, they want it to go up as well. leading me to believe they are going to do it right this time.

They are at least 30-60 days away from this, after the PGPM - ACLY dance is finished.

Everyone knows Arcland was a mistake
It was a quick cheap why to become a fully reporting company.
Didn't work out as they planned. And undoing it was much more complicated and time consuming (the over a year of silence)
I think they have cleaned up a big mess and are now ready to move forward.
I think they will probably make Pilgrim a fully reporting company in the near future. JMO
