ITS THE SAME SHARES BEING TRADED OVER AND OVER FRIDAY, THERE ARENT NEW SHARES....VOLUME IS JUST THE NUMBER OF SHARES THAT CHANGED HANDS THAT DAY. IF THE MARKET MAKERS WANTED TO TRADE THEIR 25,000,000 SHARES LIKE 30 OR 40 TIMES WHILE TRICKING OTHERS TO SELL THEIR, IT EASILY AMOUNTS TO OVER 500,000,000 SHARES TRADED. ITS ALL MANIPULATION TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS SOMETHING ELSE.

THATS WHY THE NASDAQ WILL TAKE THIS IS, BECAUSE ALL THE NAQ CARES ABOUT IS PROFITS AND SHARES EXCHANGED. (Im not sure, but I dont think the market makers pay commissions like we dom but for me, comissions are blah blah blah, pennies compared to the profits of smart investing)

I know, and this is before they signed with the MLB, of even before me and 4 friends and came along, and I think before they ever sold a SPONGEBOB SPONGE, sales were growing. its there, the sponges sell and they have to be reused, they run out of soap... I found a specific Chinese software developer ADR with amazing sales and ever more potential...strictly regulated 24 million share float. I was for sure, they had 70% year over year growth, they were buying other companies like mad. Unreal growth, but the stock wouldnt move. I was like un real, so then I had to wait for the (I sure wish I could "foul language" here to give this writing some flavor) THE M************** EARNINGS REPORT AND CONFERENCE CALL TO GET MY MOVEMENT. UN REAL, WAITED AROUND FOR WEEKS FOR PROFIT BECAUSE THESE SHORTS AND BROKERS AND MARKET MAKERS WILL HOLD IT DOWN FOREVER TELLING YOU THAT ITS TRASH, TRYING TO GET YOU TO SELL IT TO THEM....

So back to SPONGETECH's SALES. My friend, the biggest player of the 4 or 5 of us (my posse) He said, take a look, (we were no posse before SPONGETECH) He said take a look at this....SPNG...I laughed, his dad gave him 6 pennies and said hed take 3 shares. thats after he doubled from .0078 to .02.

Of course I dont buy anything with out researching the EFFFE out of it. I looked into sponge tech, it was all too good to be true. I looked at sales, I was in the bars screaming, "Whats SPONGTECH?!?" when the baseball games are on at night, (REDSOX vs YANKS) I was in at .02 and out at .055 and thats when my third friend. Said why you sell, I just bought more. HAHA, we were laughing up a storm. Then the press release from COSTCO DROPPED, or it had already dropped that morning, the catalyst to get it to .055 ... I was like is so real, COSTCO doesnt want it unless it sells at those smaller chain stores.

SO we started reading 10-Ks and 10-Qs Obviously it isnt hard to see the sales growth. NO DBET

So Then we are all long, we have been planning to do all these promotions and buy it all out initial shipments. Since then we double twice again. So now we know we have our hands around something real. I KNEW THIS VOLITILITY WAS COMING, ITS UNREAL, **IT HAS HIT THE FAN. OF COURSE ITS NSS, SHORTSELLERS IN GENERAL, MARKET MAKERS HELPING THEM, AND BIG PLAYERS WHO WANT ALL THE SHARES TO THEMSELVES. I am in my mid 20s.
I am not an employee of Spongetech, but like I said, i have and will continue to contact them to volunteer my Public Relation and Promotion services. No matter what they say, I will not stop my relentless promotion of Spongetech to all people...(Not the stock, but the actual product.) The ral sales, real product, and real brand name TRUMPS these idiot fools who think its only a trade. SPONGETECH IS REAL AND WILL BECOME MAIN STREAM. THE PRODUCTS ARE ALREADY EVERYWHERE, PROMOTE THEM, TELL PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE, DONT WORRY ABOUT THESE FOOLS WHO ARGUE WHETHER THE PRICE ACTION ON THE STOCK IS TOO HIGH OR THAT THE ABSOLUTE VALUE OF THE STOCK IS LESS THAN .05

If SPONGETECH has one more quarter of real sales growth, which apparently in the first few weeks of the quarter they have $6.4 million, at this rate, they will have $90+ million plus. WITH THIS GROWTH RATE, WHICH IS ALMOST SET IN STONE...THERE IS NO REASON THE STOCK CANNOT TRADE AT A 25 P/E, WHICH CLEARLY MAKES IT A .50 STOCK WITHIN A FEW MONTHS....THATS AT THE VERY LEAST. Greetings Everyone, I know it is Friday night, so I wlll only touch on this for now, but I will write a page or two on it tomorrow for all to read...The volume of shares that were bought this past week, and a week ago Friday(June 5) just didnt match the price action today.

If you have been following my posts (I just arrived to this site lately to see what sentiment was on such an insane, BUT REAL PPS action.

During Intra-day trading, up to the second, it is not the graph or the volume I am watching, but the actual executions of trades. THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE LOTS AND THE NUMBER OF SHARES BEING EXECUTED IN EACH TRADE, EACH SECOND. All the graph does is chart the last price of an executed trade, no matter what the size. THAT MEANS A 'LOT' OF 100 SHARES WOULD MAKE THE SAME MOVE ON YOUR GRAPH AS IF THE SIZE OF THE LOT WAS 1,000,000. SEEMS QUITE INTIMIDATING. THAT MEANS IF ANYONE CAN EXECUTE TRADES AMONG THEMSELVES, THEY CAN EASY MANIPULATE THE 'PUBLIC PRICE' OF SHARES. A VERY COMMON 'LOT' SIZE FOR THIS STOCK WAS 200,000 BUT HAS FALLEN SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER TO AN AVG. 'LOT' SIZE OF 50,000 OR 100,000.

As mentioned in my earlier posts, 109925, 109972, 110026, a group of three of my friends and I have been buying SPNG, and although we are swing traders for the most part, we realized we stumbled across something special when we heard about the deal with Costco and the stock began to RALLY from .05 We had already been trading the stock for a few weeks, and were really unsure if SPNG was going to make it big or just fall to the wayside like most penny stocks.

COSTCO does not sign agreements with random no name companies! THEY HAVE TEAMS OF CORPORATE LAWYERS WHO INVESTIGATE THE HELL OUT OF ANYONE THEY DECIDE TO DEAL WITH. ANYONE A RETAIL GIANT LIKE COSTCO DECIDES TO DO BUSINESS WITH IS IN AND OF IT SELF A SIGN THAT SPONGETECH IS GOING TO SUCCEED IN SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS IN RETAIL STORES.

Now, on the the meat of this post, which I will write much more about as the weekend goes on, is that VOLUME DID NOT MATCH THE VOLUME OF BUYING I HAVE SEEN OVER THE PAST TWO WEEKS.
when this stock was trading at .04 and .05 and then .07, it was normal to see orders of a million shares be executed in seconds! Hear what I said, may times, lots of 900,000 250,000 1,000,000 and so on, were common place, if the lot size wasnt over 100,000 last week, I wasnt even interested in taking it into account. THE PRICE ACTION WAS AMAZING. EVERY TIME WE THOUGHT THE STOCK WOULD PULLBACK, REAL BUYERS WOULD COME IN AND PAY UP FOR THE SHARES. INSANE BUYING WAS GOING ON. THE BUYING, IN AND OF ITSELF, WAS SO SIGNIFICANT, THE FUNDAMENTALS WERE OF NO CONCERN, BECAUSE IT SHOWED THAT PEOPLE WANTED TO BUY THESE STOCKS... I WISH MY WORDS COULD EXPRESS HOW INTENSE THE PRICE ACTION WAS...

So, to move on...As Monday rolled around, once again, right when you thought the stock was going to plummet back to .05, im talking obnoxious money was flowing into thses shares. orders by the 250,000 came across....
I remember one morning, after the stock had rallied a few cents, and the shorts started to sell, a buyer stepped in and bought up 7 lots of 250,000 = 1,750,000 shares. This was in like 4 seconds, not to mention there were surely another 100,000 shares thrown into smaller buys...
Order of 1,000,000 were not uncommon, especially when the PPS was under .10

What I am saying is that today, if you looked at the volume bar, yes we hit record volume, which is only one more reason NASDAQ will sure take in Spongetech, BUT today the orders just werent there! The lots are 100,000 200,000 at the most now days.... Many of the lots were 10,000 20,000 30,000 9,900 just so much lower than that too... sometimes they would send an order through of 1000 share lot. 1000 shares of SPNG, think about how insignificant that amount is. how does 1000 shares have a bearing on the price of a stock with 722 million shares...I also have to go into the signals today....when they send through small 'lots' such as the infamous 420 lot size...
420 shares of SPNG?! It was their signal to halt trading. if sumone sent though an order of 420 shares, the trading would halt for a good 6-8 seconds. It was a signal to the MMs to not execute any more for what ever reason... HAHAHA, just think about it was pretty halirous. The only time these big orders came through today was AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PANIC. As the down tick began, very few big orders came through until the middle of the panic, when it was obvious that people had begun to panic... The market makers and shorts, I dont know if they are NSS, its still just short selling, they sell small lots amongst them selves to drive it lower....
At this point I have been up since 7 am, I am getting tired, my mind is not as clear as it was, and I will surely elaborate on this throughout the day tomorrow and Sunday.


The drop was ABSOLUTELY the MMs selling amongst themselves, along with their friends who were short. Not only did shorts have to put in one last ditch effort, which I never imagined they could take it so low....but the bottom line, is all those big buyers, who picked up millions of shares along the way, they WEREN'T selling today

This is insane. I am from NOLA, I am born and raised. I moved out to a major city in Texas to be in a legitimate economy, haha, I still love nola...Im there all the time.

We are on the same page with going to retail stores and asking for the product. PEOPLE, DO THIS! GO TO THE STORES AND ASK FOR IT. SAY THE WORDS 'SPONGETECH' TELL MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES WHAT IT IS IN A REALLY POSITIVE WAY.

I am all over Texas, if you read my previous posts(#109925 & # 109972) you know I stopped at many CVS and Walgreen stores, because from what I knew, these are the confirmed stores, that already have the product on the shelves...

Just read my other posts. Brain, this is great you are in NOLA. I was skeptical about the product placement is such a messed up economy, although there are many Walgreens and CVS.
So, in saying this, I already have planned to come out to New Orleans to promote the product. I am going to give away many of the PET sponges to get the word out, but also many CAR SPONGES to all the PLAYAS, who need clean rides. "Your shit ain't really clean 'less its SPONGETECH CLEAN"

Ask the managers, tell them they are new sponges that already have soap in them....talk loud, let people hear you, make it sound like your looking for 20, but when it comes down to it, just buy 1, especially if others see and hear you talking about it. I have already bought like 14 of these stupid sponges, especially the PET SPONGES!

On of my fellow friends among the three or four of us is in NEW ORLEANS...BEFORE TODAY, I WAS WITH A GROUP OF ONLY 2 SPNG INVESTORS....NOW WE HAVE TO UNITE! Either way, we have managed to get our hands on a stock of a REAL COMPANY WITH REAL PRODUCT IN REAL STORES WITH REAL ADS and we managed to get the stock at pennies, dont give it up. Hi fellow shareholders...

First off, for positive sentiment, this is my FIRST post. I have been here off an on reading about you guys and your interested in SPNG, but my ownership in SPNG has no bearing on this board.

I was convinced from the get go, I had stumbled upon gold, and infact I did. My friend and I were buying these shares @.0178

I thought we were buying into nothing, and that we were just trading, so to my delight, when I found out this company has real product ON THE SHELVES OF REAL STORES! I BEGAN TO GET EXCITED. By Monday morning, when it shot from .10 to ,12 and then to .15, I knew.

To your good news, me and three of my friends have been buying up shares left and right since late in May. It is our luck that wallstreet missed this company.

Anyways, now, after what we saw today, we knew the shake out was coming, HOW INTENSE AND DRASTICALLY PERFECT it was should let you know sumthing, then the press release on sales....

SO from here, I finally wanted to let you know There are four more shareholders who have not already posted here. My other three friends probably wont even post here. One is on a boat in the Gulf Of Mexico long 240,000 shares @.045 He is not worried, neither should you.

I will chill with this long post, but I hope you can hear MY enthusiasm. After the market closed, I am long, LONG. So i went drive around a major city in TEXAS, where I am living now... In this major city, I stopped at 6 CVS and 3 Walgreens.... All of the CVS had the sponges, both car and pet....I had my beautiful girlfriend take pictures with the product that I will upload soon

Also, i took the sponges, in the stores, and placed them throughout the store, near other cleaning supplies, i spread the sponges out all over. In all the different places. One store had the pet sponges hidden behind a coffee maker! I talked to the manager and before I left the store, I had 5 SPONGETECH SPONGES ON THE COUNTER< left for customers to see...

While I am in these stores, the words "spongetech" "SPONGETECH" "SPONGETECH" kept coming out of my mouth....

The best part is yet to come... i will tell you more, I will be posting more....BUT ALL SHAREHOLDERS....FOLLOW MY LEAD>...GO TO YORU LOCAL STORES>>>ASK FOR THE PRODUCT< MAKRE SURE THE MANAGERS HEAR THE WORDS SPONGETECH MULTIPLE TIMES< BUY SOME IF YOU WANT....HAND THEM OUT...If these store sell inital TRIAL SHIPMENTS, THEY WILL ALL ORDER MORE!!!
