talkoption, i am having some issues.....
i admire your posts and insight. however, i just cannot believe a former R/A with the IRS would invest in this obvious turd. all you have to do is look at the released financials to see this is a scam.., the 2008 financials look like they were done by a teenager. obviously an R/A with the IRS would have taken accounting 101. the statements are laughable. comeon......
i don't believe ANYTHING you post. end of story
not my opinion. fact. if i did not know this to be fact, i would never had posted it. believe it or not. i don't really care.
i will state two facts:
douglass never made a second trip to asia after the first trip to korea. however, jared made the statement douglass was flying the globe. douglass also posted here that he was traveling overseas.
jared and douglass went to south america, not moises. neubauer stated moises was on the trip. i believe jared said moises was in south america as well in the last video.
many many other lies told by jared. just read the posts here. these are the more blatant ones that i know to be fact. douglass pumping eeso on financial boards and dumping his shares makes this a pump and dump scam. plain and simple.
your email is not working either. give it to me again.
never got the email.
kistler and carnes are the big dogs in this one. that's what makes it juicy for the feds.
who knows. as for me, even if i knew eeso would double next week, i wouldn't buy any. little thing called priciples.
post of the day, sorry talkoption.
your post is all that needs to be said.
not making any recommendation. if you want to buy into a scam, go for it.
forgot to congradulate all of the traders who made money on this penny pump scam. well done. bravo.
the sad part is when you sold at a profit, other investors lost their arses based upon some of the posts on this board.
i have been here since april saying the same thing. thus far, time has shown me dead on and the longs dead wrong. not bragging, stating fact. i have never posted anything i thought to be untrue or misleading. eeso is dead. jared has lied himself into a corner. i didn't search for this scam. it fell into my lap. i want this to be the last pinkie pump kistler and carnes put together.
there are no counter arguments. he/she is dead on. i'm shocked he fell for this obvious scam in the first place. i will say it's refreshing to see some of the previous longs realizing what they got themselves into.
that is why the counter arguments are "u got no clue imo
lots of claims there" and "STFU" and so on and so on.....
eeso only has three employees - april and the two production guys. murph and neubauer are paid in stock certs.
not sure if there is a $700,000 line of credit.
they don't have a chemist. frank terrazo(sp) owns novabella. they have been buying product from novabella.
pr promos?
there is no $43,000 lease. jared purchased the used mercedes with eeso stock certs.
definately is accumlating attorney fees
again, an excellent post. the service lost an asset. agree with everything except the "wise jared" part. jared is not wise. he has crossed the line between grey and black. as a former RA i am sure you have seen taxpayers playing in the grey area. jared has entered the black area of securities fraud. the idiot did an on camera interview with a local news station regarding the first buyout. there was an article in the fort wayne journal gazette. shortly after that interview, jared completely reversed his tune. no more ridiculous projections. no more misleading pr. the sec has reached out and touched jared. no doubt in my mind.
you ought to watch his video over there...
neubauer made 400,000+ off eeso. he sees dollar signs..
on a positive note, neubauer is smarter than jared, so you may be able to make a little cash off of pinr. eeso is a lost cause....
i agree...
not to swell your head talkoption, but you are the most insightful poster i have seen on this board. i couldn't hold your jock strap. obviously, you have done massive amounts of dd. please keep this up. too many people have been suckered by jared and his lies. douglass and neubauer already unloaded their shares. doubt you will hear much from them. i changed my mind about murphy. he probably won't stay long. the only way jared can pay him is through share certs. i don't think this will sit well with him for long.
exactly -
the reason eeso is "debt free" is because no financial institution in their right mind would loan eeso a dime, hence the land contract. if eeso could factor its receivables or obtain a loan, believe me, they would. business 101
exactly my point. jared has not made one good decision. very articulate intelligent post by the way.
while minding their own business one sees a scam in their own backyard, some don't care and do nothing, some become livid and attempt to do some good. i am not looking for anything in eeso. i wish to see jared and his cohorts pay for their actions. i am very confident this will happen.
what "really good" decisions has jared made?
1)no - with the sec breathing down his neck, jared has been and will be very careful about what he releases. finally, an end to the ridiculous projections.
2) what customers? wow green, who hasn't been paying its bills? the lees, who just had a property repossesed? S/A, who discovered the product they are already using is superior? the mcdonalds franchise, who probably got their product for free?
4) probably. they are getting free product.
5) S/A was unimpressed, so no.
6) probably. college educated, but lacking management experience. he needs the job. was an unemployed pastor before coming to eeso. got a bunch of shares as compensation. probably sold them when eeso was selling above a penny.
7) unfortunately, yes. he will be thinking up the next get rich quick scheme. feds will be breathing down his neck though.
8) the lees don't want eeso. they are hardworking business owners who are riding out the recession. they know what it takes to run a legit business.
9) why does eeso have a land contract on this farm anyway? shows how big an idiot jared is. my guess is he will try to keep it for himself once the scam runs its course.
10) esi could give two hoots about jared. they are too busy running a legit business.
"Got a liar running the show who is not a professional (except for lying and running a con game) and no talent to speak of that is going to be worth billions if he can sell his products."
totally agree
11) there will never be audited financials.
12) ha ha ha - of course not.
no dingo, you are wrong as usual....
i said back in april that eeso was a scam. if shareholders would have got out then, not much harm done. however, despite my posts, drifter, million and others continued to call me a basher. this should be a learning experience for all peeps who thought this was a long term investment....
wow... your attacking revenge as well. have a problem with kistler or something? don't worry. all agencies that need to know about the ft. wayne scam spree know about it........
unfortunately for jared, he was the most egregious. too bad for kistler he held a leadership position.... ups the sentencing guidelines......
i think your post pretty much says it all. according to "murph" eeso product sells itself due to its superior formulas. your post proves more lies coming out of eeso. jared even has the former pastor lieing. just gets worse and worse. heck, vinger/water/rubbing alcohol probably makes a better glass cleaner than eeso products.
from my recollection, he was very vague. i remember chuckling to myself thinking "sales could be under six thousand with that answer"
as i said before, good for the spng ceo for telling mr. jeff montange to pound sand. he saw in for what it is, a piece of poop website with an amateur at the controls. if i was ceo of a company, and saw eeso's video, i would tell montange to pound sand as well. for montange to even mention spng shows he is an amateur at running this type of website. and then montange gives his little q&a after the video. what an arrogant moron. yeah, i am going to trust montange's opinion on character. the posters on i/n were literally drooling over montange. pathetic.............
i didn't hear about any projections. all i heard is jared skirting around the revenue questions. he did say eeso did not make $60 million as of june 30th. i doubt eeso made $600,000. did i miss something?
What's this all about????

why? i'm not going to tell you anything you don't already know. alright, don't share it with anyone. better get it quick before the post is removed.
mr.biggerstaff12@gmail.com
thought that was funny as well. not one pig on the farm and the place stinks. so much for odor remediation. eeso does not own the farm, flat rock does. incidently, am i the only one who is laughing at the production quality of that video? spng shareholders should be greatful spng management declined an interview with montange. shows the true nature of the guy for even mentioning this. the guy is an amateur with an awful website.
i hardly think a two bit video (eeso) from a two bit website (investment nation) will spure a buying trend.... but then again, i have been wrong before... under estimated the day traders.... dun, don and done.... as is jeff.
sounds like you know much.... tell us about american eagle. based upon my dd it appeared to be short lived. one of jared's many failed ventures after leaving esi. do you know anything about mark murphy? from my dd, he appears to be a wannabe pastor. my guess is jared knows him through his church. weird stuff.......
i give jeff about two months before the feds pound him into a black hole. jeff has no idea what he is getting himself into lmao.
jeff did an awful job and is foolish for doing his little post interview. what an arrogant scumbag. "my car is more expensive than jareds" cut him off before my dog pukes.....
omg....
this video will be a black eye for ft. wayne for many years. good luck to any real startup companies with intelligent management and a great product. yes, i live in ft. wayne, but thank gosh i am not from here. i used to think jared and company were sly scammers. now i realize they are incoherent idiots. did you hear their office manager? nice looking but a complete airhead..... good luck all. wise investment.... omg NO!!!!!!!!
notice the word "suppose". this was a "what-if scenario". i would never purchase a share of a company jared and douglass were even remotely associated with. jared got in over his head and chose the scam way out.
if i was a shareholder in eeso, jared would be tasting a biggershaft sandwich....(Harold and Khumar)
wow.... you call a 10% drop a blip? suppose i was not very bright and bought 10-million shares yesterday at .0039. i have lost $3,900 of my original $39,000 investment today. sorry, i don't see that as a blip.....
by the way, anyone hear from purdue lately?????
i, for one, cannot wait. with the exception of one decent interview, jared on camera flat out cracks me up. the one where he looked liked he came from the woods was hilarious. the latest interview should be righteous entertainment. i just hope neubauer makes an appearance to talk about his new film. hate to see innocent people lose money, but eeso is a classic black comedy......
my gosh man!!!!
you just bougth a whole $390 worth of eeso!!??? what stones you must have!
fyi - in my neck of the woods, scammers get worse than an @#$wooping, they get indicted.
here are a couple of "real" enzyme companies. looks like they are successful without creating a penny scam.....
Local enzyme maker buys chemical firm
Enzyme Solutions Inc. has acquired Vintage Chemical Enterprises Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Fort Wayne-based Enzyme Solutions is a biotechnology company that makes enzymes and enzyme formulas used in cleaners for medical equipment, removing coffee stains and other applications. Fort Wayne-based Vintage Chemical is a specialty chemical manufacturer. The deal took effect July 1.
Tim Beck, Enzyme Solutions CEO, described the merger as “a natural fit” for two companies that have been working together almost daily for several years. Vintage Chemical formulates several Enzyme Solutions products, using Enzyme Solutions technology.
The combined venture, which employs 12, will operate in Fort Wayne at 314 E. Wallace St. and in Garrett at 2105 Forrest Park Drive.
