OR buying back shares! I've been here since early '06 and have seen much stranger things than that come to fruition. 0% chance? NO way!
By the end of 2012, I will be absolutely SHOCKED if we are not well past $5 per share!
It was running yesterday, and these violations were not just issued - I would have to say we are still in full production based on that.
so your guy did a great job for us?
Thank you Clay - great chart review, as always!
I'm well aware of all of the improvements we've made and they are awesome. I think that we have to give them a few week in July to work the kinks out where the recovery will be a little less. We have to assume that they were working at less than peak capacity at startup so as not to waste any possible recovery, meaning processing less gravels than we probably will be in the next weeks. All is good, just don't want to put that startup number too high and then be disappointed.
Remember, dewatering doesn't improve recovery, it more efficiently cleans the trailings.
Too high I think. Remember, we were only mining from 7/13-7/29. I'll go with 300 oz - gross around $475,000, net profit $270,000.
Yes they are. Suggest you read the iBox, lots of info and filings there.
Nice find SN! Glad to see they are willing to hang in there with us while Title gets settled!!
That's not the way it works. Material events that occur subsequent to the close of the Quarter must be disclosed. Here is such a statement from PCFG's 1st Quarter 10-Q. You'll notice that all of these events happened after the close of the 1st Quarter.
Auditors are required to include in quarterly financial statements, any material event which occurs subsequent to the end of the quarter, thus making it a "subsequent material event", check prior 10-Q's. It's not a company option.
Resuming mining operations HAS to be listed as a material subsequent event on the 10-Q. If they put out an additional PR with the recovery rate of gold and additional precious metals then so be it, does it really matter?
It has to be included in the 10-Q as a material subsequent event.
They are holding the 2nd Quarter 10-Q so that they can include July recovery rates in it. July isn't over yet....
How and what exchange do we need to get to in order to avoid MM manipulation - anyone?
And when was the LAST time that they sold stock? Check the O/S in all of the 10-Q's and 10-K's, also it's stated in every PR - you're going to have to go back a long way! The company also lists the O/S on their website, might want to compare the numbers.
That 10-Q is from what YEAR? lol The company is producing and SELLING GOLD, why would they need to sell shares?? I think gold is much more valuable ;)

Hang on tight, we're going to be pulling some serious G's on the way up!
The day is far from over, but the morning is - and we're exactly where I said we would be, down 8.11%. Expect the PPS to climb through the afternoon to a modest loss for the day.
LOL, "tanking"??? Last night I called for a pullback of 8-10% today, a good sign of necessary consolidation. I think we will continue to see profit taking this morning, with a slow rebuild in the afternoon.
It will, the longs are long for a reason - we know the potential in PCFG!!
It IS good :) Let's ride it together to the top!!
We're on the same page for sure! I plan on holding my 3 million shares of PCFG long past $2 and want this to be as healthy as possible on the climb up. Consolidation slowdowns along the way are the best way to keep it that way. Sure, I love seeing my investment grow 120% in the past month, but I don't want to see it grow 500% in a week only to collapse due to lack of supports along the way when some take their profits. I'm here for the life-changing long haul!!
slugo1, I've been here for 5+ years, so I would hardly classify me as a short! lol Consolidation is a GOOD thing for the long-term growth of the stock. I'm not predicting a selloff by any means, but if we don't go up in steps there is no opportunity for a continually higher base and supports to be built along the way. These are necessary and welcomed!!
We could use a consolidation drop tomorrow. 15% is a bit extreme, I see something more along the lines of 8-10% - but even if true, would still leave us up 3% for the week :)
Most definitely!
Another GREAT day here - tack on an additional 17.8%!!!
3.2 million shares in the first 30 minutes! Former resistance of .07 now becomes a support level.
I believe the current permit is for 1 shift/day.
Starting to look like a good call Hammer! Especially if we get recovery rates!!
I'm up $75k and couldn't be smiling brighter! :)
B/A - 54800x127700 !!!!!
EDIT: 9:44, now 102000x28500 Can you say FLOAT LOCK!?!?!? We're about to explode folks!!!!
.0475 on the ask! Nice way to start!!
SWEET indeed! eom
That part of the SEC website is down right now, where are you getting the info from? Link?

If we're producing gold then we don't need bankers or investors - that only leaves...... M&A!!!!
