Merry Christmas to everyone! See you all back here on Monday.
Matthew
because it's super duper top secret
Once SEC regulatory filings are in place, there won't be any secrets. I know your next reply will be something similar to "they will never file". My reply to that will be, wait and see.
Merry Christmas!
It's been discussed, however the CEO stated recently that we still have a substantial financial interest in the project. My guess is that we will see all the details once LLEG files their SEC filings.
It may very well get approved as is. The benefits to the depressed Berlin area are much needed.
The posts that were deleted did not contain any negative information. The posts were off topic and borderline personal attacks.

It's a relief to see a sub-penny trading as well as LLEG. Hope the New Year treats you well!
Mick do you prefer EMA over SMA? If so, why?
LLEG 50day SMA held up again. Upward trend continues.
Monday would have been a great day to load up
I'm not sorry for them. Should have used their heads and not believed everything they hear on a message board.
Destined is more like it!
==OPTZ== on fire!
It sure does and the numbers look good from my end.
Looking for an LLEG Green day
"At Least I have Chicken"
Might be safe to assume 25-36% profit margin?
$1,430,000,000 over 20 years = $71,500,000 per year (For simplicity's sake). 46.2% ROE = $32,890,000 annual profit.
Looks good
"My testimony is to support the advocacy of the City of Berlin to urge the PUC to approve the PPA entered into between Public Service of New Hampshire and Laidlaw Berlin BioPower, LLC for the construction and operation of a 65 MW wood fired power plant in the City of Berlin."

What makes you think that?
I don't see why not. I think we close back at .006 for the week.
You've succeeded in confusing me.
Whats the skinny?
LLEG rebounded nicely.
What's looking good for the rest of the week?
Looks that way
I bought some last week (which are now HELD). Wish I waited til yesterday, I could have locked down even more!
IMO its going to climb back up. Hoping that the hands that bought today are stronger than those that sold based on a recommendation. I hope those that sold were not longs that have been here for awhile. We've seen it all and we've only just begun.
Heavy volume today.
I just take a step back, understand the full process (and the different elements in play), and wait for a FINAL decision, not a recommendation.
I think you're onto something.
Never said they weren't important. But, if they accepted any offer "as-is", they wouldn't have a job.
Great post, well said!
Hell, if I was the "Consumer Advocate", I would recommend any deal which didn't include backrubs for ratepayers be rejected!
Wow volume! Anyone new to the board: the reason why this has dipped down is because an adviser to the PUC committee has recommended that Laidlaw's PPA application should not be accepted as is because the costs to the ratepayer are too high.
What else would a "Consumer Advocate" say?
Laidlaw is still in good shape. There are so many big names behind the Berlin plant, it's only a matter of time before construction begins.
Not to mention the other plants that have been discussed. Does MBB have an ace up his sleeve?
Today seems to be the exception, not the rule. An adviser has stated that the Laidlaw PPA should not be approved "as-is" since the costs to the ratepayer are too high. Then again, what else would a "consumer advocate" say?
