You have done the right thing to get out. Don't believe all the "next week" brigade - this won't run because there is nothing to run with - except of course a couple of PO Box numbers which are likely to see the lease expire soon unless of course the owners of the box are being paid in shares!

For sure the sellers must have got their shares for nothing or are people in the know who know this is not going to fly - otherwise why continue to dump at this low price.

Depends how many shares he got instead of wages - very much their style. My money is on one of the company's listed in the declaration on pink sheets - still can't find many of them existing. Would make sense and is easiest way for officers to make a few thousand before the door closes

my honest answer to that is regretably no. How can it? The company has not come forward with anything over the past 2 years other than PRs and BS. When asked a genuine question they have no answer.

I am also very concerned but not suprised that Pink Sheets have not lifted the "Stop" on this stock which whilst in place is going to keep away genuine investors.

No, until persuaded otherwise I am convinced that the selling of shares is coming from those companies listed on the Pink Sheets disclosure as having been paid their debts in shares and until proven wrong am convinced that the revenues from these share sales are finding they way back to others who claim not to selling. It is the only thing that makes sense when looking at the volumes and continued drop in price.

Yes it's becoming an all too familiar pattern and no suprises tbh about the PR - apart from the expected name change there is not much else I think they can tell us that would carry any credibility with investors.

By CEO do you mean the acting one, the previous one or the one before that - all except the first (who hasn't been mentioned since the PR a couple of weeks back) could be selling if they have been paid in shares rather than money and have left under a cloud. Or by CEO do you mean Molen?

A name change makes sense, its pretty easy for them to do and hype. Georgia is a different matter IMO and unless it is substantial I don't think anyone will take much notice.

As for the selling - probably having a late breakfast :) It is unlikely the sellers have finished yet and once we hit 006 they will be off again

Building of the new plant - doesn't that take time to get through all the red tape of planning and finding a site? Not to mention arranging finance and support from Govt? Then it has to be designed and built or fitted out if a present building.
Georgia has only been on the VGPR radar for just under 3 months so how can we realistically epxect news that building has commenced this early? Minimum of a year would you agree?

Thailand has been on the agenda for 6 months and the deal was supposed to have been done - there is still no news. Have the company assets as listed been sent there or Georgia?

Why is it when I log onto to this board I get all excited by the number of new posts only to find the majority of them are repeats of old information that we are all familiar with and have been for months - please tell me what is the point?

The question I think Molen or the company should answer is whether they own any of the shares in the companies listed on the Pink Sheet filings. No doubt these are selling by the bucket load.

I am much worse my friend - shares worth about 15% of where I came in and tbh have never had any intention of "averaging" down - or in other words - shipping more $$ to the freeloaders.

Massive news - NFI to do business with NFI Thailand - we are heading upwards now for sure!

In one month almost 30 million shares traded.

Price one month ago 0.0078 peaked at 0.01

Now under 0.005 and almost as low as it has ever been - I don't get it!

The Poker Tour of America never took place or did any of the gaming activities apart from an online poker site that launched and then disappeared after players had deposited cash. Not the best advert for VGPR

I have no wish to be correct about this stock and the percieved motives of those behind it, after all why would anyone want to see their money head south? I just get so tired of reading all the BS that is written by those who for their own reasons do so. Just once it would good to read something that has some substance and you know if they had it they would have done so by now.

Ok so just for one moment please assume I am not a basher and I do have a life and just take on board the following;

For the past two weeks traffic on here has been at the highest level probably since this boards inception. Lots of new faces and massive enthusiam. We have seen another two PRs and huge trading by comparison to the last 18 months.

End result - we are worse off than we were two weeks ago - well we are if we are not the sellers!

None of that is not fact.

Now look at the PRs - can you really say you were inspired by the huge number of shares out there to pay "debts"? Are you content that not being able to find most of these concerns anywhere online doesn't make you slightly suspicious? Raiser Chip 75 million shares for consultancy services - isn't that how company directors sometimes defer payments to themselves?

Then there is this week's PR - meets the qualifying criteria -big deal - qualifying criteria just what does that mean - in real terms? Very little.

What does concern me most is the comment about being told the seller is almost done. Did that come from someone in the company? I ask because we were told that over a year ago my friend - the last time this made a run that came to nothing.

Have you read the report to keep Pink Sheets happy - it might answer some concerns over the huge number of shares out there in leiu of debts owed by the company - what would you do if you wanted to recover some money for a service rendered?

why is it that I am called a "basher" when all I ask is for some substance to the PRs this company puts out? Whether it was poker/gaming related or this latest venture there has not been one shred of evidence that they actually have achieved anything to back up their claims. They were the ones who realised the PR's promoting the company as a thriving business - I didn't.

I have followed this board for almost two years - yes my hard earned dollars are in there as well as many others - and my original concerns centred around the "apparent" ease with which they were going to achieve their ambitions with the poker tour. When questioned their spokesperson on here made it look so simple - of course nothing happened at that has been an all too familiar pattern since. Now this venture, which in the right hands is a winner however not once do they come forward with anything other than a myriad of new posters saying how great it is going to be without any substance to back their beliefs and then hey ho we see the shares start moving again.

The questions that should be asked are where did all this stock they reported come from? Did Jacobsen jump or was he pushed - bearing in mind he stepped into Herrons shoes in much the same way? No mention of Thailand since the Georgia release - why? There are many others too.

I couldn't agree with you more. Massive sales by comparison to previous months but still ending in the red each day cannot be good for any of us. As for the close of day sales it is not hard to believe when there are still millions of shares out there that were "acquired" at no financial cost. These shareholders if they believe this stock is not going to fly are craving for the volume we see this week so that they can unload and at least come out with some form of profit.

OMG that has to be the best one yet. The website is a 2 buck job prepared from somebody's DIY kit and does nothing to enhance the marketability of the company whatsoever.

No doubt this will be removed as off topic but come on lets get with the real world guys and post something on here that either hasn't been read months ago or is of some substance - what is coming on here at the present is hurting us all
