Ha! Maybe I’ll make a rap EG review and post it! Couldn’t hurt, right?
The market has a way of punishing the masses and rewarding the few. I share the caution of this is too good to be true.
All things being equal, yes, it looks good. Unfortunately, I don’t think the volume from the court settlement has hit yet. When it does I think this support will crumble. That’ll be the new base, with volume, to support the next leg up.
Please explain the math you are using to get to “dollars”. My math says your prediction makes this a billion dollar company and that makes no sense to me.
New eyes may actually believe this BS, so please, walk us through how we get to a dime, and then a dollar.
Rut-row Dror!
Seems like the apprentice is doing well. Meanwhile, the EZ site is bitcoin-less and has a rendering problem on Chrome.
I wonder if Y will be posting EG sales vs EZ sales on Twitter? Nothing like a little competition between friends, eh? LOL
Wait until the dust settles on the transaction, but the real move for this ticker will come on the announcement of the first cork deal.
It was a smart play on Dror’s part to off load the debt to a product that can easily service it. Cork licensing revenue (from just one decent winery) could erase the debt overnight. The move also clears the path the grinder to stand alone, without having to claw through a mountain of debt.
Right now it looks like both tickers have been put in a much stronger position.
I expect this ticker will be completely restructured, but still retain the “family name” of Dror-Yaniv.
But like all marriages, you never really know how many offspring will come over time. I think there is still one more to come, but that’s for another day. Let’s get through the Q1 wave first.
GLTA
Glad you’re still here and long. I grabbed a chunk of 12’s last month and brought my average down, too.
If we get the nice move I think is coming, we’ll all be able to bring our own hogs! LOL
Hope things have settled down a bit for you.
Yeah, I know. I saw the SPLI transition. But he’d have to do a name change, ticker change and deep six the stogies. I’d almost rather he take on a complimentary business than gut it and have a do-over.
Is it really that more cost effective than just starting fresh?
RCGR making a play for the cork would not make sense at all. The company marketing and identity would be a train wreck. I doubt they would do this, but if they do, I'm out and won't look back.
However, I can wrap my head around Dror making this play as it closely aligns with the grinder, and there could be some cross-over marketing and sales.
No matter what, it'll be an interesting few weeks coming up. GLTA
Where do you see that a 1:1 spinoff was mentioned? I don’t recall ever seeing that in a PR.
Looking at the change vs current PPS, I don't how the recent settlement can be fulfilled w/o an increase in O/S. Anybody more astute in this area (than I am) care to comment on this potential outcome?
Don’t you just wish the next company name they come up with is called something unique like hcghjjcdfjjius? It would way easier for us to figure out what heck they are up to! lol
I could see this, or something like it, down the road as an exit strategy but not yet. There’s too much money on the table to let go of it now. No way Y&D would let that happen.
After it comes to market and contracts have been put in place, then maybe.
Corks spin off!
Probably a software plug. But I’ve been wrong before. ;)
I'm not sure that BTTF is now involved with the distribution rights. I don't see how you made that connection? Can you elaborate?
To me, it looks like the BTTFProducts site is still under construction. However, there is some kind of a relationship between all of the following sites:
mipodsaudio.com
galaxyledshoes.com
bttfproducts.com
transformaniatoys.com
ezgrinder.com
It could simply be that they were all developed by the same software company. Then again, if you do some digging you'll find an address at 523 Sawgrass for both galaxyledshoes and transformania toys.
The address seems familiar to me but I can't quite place it. Maybe somebody else has it in their notes?
Is there also a Hoverboard repair shop still at that location?
Any chance you have a contact that can pay the new Amsterdam location a visit and see what's what?

You said they can’t sell for less than $50/unit. You’re wrong.
Excellent! VPOR is going to corner the market and spike to $4, at least.
I’m going to book my trip to the moon now! Who’s coming with me?
Order numbers don’t have to make sense to us. They can have a zillion ways of generating them, none of which matter to fins.
Notable is 10x increase and overseas distribution.
This isn’t the lotto, it’s a business. People expecting to retire on Monday are living in a fantasy.
$500k. Looking good. Nice top line, but show me the bottom!
Be careful with what you ask for. You may not like the answer you receive to your question.
Right now, I think audited financials would not be a good thing unless they come with a blow out quarter.
And the other 75% are buys.
$50 again today on POT(N). Flash sale for Vet. day. Code is VETX50
Nice timing to coincide with today’s PR. Move ‘em!
If don’t have one, GET ONE!
You are spot on. A catalyst was needed as an offset. We’ve known about this for a while now. They even ran specials where you could buy the grinder for $50. This was done several times since the hurricane.
No news here.
However, what I DID like was the tie-in for medical use. Great positioning and leverages multi-use without any variation of the product. That’s a smart move. Cast a wide net and hit multiple demographics.
Such limited thinking. A dollar - meh! If this gets to $10, then I’M going to the moon! BWAHH HAA HAA!! ROTFLMAO
So Jenny, how long have you been a short seller? What’s your target entry point?
Jenny, who is the guy in the Action show that was holding the tray? Also, the guy with the glasses that was walking behind Dror, is he with VPOR in some capacity?
Jenny, $4 makes this a $20B market cap equity. Throw us a bone with some plausible explanation as to how that will happen. I’d even settle for naming the state that will be the catalyst for this growth.
It won’t happen with grinders. CBD won’t get there in a year. You need a recurring revenue stream via licensing or a high demand/ high volume consumable product. Could be corks, or maybe something to do with that detox center in NY (but I don’t think that opportunity is big enough). C’mon Jenny, don’t be such a tease!
Maybe Constellation Brands is going to need a bunch of grinders to make their new infused beverages, and just decided to buy out D & Y.
Ha! Wouldn’t that be a hoot!
Mr. Hocus?
I agree with you that there are way too many whiners in the crowd. I’m not playing that game.
I believe their spot was free, so yes, it’s all gravy. I have every confidence that Dror and Yaniv will make the most of this opportunity. I’m just suggesting that as they continue to get the word out they expand their view and cast a wide net.
A lot of good ideas have come from this board and I know they monitor it. Just trying to help the cause! GLTA
Yeah, I get your point, but people can get pretty blotto on beer too. You never see a sloppy drunk on the beach in a Corona commercial. Getting on tv and making some connections in an important industry is one thing, but a good image and branding is will allow a much larger audience to relate (and buy) your product.
So ok, we hit the male twenty-something demographic. Let’s step up the game and put out a campaign that other demographics can relate to, or at least won’t be offended by. How about something classy that you could put up on a billboard that welcomes in the New Year, say on the 101? Put it up there with a leaf, some spices and a pill. Mention the holidays (gift giving) and you’ve covered a LOT of ground with only one ad. Just sayin’.
Kudos to Dror and Yaniv for getting the grinder on TV, but wow, what a f’d up cluster that was! Mark Ecko really seemed like a fish out of water. I can’t imagine what was going through his mind.
I wish they would have followed up, or at least commented on how well the EG work on actual weed, but at least they got in front of the camera.
I’m sure Yaniv took/will take full advantage of all the new contacts he encountered while filming. I have no idea who he met, but I can image he is only a few degrees of separation from HSN and other media opportunities that can be leveraged.
This was a very grinder positive crowd and word will spread quickly. I hope they brought enough free samples to properly seed the crowd.
I’m glad I didn’t invest in Action, but hopefully the exposure will provide additional channels and opportunities that had not previously been available. Still long and holding.
There is no way that D is going to walk away from the cork - too much money on the table. A deferred release date, rather than no mention in the PR indicates they are still working on it and haven’t abandoned it. When they stop mentioning the cork, that’s when I’ll get skittish.
Hate to burst the bubble, but I dug up all of those names back in June. I was told by a another board member here (back then) that all of them are long gone - I defer.
I picked up (another) 10 of the 12s this week. With 11s holding I think the retest is done and the bottom is in. Time will tell; I’m in no hurry.
Yeah, guess I’m a little slow today, too. I don’t get it either.
Welcome! Great timing on the relocation, just in time to get settled before Jan hits! You can be another one of our "in country" eyes and ears for the new year.
I agree, the product is very solid and with such a huge market coming 1/1 the timing couldn't be better. Fingers crossed for great distributor agreements and market penetration. Getting back on AMZN is a nice win - good for margins! Corks will be a nice bonus later next year.
