Speak for yourself Gonz....the usage of 'folks', and 'everybody' insinuates that 'everyone' agrees with your points. Truth is nothing is further from the truth....to call the investors here naive from your lofty perch is insulting. I don't know about others here but, the size of my trading account and others here proves our lack of naivety...in fact, I'd venture to say it's quite a bit larger than yours. There are a few on this board that can verify that.
-Dave-
Not necessarily....there are two schools of thought on gaps/filling gaps...one says that a gap can occur and has to be filled if the full body of the next candle does not close the gap between it and the previous candle. The other says that a gap is filled if the wick of the new candle penetrates the previous candle which, is what shows on the EESO chart..both theories hold equal weight with me and I've seen both circumstances occur. There is also a school of thought that says that if a certain amount of time passes without the gap filling then it will never fill...again, I've seen that too. In any case, gaps can be powerful predictors of support and resistance. Dart is a good chart guy and you would do well to at least pay attention to what he says. JMO.

Since I'm clueless please help understand how it is you know there is dilution? Just trying to learn something from a pro like yourself.
-Dave-
I think so...down to .001 bid on less than 4m in volume?? please.....
-Dave-
Hey GP...a good one for the board to ponder...I didn't think about cutting and pasting the article for the board and now it's off of the local paper website but, in yesterday's paper here in Fayettenam a story was printed about a man that was arrested for cutting off the penis and the beating of an 11 year old boy he was 'taking care of'....he was released by our magnificent court system magistrates on $25,000.00 bail...that's right....$25,000.00. With 10% down with a bail bondsman he's out on 2500 bucks. I'm disgusted and heartbroken for that little boy. I fully understand that bail is not meant to be a punishment. It's to insure an appearance in court. However, when a bail amount is being set the level of the defendant's danger to the public is also to be considered...I guess they didn't think this guy was dangerous?? Amazing. The sad thing is I've arrested suspended drivers and gotten higher bonds than that....I just don't get it. Then again, that magistrate might have actually signed that dude's death warrant....I know what would happen if it was my son he did that to and he was out walking around. Hopefully, the family of that little boy knows he's out. I'd have to stop at the store and pick up a snack and drink on the way to that call. :)
-Dave-
GM scott! So you're drinking today huh? Well that's just yummy!!!!!! If I TOS your posts just remember it's for your own protection LOL!
-Dave-
It's basically when a faster moving average crosses above a slower moving average...21dma over the 50dma etc..
-Dave-
It's true...I don't give a flip about what they can make...only how it moves the stock...you know how I roll LOL..I'm out catch ya tomorrow.
-Dave-
LOL..Yes I think so...if the RSI was dropping but the PPS was climbing then we would have a problem..RSI is supposed to move somewhat with the PPS.
-Dave-
Not a problem...I just get a little miffed when someone shows up on a board and starts making character assasinations with no foundation...it's stupid and childish. Gotta run...but, as always I'll be around.
-Dave-
I assume you're talking about the daily chart...It'll do that when it gets denied at a MA..also the selling EOD played a part in it too...it will make a a few more runs at the 100DMA and will break it as long as the sellers get dried up and as someone else said, Jared keeps his gun in the holster for now. However on the weekly..the RSI is relatively unchanged and hugging 45..MACD Histogram also gained today which is usually indicative of a longer term bull move...maybe someone like my homie 'smoken' can double check that read..he and a few other are a hell of a lot better at it than me.
-Dave-
Miniguns is all I need right now but wilco....(soft targets) LOL! Later DD
-Dave-
Like I said...good luck with that.
-Dave-
Good luck with that...that takes money and I don't think they are giving out equity loans on boxes these days....
-Dave-
If you were in then you DEFINITELY know what I was talking about.WOW you saw it in it's full glory!!Anyway..you would be happy to know..or maybe not..that the new PD, City Hall, FD, and a hospital now sits on the 500 block. What a shame...You can always count on the government to screw up a good thing. LOL!! Thanks to you also for your service.
-Dave-
Cool...be careful and get back home soon we miss you guys here! Friday nights just aren't the same LOL!!
-Dave-
Any 82nd or Group guys over there with ya??
-Dave-
ME EITHER!! Hahahaha! Don't worry though..we're gonna make some money on this.
-Dave-
Well that's the epiphany post of the day!!
-Dave-
Watch .006/.007 closely..that's the level that the stock really started to breakdown and therefore will be a significant pyschological resistance level. Those that didn't average down WILL be selling at that level and the market has to absorb that selling...If it breaks through that .01/.02 intraday will be very possible.
-Dave-
Thanks for your service guys..you're in my thoughts and prayers daily.
-Dave-
No need to explain yourself abc..It's good sound advice. I and others understood what you were saying and so do the ones that are attacking you. They're just afraid that by saying things like that you will kill the current run...if that's what you want to call it. Nothing could be further from the truth. This stock is going to do what it's gonna do regardless of what you or anyone else says. But, I am at a loss as to understand how so many on this board have suddenly forgotten the history of this stock and it's CEO..EESO rising a few tenths of a tenths is no reason to jump up and down for joy and give the CEO carte blanche trust. Jared didn't increase the O/S by 200 million just cuz...he fully intends to dump those shares into the market and onto the shareholders. The only question is when. However, I believe that the stock will go higher from it's current level. There is money to be made here if you take it but, only if you take it. Trying to catch that last tenth of a run have killed many a trader..including myself. Folks would do well to take their initial investment off of the table at the first opportunity and ride the freebies. I consider most on this board to be buddies and I want THEM to make money...not Jared.
-Dave-
Thank you for the welcome and I am thoroughly enjoying my semi-retirement..still work as a reserve officer several shifts a month...I took an early retirement to get my hands on my 401k/retirement fund in lump sum this summer so I could protect it before the market took it from me...I was only about 6 years out anyway.. and now I'm trading for a living and loving every minute of it! Still gotta keep a foot in the door at the PD though...always have to have a plan B if plan A doesn't work out. Anyway, glad to be here and I'm looking forward to answering any questions anyone may have. Just remember though, don't ask the question if you don't want to hear the answer....of course I always told my bosses that and it probably kept me from going any further up than a sergeant after 16 years...oh well. I never liked desk jockeys or detectives anyway.
-Dave-
You hit that one on the head...it's politically incorrect and career suicide for a police chief/sheriff to back liberal firearm laws..then again sometimes the Chief's/Sheriff's don't know what they are always backing before the Press Release comes out...case in point.......A few years ago a barbecue dinner/lunch was given in support of Law Enforcement by a prominent citizen/attorney of our county. All the county's LEO's were encouraged to go by and get something to eat and share some fellowship so to speak. Well, a well known politician in our state was there..he asked to take a picture with everyone that could be hung up in his office because he "admires Law Enforcement Officers".....two weeks later that picture was in newspapers and in TV campaign adds as a still shot..caption read "NC Law Enforcement supports _________" So, sometimes that's how it happens.
-Dave-
Now that's what I call community improvement!!
-Dave-
I'll follow up GP's response by saying overall, he is correct and will give you my opinion. First, "so many police officers are against it" is not true. It's media spin. I and most of my buddies are for it so long as there is only one gun during a contact with that citizen..the officer's. I have never had a problem with citizens carrying concealed as long as they let me know they have a gun when I make contact with them and I have control of that weapon during our contact. Personally, I think every law abiding citizen should be armed. What I am against is criminals having guns. There are some good firearm laws on the books and the courts never seem to enforce them but, rather let the criminal plead to the original crime and dismiss the accompanying firearm charge. I.e...a suspect is charged with Robbery with a dangerous weapon. The court will allow the suspect to plead to a lesser robbery charge and dismiss the weapon charge so the court won't have to hear the case.
-Dave-
Sounds like a plan to me..count me in!
-Dave-
I agree with everything you are saying and have said. I'm not the happiest camper in the world myself. But, I refuse to let this dampen my little world. I'm on your side of the fence. Have no doubt about that.
-Dave-
LOL! Gotcha!
-Dave-
I don't disagree with a thing you have said...maybe you need to read my last post. And I'm not pandering to anyone. There is logic behind my optimism and percieved pandering. That simple logic is that he IS a slick politician. He will do nothing to jeopordize his coronation.
-Dave-
I would hope he does...however, I'm not putting any bets on it. The only thing that can do in Obama at this point is Obama. Obama will begin to fall from grace with the media the first time he does something that is not in keeping with the media's uber liberal party line. To be successful, and to truly unite the country as promised, Obama will have to be moderate and that will make him a target of opportunity for the media. In this election we have dealt with extremes. The extreme left is what ramrodded Obama through. When dealing with extremes, the negative ramifications of decisions made that are not in keeping with what the extremists originally wanted are exaggerated. My point is, there is a huge base of Obama's supporters, and media that want this country turned on it's head. The reality of it is they will be disappointed. You will see civil war before you see Obama re-writing the constitution and Obama knows that. The reason I say he knows that is because he is a very intelligent man. It would be in Obama's and this country's best interest for him to become the next "Great Compromiser" and I believe Obama knows that as well. Regardless of how some are truly veiwing him as a messiah, the fact of the matter is that he is a politician inside and out...and a good one at that.
-Dave-
Posted this on Zeev's...although, I'm disappointed McCain lost I am not crushed and it's not the end of my world. Rather, I'm waiting and hoping that this man can fulfill the promises of hope and unity he has made. If he can, we can become a stronger Nation. If he doesn't, we will be well on the way to a social civil war. He has a huge mantle of responsibility to ALL of the people in this Nation. Someone who has been as effective at bringing people together can be doubly effective at pushing them apart. At this point, the choice is his. So long as Obama keeps our constitution intact and his word of listening to me he will have my support. I have to believe that Obama will be the greatest President our Nation has ever had. Just like I had to believe that Bush, Clinton, Reagan, and Bush 1 would be the greatest Presidents ever. He deserves that opportunity and a fair shake. However, I won't follow him blindly but, will rather watch closely as he transitions from the field of aspirations to accountability.......
From Zeevs::
To all the Obama supporters..Congratulations and well done! Barack Obama is now my President and I will support him until he gives me a reason not to. The American people spoke and spoke loudly. Because I love my country, I embrace my country's decision and accept it proudly. This wasn't a defeat for me but, rather a victory. This is a government for the people by the people, and the people asked for Obama. Although, he didn't get my vote this election, I will give him every opportunity to win my vote for his re-election. I must say that I was very impressed with his very inspiring acceptance speech. My hope is that the American people, and for that matter some of the folks on this board, help to bring his words of hope and unity to fruition. In the end we are all Americans and as an American I have to support my President. But, I will not follow him blindly. So long as he doesn't infringe on the freedoms that our constitution gives us, Keeps our Country safe from our enemies..and lest we not forget, they are still our enemies, and keeps to his own words of hearing my voice even though I may disagree, he most likely will get my vote for re-election. It is also important to recognize the door of racial inequality has been kicked in. I have to say I feel fortunate to have seen that in my lifetime. If Obama's election is what it takes to heal this Nation's racial scars for the betterment of the country I am all for it. I also wish the best for John McCain. He is, and always has been a patriot and servant of his country. He deserves everything good that comes his way and every ounce of respect that this country owes him. Once again to those who supported Obama, and for that matter to those who didn't. Congratulations.

Here Drifter...this one is for you too. Maybe you should start listening. You might actually make some money after 20 years trading penny stocks.

After the fact? Hardly, the post linked below is just one instance I suggested that some take profits. Not to mention the amount of PM's I recieved from people wanting to know my thoughts. In all of those, I suggested taking profits as well. The last thing that I would ever intentionally do to you, or some of the others on this board that I have grown to call buddies is pour salt in an open wound. I've been in this stock as long as you have and longer than most on this board. So yes, I cannot only imagine but, have shared in the losses others have incurred. To the point of being down over 12,000 dollars at one point. So, I've felt some pain myself. Your post was baseless and without foundation. But, I'm gonna chalk it up to you being frustrated and discouraged. And, just so we are clear..if you happen to show profits on this one again... Take them.

How many here had profits over the last few days and didn't take them? After all the averaging down here over the last few months I would venture to say alot. Don't blame Jimstr, or Scott or anyone else. It's their right to post anywhere they want to. If anything it sounds like we should have been hanging out on a different board.
-Dave-
Yup...give it a few weeks.
-Dave-
Speaking of questions....I have one. I just got done watching Obama's speech..What is Obama planning to do to keep these evil corporations from raising their prices on consumers to keep their profit margins intact? The way I see it, without some sort of strategy or leverage to keep that from happening the people that he's saying he's going to help will be no better off even after his "wealth spreading". That spare change in people's pockets that he's talking about will go no further then as it does now. Of course if he does begin to leverage or force price control among our corporations, there is no doubt at that point what he truly is. And I'm the idiot because I'm not voting for him. LOL!!
